Decided to stop in since I was almost done door dashing , it's close to where I live I haven't tried their new butter pecan frozen coffee, so I went ahead and ordered a medium with extra topping s. The place was quite which I was the only person there besides two employees. There was music playing which was nice . I ordered off of the big table they have now to place your own order vs on the app . You can also scan your app using the tablet also. Placed a mobile order at 6:10am. Got to the store at 6:18am. Was told my order wasn't ready because they forgot to turn the oven on but it would just be 2-3 minutes. I waited ten minutes, asked about my order and was told it would be 1 more minute. Ten more went by and I had to leave to go to work. And then the drink was filled to about the equivalent of a small drink (see photo), yet I purchased a medium. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have EVER been to. I hate that I keep going back thinking that it won't be that bad, but it's a disappointment every time. Someone said that they prioritize mobile order, but every time I've made one I'm standing at the restaurant for at least 15 minutes waiting, even when I had made my order 10 minutes earlier because this always happens, and not a soul in there except for me. Somehow my bagel today is soggy and burned??? The seeds are burned, but the bagel is not crispy and the inside is soggy, without anything on it. If you do decide to order from here even after reading all these terrible reviews, just do yourself a favor and order the bagel whole and untoasted, with the cream cheese on the side, because these people can't even get that right. read more

Drove my Daughter there in an ice storm for her 1st ever job interview and the manager didn't even show up and when she called him he told her he forgot about the interview and could she come back tomorrow ! So this is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts! They are in my route to work and I just love their customer service. Amanda usually takes care of me as far as taking my order. Since I come M-F, she gives me a "local comp" discount which means I'm a regular. I often get free drinks because I use the mobile app rewards. I work in Manassas and I don't even go to the one where I live in Fredericksburg. For some reason I don't crave coffee on the weekends . Nevertheless, I deducted one star because occasionally they mess up my drink even though it clearly says my order written on the cup. Now I'll start this by saying I 100% understand how ice has mass and occupies space in a drink... that being said, I was returned a less than 1/2 full LARGE beverage. I ordered a large iced latte with no ice as I don't like my drink to be watered down as I drink it through out the day. When the barista who made my drink put it on the counter he even looked at it cock-eyed.. When I went up to grab it I asked the female barista if that was all that came in a large? (Because even without ice I shouldn't be paying almost $5 for 1/3 of a beverage) she was very polite and tried to have it corrected but suggested to the male barista to just fill it the rest of the way with whole milk? To which I said please, no I'll just take it as it is I don't want it watered down with milk! A I guess manager then came over and offered a little bit of ice (no thank you, I sand no ice) and maybe some more espresso and milk.. the way the drink should have been returned to me in the first place.. and this is after their espresso machine being broken for about a month. So, I've come to this Dunkin a lot. I used to come all the time, but stopped. This is my first time back, and of course nothing has changed. My 100% biggest complaint is their machine they use to make lattes or macchiatos NEVER work. Never. I always go in looking for my mobile order and they haven't even started because they tell me the machine isn't working, so I have to get an iced coffee for the price of one of the more complex coffees. WORST BREAKFAST EVER! This morning, my husband made a fast food run, something we rarely do. We decided to give our local DD a try even after two horrible experiences previously at another location. We received a burnt everything bagel that was practically inedible without the cream cheese I wanted. An english muffin breakfast sandwich ordered with no cheese and received it WITH cheese also the english muffin was burnt, seriously?! He ordered and paid for 3 orders of hash browns but we only received 2 and THEY were room temperature, come on now! My husband's chicken croissant was bland and the croissant itself was ALSO burnt. In summary, our breakfast this morning was abysmal in almost every way. Most items were incorrectly prepared and/or burnt. **I've contacted DD online asking for a full refund of $19.21 and compensation for our time and disappointment.*** A message to this Bristow location...how can this level of lack of caring go unnoticed? Have you all even read the other reviews? If so, why hasn't there been a change? Something's got to give here. Either it's the employees or management but people aren't being trained properly. Terrible experience! Somehow, the mobile orders take priority over the dozens of people waiting in line. There is absolutely no customer service and the staff seem to be moving purposely at a slower rate. There should be a designated person filling the mobile orders. Previously I gave the DD location a good review. Seems like the owner has become complacent. I have found them to be completely understaffed and the service of the female staff to be bordering on a don't care attitude. They need to also keep stocked up on the most popular donuts. Very pleased with the customer service. Went over there after hearing about the unfortunate misunderstanding. They treated me excellent. From what I personally observed it did not appear that people were mistreated because of their profession. Obviously no reasonable person would compare that to racial discrimination. They took my order and brought it over to me as I settled down to do some work. I plan to go back as well as pay it forward to school teachers, military, veterans, and fire and rescue personnel. I was also impressed with the young people who helped me the other night as I rushed to get my child to a late practice. That was extremely helpful. read more

Don't go here for anything. Go to the one in Manassas, Gainesville or Haymarket one. I don't go here often, but when I did, there is a girl named Jackie that works there. She was lazy and not even remotely nice. She took my order which was a Caramel Craze Iced latte. She disregarded when I said Carmel and just gave me a Pumpkin Spiced when I told her 4 times it was Caramel. The wait took sooo long for our meals to come. She then took my sisters order which was a sausage, egg and cheese Croissant and get this. SHE ONLY GAVE US A CROISSANT, WITH NOTHING IN IT. And she didn't even say sorry or anything. I was mad. This is the worst DD I've ever been to. I have tried 6 times and now I'm done. The staff is unorganized, untrained on making specialty drinks and the coffee is just awful. I love DD just not this location. First trip I ordered a grilled cheese and they microwaved it until the bread was hard. Donuts are not fresh. This is our third visit to this Dunkin because of it's great location in proximity to the Braemar area. Unfortunately, this franchise has a lot of work to do on training their staff. Yesterday I visited this location for the first time and the last time. I could not believe what I witnessed. A lady received her donut, it appears she received a boston cream but wanted a vanilla cream. She manhandled the donut with her bare hands for the several minutes inspecting the cream. She then proceeds to tell an older, Indian man she got the wrong donut. He takes the bag and takes out the touched donut and puts it back on the shelf. That is beyond disgusting!!! Even at McDonalds if they give you the wrong item, you keep it or they trash it. Who knows if this woman had the flu or a disease or had touched nut products, this item was contaminated and should never have been put back in the display case.
