Ther staff was friendly when we finally got to the front of the line, but they were SO slow taking orders. They have two registers, but only had one open taking orders and one person making coffee drinks. Was 3rd in line and eventually the line went all the way to the door, but we still hadn't moved forward even one customer. I realize if you get one high maintenance customer it can bring the line to a halt, but they should be trained to deal with this. The coffee person was just standing there waiting. If she had taken just the next order things could have gotten back on track. We finally got served, and by the time we left there was no line. The cashier I could tell was new so I wanted to cut them some slack. However my order was incorrect in multiple ways. I want to like this location since it's closest to me but I think I'll drive a little farther out to one that's more reliable. This Dunkin Donuts always runs out of donuts early in the day; they have terrible, terrible service; they are rude; and when I did go there (I don't anymore) they screwed up my order 75% of the time. Go to the Dunkin Donuts on Route 28 in Manassas. Avoid this DD at all costs. read more

Service is slow, there are never enough people working. They used to have order on the go but have recently turned it off. I'd rather order from somewhere else than wait for a cup of coffee in this store for 20+ minutes. It would be nice if they would get their act together. read more

This store has terrible service. We live close by and have tried several times to patronize this Dunkin. The very first time we stopped in for a latte and all they could make that day was regular coffee, so we bought regular coffee, 3 of them. When they called our number there were only 2 coffees and we were told the cashier had made a mistake and hadn't charged for 3 so please go to the back of the line and reorder. This was not acceptable as it wasn't my mistake so I left. I called when I got home and spoke to the manager, who was the same lady that told me to get back in the line. I didn't go back for several months. We recently started using the mobile app to order and pick up. We ordered today, as we were out at the grocery store next door. When we arrived to pick up the mobile order, the store was closed. I knocked and an employee came over and asked if we had a mobile order and asked the name. We gave it to him and he said that they had closed early and didn't make our order and had already thrown everything out for the day and we were welcome to take a picture of our receipt and COME BACK TOMORROW for a refund or to have our order fulfilled. Now I understand that he may have closed early during the National Covid Crisis, however, they shouldn't take orders if they are closing early. And the really maddening part is I should have been automatically refunded! We are under a stay at home order from the Governor. I was out today to do my grocery shopping as allowed by the order, I won't be out doing Grocery shopping tomorrow! I will be at home where the governor has ordered me to be! Great costumer service this morning!! It was so cold and the manager (in short sleeves!) helped walk my order out to my car. Also took my daughter in last week for her birthday breakfast. First of all I would like to say all the workers here are A1, please try ignore all the spoiled/ignorant people who comment other wise. The store just opened up and they are still getting the hang of the process of being quick and making sure everything has good quality. I go there every weekend morning and Friday morning to get coffee and sometimes a sandwich. I will give you my word their sandwiches are so Freaking good, brings pleasure to my mouth.
