Tried this place out when it opened but recently went again because my kid was wanting some Wicked donuts. Spoiler alert I was a week too late. However, I did get some donuts and coffee. Wasn't too impressed with the coffees but that is on me for not knowing the menu better. The donuts were good and the kiddos enjoyed them but what kids don't enjoy any donut for that matter? Service was nice but we seemed to have to wait to be served and once we were it took a bit to get our coffees. Seemed like they had to work on other things while completing orders. Place was fairly clean and orderly but the location could use a little more customer service interaction. For instance I could tell the worker could see we were struggling with ordering coffee. Instead of trying to find out what we like it was as if we were making her impatient. I bank where this location is but I usually never go here and after this visit I probably never will again. read more

Sigh...this place is finally off of the list. Such a shame because I love Dunkin on the east coast and even their Westlake village location is pretty on it. Came by this morning hoping to snag a quick breakfast bite and a new refresher. Walking in I saw that they have a kiosks now that you can place your order on but it's clearly card only, no cash. If you want to pay cash you do it old school at the register. I walked up to the register and waited. One girl smiled at me and told me she would be right with me, I told her thanks. A moment later her peer looks at me and goes "you know you can order at the kiosk". My pet peeve is when people think I'm dumb (yes many people are but I pride myself on trying to limit my dumb haha). So I said back to her, "oh does it take cash then?" to which was responded, no. I thought I had made my point but she just continued to look at me. So to spell it out I then told her nicely that I had only brought cash. She proceeds to keep making her drink and then says "it's going to be a ten minute wait." Ten minutes for my order to be taken at the register because I'm not using the kiosk?! So strange. I left but at least the girl said sorry, acknowledging that was kind of silly. Was weird that one gal was noting she would help me out in a minute and the next girl made me feel like they didn't want my business. There were a lot of people waiting for their orders with their arms folded. Not a comfortable vibe. I do feel bad for these girls that work here as they are just so incredibly understaffed. Many reviews note this and this has definitely been my experience time and time again. I wish their management would hire more people so this place could run as efficiently as the others do. Too many great coffee shops in Camarillo to keep trying to throw my money at this business and to never have a great experience, sadly I am good with not coming back for a good long while. Hopefully one day this location gets it together but year after year I leave disappointed. read more

Clean, not to far from Highway, probably four stoplights to get there. The area is very nice very friendly. Feels like a cozy little new town but modern one. Nice place inside very wide and the parking lot is good but not too big. Quick service and you can order from a huge tablet. The price of coffee starting around $4.50 it's kinda prohibitive nowadays. Maybe offering I have the size for to have the price will keep people coming. read more

This Dunkin is located in a small plaza part of a banking institution. There's no drive through, but plenty of parking around the back. I want to give a better review because of how hard the staff at this location are working so that will be the third star. For this actual location I would've given two stars and would recommend management hire more staff per shift and prioritize training before putting them on schedule. For the current staff, thank you for working so hard given how busy this location gets! They have always been friendly, trying their absolute best non stop fulfilling both mobile and in person orders, and kind when other customers are not. read more

Went on the launch of the holiday drinks and was a fail. There was only one male employee working and he seemed overwhelmed and had no customer service. I ordered the cookie butter latte and a strawberry sprinkled doughnut after 15 minutes of ordering, he called my name and said I'm out of the donut. What other one do you want very unprofessional and rude. I then finally received my coffee and it tasted more like a hazelnut iced coffee than a cookie butter latte. The customer service is so bad I feel uncomfortable just walking in. Very obvious the employees do not want to be there and they definitely don't want you there either. Extremely long wait times and never get my order right, I just want American cheese instead of the white cheddar on my sandwich and it's just rocket science for them. Today we tried the Maple Sugar Bacon Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, Blood Orange Refresher & Nutty Pumpkin Iced coffee.We ordered on the app everything was the way we ordered it & done just in time just as we walked in to pick it up. The Maple Sugar Bacon Croissant Breakfast Sandwich was tasty, it had the perfect amount of bacon to were you could actually taste it. The refresher was really really good. Worst service ever!!! Took my little girls twice; both times we waited over 15 minutes to get 2 donuts and a drip coffee. Both times there were 2 people working and 2 customers in the store. The one behind me waited 25 minutes+ to get their order. read more

GETTING HERE: Dunkin is located on Arneill in Cam. across from the Chevron. The location is kind of unassuming as I thought the sign was misplaced, honestly. Dunkin is literally next door to the bank. Turn onto Barry Street to access parking in the back. REVIEW: What an interesting location Dunkin is in! It appears the bank and Dunkin share this awesome open work space. I noticed some people there vibing waiting for their drinks; I noticed some people talking with the bank employees, I saw people enjoying some time on couches, and there even appeared to be conference rooms available. Pretty chill space. I dig it. I ordered a Strawberry-something Refresher with coconut milk and two donut holes. The chocolate hole was much better tasting (tasted fresher) than the pumpkin hole. I wasn't a fan of the Refresher, sadly. The employee was gracious enough to re-make it for me (the Blood Orange Refresher did not taste good to me at all!) and I raised a star for the friendly service. I will be back again to try the breakfast sandwiches and will probably try to order via their app, too. Would recommend. read more

Terriable customer service all around. We went in to get 2 cold brews and a breakfast sandwich. After we had paid we noticed we were charged for 2 breakfast sandwiches and askerd to be refunded for 1. The employee was rude about it and acted like she couldnt be bothered. Fast forward 30 minutes we asked what is going on with our order where is our sandsich and drinks. The same employee said that "There are more IMPORTANT people infront of us" Wow really!!! We finally got our order and left. Upon returning home I called and asked to speak to the manager well guess what their response was "They were too busy to take my complaint and to call back later" So I contacted Dunkin corporate well over a week ago. They said the franchise owner would contact me he has yet too. I have called dunkin several times still nothing from the franchise owner. Overall Dunkin lost a life long customer because of this! Dunkin' is my go to place if I want coffee and donuts! So many delicious items on the menu. I love the variety of flavors and options that Dunkin' has to offer. My go to favorites are the iced matcha latte, maple and glazed chocolate donuts, and the bacon wake up wraps! Not to mention their sizes are way bigger than Starbucks for a cheaper price! The staff are always quick and friendly. This location is clean and shared with a bank. My only complaint is that I wish this location was a drive thru. read more

If you order an iced drink, be prepared to receive a cup full of ice, and 2 inches of actual drink. I recently ordered an iced coffee, asked for light ice, and received a cup FULL of ice. I complained, the employee removed a few pieces of ice from my drink, but the drink was still full of ice. Finally, I put my hand inside the iced coffee, removed more than half of the ice (the drink then reached less than half of the cup), and told her to just fill the remainder of the cup with milk. What a nightmare! This is not the first time that this happens. I complained to corporate; don't think I will return to this location. read more

Always seems to be short staffed and takes forever yet the manager is always sitting in the back office. I've been in there a few times where I have notice she has had no problem grabbing her hot drink and food and going to the office even though there was plenty of people in front to help. Customer service is horrible here. The person behind the counter was nice at first, but then when my mom struggled in ordering, she started giving attitude. Some people don't speak perfect English and they take their time in ordering, especially when the menu on the wall is SO SMALL. Be respectful and don't give attitude. She also spoke way too fast when repeating the order, that's how things get missed because you speak so fast, especially to someone who may not be able to hear well or understand you or even if there's just too much background noise. Everytime I have come here I have been disappointed and I love Dunkin! This place is always out of donuts and the workers apparently don't know how to make any drinks either! Went in to order a holiday drink and the guy straight up told me he didn't know how to make it and had be READ him the ingredients... One time I asked for a simple Chai and left with an iced coffee instead because the person didn't know what a Chai was! Not only this but the workers are not very friendly and clearly do not care about their customers orders because they don't even try to get them right. I don't think I have ever left this Dunkin with an 100% correct order. I am thrilled to see this East Coast donut chain make a debut in Camarillo. I visited recently this unique location: inside the credit union! I had a Halloween themed donut and it was delicious.
