Wow. Haven't been here since 2017 and this will be my last time ever giving any Dunkin' a chance. Doughnuts were not fresh which is totally forgivable, I can look past that, but not the rude staff. The guy takes our order and I handed him my money, he goes to give me my change, I hold my hand out and waves it past my hands and puts it down on the doughnut box. First, I have to say that the staff here, especially one guy (who's name I sadly don't know) is so friendly -- I've never seen such a genuinely nice smile in a fast food drive-thru before... The cold brew has always been great. But the hot drinks I've gotten here have been pretty subpar. I got here after 5:30 AM and no one was here. I waited for someone to come and open the store and they arrived around 6 AM. Even though they were late, they had no urgency to open up. It's 6:21 AM right now and the staff are sitting at tables on their phones instead of opening up the store. Other customers have come and driven away as well. I Love Coffee, mostly in iced combinations. I hate leaving one star reviews.... however (i would leave -* if I could) this is by far the worst of the worst Dunkin'. Save yourself the trouble and drive past. I don't even care if you have a free drink. Not worth it. I've given this location more chances then I care to admit, I've taken surveys for Dunkin' and yes, I'm that guy who emailed, all in hopes they would get better or at-least try. Nope! it's still in business because people keep giving it chances or dont know any better. The employees here are always rude, they rush you while trying to make sense of the menu and worst they wont take the time to understand the order. Shots at one coffee house tend to espresso, shots at Dunkin are flavored syrups. For a coffee shop they don't understand, Half and Half from creamer. Do Not go here if you can only use Splenda, because its not what they are putting into your drink. Some of my east coast friends and family rave about how wonderful Dunkin' is. I usually love this dunkin however this morning was terrible. When I got in I was immediately hit with "go ahead with your order" the order taker had an extremely rude tone after two seconds when I was about to start ordering I was once again told to go ahead with my order with an insane amount of sass. I placed my order 2 hazelnut brown sugar shaken espressos and avocado toast with bacon. On the screen it was correct when I got to the window the person said nothing just starred at me and I paid and she didn't even offer me a receipt. I was given my toast and it was incorrect it had no bacon and given my first drink. I kindly asked for there to be bacon on it and the cashier rolled her eyes and got me toast with the bacon. Honestly if I could give negative starts I would, I just quit this location. I was there for about 4-5 months, by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a job. First off there IS roaches, there has been customers come in with roaches In their cup. Employees have been informing higher ups they keep saying we don't have them or they are figuring it out, yet nothing was fixed. The milk machine has had mold in it and still serving drinks to customers, me personally I would pour straight out the jugs to make customers drinks witch is not efficient to how much cream or milk they would like, and it take longer with our timers being in use. Also owners would be mad for pouring out the jug but wouldn't update their machines we can clean the machines but only so much. We had outdated machines and with there being roaches they are all inside the latte machines and coffee brewer etc. there was always something broken and nobody would seem to care to fix it. My frustration with my interactions with the higher ups (AJ, Mazhar, Yogesh, mohit. Etc) has caused me to walk out on my job along with the GM that walked out also and a couple other employees. If you bring something up like this to the owners they will get an attitude and shut you down. I have had customers come in and look discussed with how the owners treated us employees. I almost exclusively mobile order, if they don't have something for your order instead of telling you they either replace it with something else, or don't give it to you at all. They're supposed to close at 9:00pm, I went to pick up donuts for the morning and they had closed 30 minutes early. They provided no reason for closing, and didn't refund my order. Decided to go wait inside for my order to be finished since I ordered a refresher a coffee and a cinnamon bagel. While waiting and watching them make my order since it wasn't busy... I watched my drink that was made be poured into a larger cup and handed to the driver customer. I know it was mines because I heard the man say hand me the refresher for Jacqueline. When the lady coworker came to hand me my order I pointed out how the new refresher wasn't what I ordered. The lady told me they were outta what I ordered. Bullshit I made it clear that I watched them pour my stuff into a larger cup and give it out. She said the person in the drive-through order to exact same thing, and they have to treat the drive-through customers before they treat their walk and customers, even though I was a paying customer who already placed my order online and there was already paid for. Don't worry about me. I never returned to this location again and plus the cinnamon raisin bagels doesn't taste like nothing but a plain bagel. Very poor customer service. Love this place, I went today around 6:45 before I started my night shift at the hospital and it was my first time here, I let the girls know (Morgan and 2 other co workers) that it was my first time and to give me whatever they recommended to keep me up, they made me the best drink I've had in a long time!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. Not sure why they have as much business as they do honestly. First off, this location does NOT know how to make drinks or coffee. However, there is 1 drink my boyfriend likes and so the only way I'll go here with him is if I just get espresso and make my own drink at home. So for the past 6 months I have been coming here ordering 4 shots of espresso over ice. This comes in a large cup and is filled up with espresso halfway. And then today I go there and I'm told there is new management and "you've been getting way too much", and then they proceed to give me a drink that costs $7.16 and it's barely filled with any espresso. So then I go to Tim Hortons and ordered 2 shots of espresso that costs me $2.10 and is filled about the same much as the 4 shots at Dunkin'!!! Ridiculous. I will NEVER go to this location again. Will not return to this location. Says online they open at 530AM as I needed donuts for a meeting at 645am. Went at 630, and the doors were locked as employees were inside. Went through the drive thru to order and asked the girl what time they open their doors. She had no clue. I told her it said 530 online and she said "yes we open then. The manager tells her, they do not open the doors until 7am. This location literally makes up things as they go, because I have ordered for meetings previously, like a month ago, and had the same issue, but the employee let me in at 545am and said they open their doors at 6am. read more

This is review for drive-through - Sunday afternoon Jan 10, 2021. We were the only car in line (well, Sunday afternoon I assume not the busiest time, but still)- Very quick, very friendly service. Correct order (no mistakes) - AWESOME DRIP COFFEE (w oat milk), very tasty piping hot 2 for $5 bagels with egg, bacon, cheese. It is my standard order at any location in the USA.
