When I pulled up to drive through ordering area, no one said anything to me. I thought it was strange but waited to see if someone would take my order. I waited there for a good 5 minutes and no one answered. I thought they were probably closed since no one was answering and taking my order so I drove through to leave but when I got to the window there were people in the building!! I was very confused because this was in the middle of the day so I figured they probably were not closed, so I went around the drive through again. I pulled up to the ordering station and no answer again. My friend had to yell "Hello??" to get an answer from the drive through people. They took my order and were out of many things, which is understandable, but a little annoying since I waited for so long. I'll expand on my less-than-generous Tip that I left on here. I went here on National Doughnut Day for the sole purpose of getting some doughnuts. OK, a single doughnut because if I got multiple doughnuts, I'd eat them all immediately. Dunkin' Donuts had a deal that day where you got a free doughnut if you got a beverage. This is a 24-hour store and I got there at 6PM. Also, how evil is it to put this right outside the LifeTime Fitness, right? Moving on... I finally get to the counter and order some kind of iced drink and then asked for a glazed doughnut as my free doughnut. They're all out of glazed doughnuts. Turns out they were all out of a lot of doughnuts. On National Doughnut Day. In a 24-hour store. at Dunkin' DONUTS. This is what you do, Dunkin' Donuts. That's like Subway being out of subs. I ended up getting a white-iced doughnut, which the sole employee I saw working dumped upside down in a brown paper bag, which meant most of the icing was now on the bottom of the bag. He gave me my drink and sent me on my way. I looked at my receipt when I got home and he still charged me for the doughnut. It was like 90 cents, but still. Here's an idea for Dunkin' Donuts at this location: Try hiring some people motivated to work in customer service. Sure, the 50+ year old man needing a job was tugging at your heart, but he's an asshole. New location, but I'm not overly impressed. The store itself is clean and fresh, as I would expect from a brand new set up, but I'm not very impressed with the donuts. Can't say that I've experienced many Dunkin Donuts, so it may just be the way they do things. I got a white iced round donut. The cake is dry and void of flavor. No thanks. Seriously the most rude employees I have ever encountered. Every one of them! It's actually impressive. I've seen about 8 different employees and ALL of them act like they they despise their jobs and despise you for being there. Even across the drive through intercom they start the conversation with "yes?" Or "go ahead" ... no greeting, no happy voice, nothing! Once you get to the window, they are even MORE rude. And I will say, every time I get my drink it's wrong. It's just REALLY frustrating. Obviously management hasn't helped this because it's been this way for a long time. I'm just really hoping new management takes over and hires people who like to be there and don't act annoyed that you're ordering something. I actually had a girl yell "I KNOW!" I put one star because I can't put zero, obviously going into DD you are not expecting top tier food and or service but the way I was treated was a bit bizarre, I walk in with a "hi,what do you want" as I proceed to order a iced vanilla latte, I can tell she is struggling to type in the order, then ask if it was a Carmel latte, I repeat the order 2 more times and then I order a glazed donut and a long John, which she ask me again what I ordered to grab. As I am paying in which I presume is the manager, looks at me like I'm nuts and says we usually use milk in our lattes, what do you want instead cream, I said yes due to my confusion of why he was asking if I wanted milk in my latte.... then I finish paying and walk to the other end to wait for my drink. It ended up being a iced cinnamon vanilla cream drink with a dash of coffee. Still don't know where the confusion went, and to top it off as I go to grab my straw the girl behind the counter and the man making my drink yell at me saying I still need to pay... which I thought I did, so I go to put my card back in and the girl just never finished the transaction on her end, then I left with nobody even sayin the slightest bye or good day, mind you I was the only person in this place too. Wonder how they handle 3 customers at once. read more

This location is a joke. I'm in the area for work this week and not once but twice, did I choose to grab my breakfast from this location. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Both times, I submitted my mobile order, and both times I had to sit and wait for roughly ten minutes. And both times, i had to ask where something else was from my order. Everywhere online says 'open at 4:30 am' I arrived here around 4:45 am, the entire place looked closed. So I sat in the parking lot until 5:00 am just in case, proceeded to the drive thru with another car. We sat there for about 5 minutes until I called the listed phone number. Which was disconnected, but there was someone inside? We sat there until 5:15 am. I then drove the 3 miles or so to Starbucks and had excellent service! read more

I've been to Dunkins all over the country. This one is poorly run as far as traditional Dunkin fare. In my visit today they were out of sausage patties and it took them 15 minutes to make four breakfast sandwiches. The Bavarian cream donuts didn't have any cream in them. The pumpkin coffee was good. I like the front seating area with the fireplace but I don't see how the crew here could keep up with a crowd. read more

Horrible, horrifying and just really bad. Came in and purchased donuts and coffee. Never been there before and the worker just wanted me in and out not explaining anything. They keep all of the creamers and sugar behind the counter. Made my coffee at the counter and noticed ants crawling around my cup. Worker said sorry, and swiped them away without offering to correct the issue. I left, which I should of just got my money back and opened the store door. The door swings back, because the door is not functioning correctly and smack, coffee everywhere. This is almost so bad that I am amazed that they even have a business that's open. Come on Dunkin Donuts have to value to your product and your customers. I don't see this place being successful due to their lack of customer acumen... read more

I come here so often that i have decided to be part of the dd perk. One of the ladies has been so rude about it. I came to purchase a coffee with it and she made it such a problem. Then, I came again on national donut day, and she didn't want to give me a free donut with my purchased drink although that was the deal they had. I'd periodically go to this location (Ellisville) to pick up doughnuts for the office. I'd get there before 8am and request 3 dozen doughnuts. They always sort of freaked out because it would apparently deplete their supply - can't they make more?. (I've also been there mid morning to get just a half dozen or so and they have been out of most doughnuts.) I've also experienced a worker who just dropped the doughnuts in the box and needless to say the 'presentation' of the doughnuts at my office looks like they had flopped around in my car. My BIGGEST complaint (and I've not been back since) is that I went in to get the office doughnuts and the customer behind me in line showed me that ants were climbing up and into my box of doughnuts sitting on the counter. Of course I immediately requested new doughnuts. So the guy just started taking the doughnuts out of the box and putting the same doughnuts in to a new box on the same counter where the ants were! Really?? I told him I wanted NEW doughnuts and to put the newly filled box up on to of one of the machines and not on the same counter where the ants were. OMG ... I really can't believe I still bought them that day. Fortunately, I did not see any ants in the new boxes of new doughnuts. Frequently the workers would also suggest that it would be helpful if I'd order them the night before. Well, I don't always know where I was going to get the office treats ... depended on what area I would be in. Besides, if you are a DOUGHNUT PLACE, it seems that it isn't too hard to fill a 3 dozen order and make more doughnuts ... the product you supposedly sell 24/7!??! It isn't like I ask for 20 boxes!?! My children go here before school and I stop in before work, a few times a week. I find that the evening crew has a way better attitude than the day employees. They are VERY rude during the day. 2 of the ladies could use an attitude adjustment. Im a manager at a restaurant near by and if my employees had their pissy attitudes, they wouldn't have a job. I watched these ladies overcharge a young man and then treat him like it was his fault. No reason for that. If you ladies don't like your job, get a new one! read more

I have had nothing but good experiences each time I've come here. Workers are friendly, speedy, and the coffee is great. I always order an iced coffee with skim milk and usually pink sweetener or Splenda. I like how they have variety. I have yet to try a donut though. read more

First went into the store to try and order, waited in line for 10 minutes and did not move. Employees were slow and could care less. The very heavy/overweight female who was "working" did a lot of watching but very little work. Although two registers were at the front, only one employee was working the register. Employees I saw lacked a sense of urgency for folks trying to get in and out and clearly did not know what they were doing. Finally left, and thought the drive thru would be faster. I was only slightly correct. It was nearly impossible to understand the person through the speaker and when I told the clerk, she simply replied with "ok". She clearly did not care. Doughnut was put in bag upside down so all of the toppings ended up on the napkins vs. on the doughnut. I spend $50/week at Starbucks and was looking forward to some variety. I'm not sure this place is up to the level of service Starbucks has. It's a shame because the coffee and food normally taste better. read more

This Dunkin Donuts use to be awesome now it is awful! New staff is extremely rude, hateful and condescending! When I pulled up to give them my order, I was met with " i'll be with you as soon as I can"! It wasn't said in a pleasant tone either...it was said in a curt and offensive way. Then I waited almost 10 minutes and when I said "hello", the person on the other end said in an extremely belligerent way "I told you I'd be with you as soon as o can! I decided to just pull up since I was the only one in the line-THE INLY INE! I got to the window and Boone was there...I finally tapped on the window and finally the manager who looked like a hot mess came around the corner and then sauntered our ad slow as she could. Next, she proceeded to rinse out the coffee pot, shake out the filter cavity, wipe down the counter, and pour new coffee into the filter compartment and started the coffee. Mind you, there was coffee there that she could have poured. And, that's all I ordered... One lousy small coffee! She finally open the window to give me my coffee and then muttered some horrible things under her breath. Eventually as I was pulling off I could see that she was walking out to her car in the parking lot. She was wearing pajama bottoms and slippers! I couldn't believe my eyes! This place is absolutely horrible from a service standpoint! It's as though they don't want anyone to come back so that they don't have to do anything at all. There used to be a long line when there was good help at the location. Now, it's one or two cars and no one seems to want to get your order. Today, it was the final straw. I attempted to give them one last chance and again, when I pulled to the window the manager with pink or purple hair proceeded to do everything but serve my coffee. When I said can I get my coffee please I'm in a hurry and have to get to work, she replied, well, we have a to go order coming in in 15 minutes and so I am getting their coffee ready. Getting their coffee ready... I was in the window they were nowhere to be seen! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANT YTO START YOUR DAY OUTVON A ROTTEN NOTE; OR, YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO WATCH THEN DO EVERYTHING IN THE WORKD BUT GET YOU YOUR IRDER!!! I wish I could give them zero stars because that's exactly what they deserved!!! read more

The only reason I go to this location is because the other locations are 20 mins away. First of all, every time I get an iced coffee here they never put enough sugar or cream.But this particular morning I decided to go before work, and I noticed the drive thru was blocked by a mysterious truck. That alone irritated me because I was running late. When I ordered my drink inside the service seemed decent and the girl who took my order was pleasant and fast BUT when I picked up my drink it was jet black. Clearly no cream was added at all and it tasted too bitter to drink.I immediately tried to grab the attention of the closest worker I saw (this girl literally was doing nothing). I called to her maybe three times and got blatantly ignored twice until she said yes? She had no emotion on her face. I told her my order was completely messed up in the nicest tone possible and she gave this simple issue to her manager to deal with. In maybe 25 seconds the manger fixed me a new drink.
