I have a dunk'in account so I patron this establishment every day; and every day its a new experience. They know my order by heart and still screw it up at least 2x a week. Yesterday they had to close the cafeteria area and run only the drive thru (even on mobile orders) which made the line almost an hour wait. So obviously my drink sat for over 45 min (food cold and drink melted). Toady was the last straw (no pun intended) I ordered food and a drink. Where is Wade McLaren? Well, I had a coupon and was in the area so I stopped in for a coffee and a donut. It just so happens they did not accept this coupon, at this location. They gave it back to me. However, they absolutely honored the coupon, because it was a Dunkin Donut coupon. So they manager and staff gave me the savings on the ice coffee. That was AWESOME! The customer service and smiles were a pleasant surprise. In addition, I made a decision to reward them and buy lunch too. So, I ordered (1) ice coffee, (1) Bostom Creme donut and (1) Tomato Pesto Sandwich (adding a side of bacon). My order was less than $11 and the service was "killer". Coffee is always better than the Seattle based company, but their food prep still has a lot to be desired. I have made complaints after complaints but no one seems to care. They are more interested in how fast they can get the food out and not how well it's prepared. I order a bagel toasted, I don't want it just warm, but toasted brown. Not dark brown where it's almost burnt, but a nice light crispy layer of brown deliciousness! When I ask it to be double toasted, it comes out dark. If I ask for it to be lightly toasted then it's barely warm. There is no happy medium. If they slowed down the toaster just 5-10 seconds it would make things a lot better! The other thing I have noticed in all the Dunkin Donuts in Charlotte County is the ability to not get stocking orders done. DD corp must place a limit on what they can order! How is it that a store that sells coffee doesn't have the "Box of Joe" boxes available? A company can measure success by the sales they make. UPDATE 2-12-2020: Dion is a nice employee besides him they all have really bad attitudes and very short over the drive through. Today is the third time they've been out of all munchkins. They had no bagels, no munchkins, no muffins, no bacon, no Carmel or French vanilla flavor. I know It happens sometimes you run out of popular items, but it's literally been every morning I go they are out of half their food. Initial post: I love dunkin and their coffee had a wide variety of options and good flavors with new stuff all the time. Their food selection is great too! (varies on location) However this dunkin is not very appealing or clean and hygiene is HUGE for me... also the customer service sucks to be honest and I've even heard the staff cussing about work and constantly being understaffed in front of me and the people in my car. Let's face it, doughnuts are fading from the American Diet. Sales are down from past peaks and unsold doughnuts are a liability. I have recently purchased Coffee and Old Fashioned Doughnuts from Naples to Sarasota , Florida and found the following to be generally true: Doughnuts are brought in from a central bakery, perhaps daily. Old Fashioned Doughnuts that should have been removed from inventory are often not removed and are instead sold to the unwitting customer, especially in late afternoon. Dunkin has excellent coffee, but this location needs to do a better job with service delivery. Luckily I was running early and I decided to stop for coffee. There were 13 cars in the drive thru and 2 people inside so I decided to go inside to get my coffee. I spent 12 minutes waiting to place my order and then receive my coffee. There were only 2 people inside taking and preparing orders. I would have given this review a 1 star except the coffee was freshly brewed and really good tasting. They are also always short on their stock so if you show up later than 7am they will probably not have any muffins or bagels. My girlfriend and I visit this Dunks location almost daily and we always have a great experience. Brandi usually takes our order and she's always very friendly, knows our order by heart (two iced caramel coffees, light ice, cream and sugar) by heart, and always mixes them perfectly. It's so nice to get such personal service from a chain coffee shop. The other employees are always just as helpful and friendly. We recommend this Dunkin location to everyone. read more

My boyfriend brought me home a very simple iced coffee with flavoring and almond milk and it tasted like water with a little bit of coffee flavor. This is your typical dunkin donuts located just to the west of San casa. I'm not sure why it is here but the bagels are smaller here compared to other locations. Maybe I just have bad luck or timing? The dunkin coffee is always solid. Get here early it's often busy after 7am. read more

If you are coming just for coffee expect excellent service. Seems every morning the same group of locals come here and order up. We ordered our teas, muffins and coffee, too, and it came up within seconds. Meanwhile, waiting 15 minutes (two days in a row) for a bacon, chicken ranch sandwich is embarrassing for a chain build on rapid service. And, we aren't exaggerating. It took 15 minutes, on Monday and Tuesday. We were late to our fishing charter two days in a row. The sandwich (for a fast-food style) is actually pretty good, well it was the first day when they ran out of their normal sandwich buns and put it on a bagel for us. Their regular bun isn't very good. If you can request it to come out on a bagel, do it. For a chain this sandwich is damn good! I'd use caution ordering sandwiches at all he, however. If you want your order do be messed and wait 30 minutes for a bagel this is the place to go. Not once have they got my drink right in the mornings. I order on the app and give them plenty of time and yet they still seem to screw it up. Today, they gave me their regular sugar in my iced coffee instead of liquid. So now, I'm chewing on sugar with every sip and they didn't even fill it up all the way. The only time they get my order right is when there is only one other customer.
