AWFUL!! Absolutely awful. Every single time it's something. Ordered....$75 for two adults and two kids is like Starbucks prices which made me suspicious they overcharged but okay...we paid. They hand out three drinks and then a fourth that was NOT my drink. We were told to drive out front and wait. But didn't immediately cause the fourth drink was wrong. Handed that back and let them know and THEN pulled out front. 15min later two employees come storming out. Still no food. BF goes inside and apparently one of them had told the manager we left instead of just driving out front as requested so they didn't even make our food at all. BF got my drink and got a refund for everything else and that's all they would do. Not the first time this place has had horrendous service but definitely last time I'm going there. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I don't think it could possibly get any worse! First, they try to convince me I didn't pay and wanted me to pay again even though my receipt literally printed out. Then I grabbed the receipt (which was mine) and he said "no it's not, this is yours" and tried giving me my friend's receipt who had ordered in front of me. Next they made me a medium instead of a large. Once I showed her it was a large she just grabbed my medium and dumped it in a large and added milk. Then handed it to me and this next part isn't me being dramatic....I swear it literally had 4 cubes of ice... and it was so much worse in person. My friend who ordered three drinks met me outside and said "That was by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to." Once we got to our destination, he gave one of the drinks he got to a friend who had him get it and they said "This tastes terrible." So that's three people with a bad experience here. I promise you're better off not coming here and getting coffee at the nearest McDonald's. read more

Horrible service. Unprofessional and extremely rude Manager. We had simple requests. A DOUBLE TOASTED sandwich and a dark vanilla ice coffee of which both were wrong! Told manager and she yelled at me that I said light when I didn't. She remade it the exact same way, light again! Staff was very nice. Coffee wasn't as good as most Dunkin' Doughnuts. Filled cup so much there was no room for cream. Was hot and seemingly fresh. The chicken biscuit was a joke. Tasted like it had been heated three times. I had two bites and couldn't stomach the rest. So bad wouldn't even give to the dog. Ended up tossing and eating a biscuit from another establishment. Management needs to step in and do something about this location! Constant bad reviews but don't see corporate doing anything about it. read more

Stopped here on the way home from a Road Trip to Nashville. Stopped here because my friend wanted to more so than I did. I ordered a dozen donut holes, but I wanted to pick the variety, before I was done ordering the other girl had already picked out a variety for me. Talk about fast service..... but it sucked on the other hand because there were some nasty ones that I did not want. I also got one of the breakfast sandwiches in the morning too. My friend and I ordered together, we both got the same sandwich, but with slight differences. Of course when we get out to the car, there is no way to differentiate which one was which. We weren't very impressed with the food, but we weren't familiar with the area. When I pulled up to the store the three employees of this Dunkin were all standing by the entrance door smoking with no one inside running the doughnut shop. As we approached the door one of the workers pulled the door open and walked behind the counter and the other two walked in behind us and started waiting on the woman that was in the store before we walked in. The store is newly remodeled and looks great . The worker who rang me up had a difficult time working the register and seemed either new or inexperienced. I bought three doughnuts and twelve munchkins and a Charlie coffee drink and took them home to eat. The doughnuts and munchkins I ordered were all stale as if they had been sitting for quite some time. The doughnuts looked fine in the case but were not fresh and when my wife took a drink of the coffee drink I had brought her it was undrinkable. This is the Dunkin that is close to my house and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. It just doesn't match the quality that I have come to expect from Dunkin. read more

This is the WORST Dunkin location. Their drive-through has always been slow. They have been known to close early. In addition they will no longer honor refills as they have in the past. Although the manager would be "very willing to pour it into my refill cup" BUT charge me full price. Congratulations, you lost a customer. read more

OK I don't usually get places one star, unless they committed a 100% failure on something very easy. Driving across country on I 40 and I don't have time to stop and walk in and then go back when someone messes up a very simple order. Asked for a large dark roast with cream and sugar and a certain flavor and I hear them talking about it and they hand it out to me and it doesn't have the flavor in it. How hard is that? What an American classic! Gotta love some good D&D from time to time. I know I do. I stop here for donuts on long drives, and I like the people and how fast the service is. One thing I can't stand about bakeries or coffee shops in the middle of the big city is how long it takes to park, get in, and get out. Talk about an hour spent already. Bad customer service. I ordered a double cream coffee and received a plain coffee. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a rock, felted like it was microwaved for a few secs. I will no longer come to this location. read more

Terrible customer service. I understand that you may be stressed because you have a line outside in the drive-through, but you have 4 other people to delegate tasks to. Don't treat me like I'm less of a customer because I came inside and ordered a lot of coffee and doughnuts. My order is probably 4 times what the normal transaction is, and I don't mind waiting - but don't tell me that I came at a bad time and it's going to be a while every 5 min. for 35 min. Set the expectation and I'll be patient - constantly harping on my order being a burden on you - you just lost my business. No complaints about the food but the Customer Service has gone to the dogs in the last few months. I have watched people walk away (so have I) and leave the drive thru because you could get a steak dinner faster than they can fix a sandwich. I stop here every day because it's handy for my commute but I always know I will waste 5 - 10 minutes getting my order. If you are in a hurry you will be mad. They have taken "fast" out of "Fast Food". My honest opinion is that there is a need for some adult supervision at this store. If half of a star was an option here, I don't even know if I would choose that one. This has to be the worst establishment I've ever visited for what you would think would be a very simple, modification- free order. I go through in the mornings most of the time, since I live about 5 miles from this location and I absolutely love dunkins coffee. 75% of the time they are understaffed, and the other 25% when they have plenty of workers, i still find myself waiting at the drive thru for 7 to 8 minutes or having to pull around for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I'll order one thing and get something completely opposite. When I am in a bit of a rush in the mornings this is not how I want to start my day, I mean, America runs on Dunkin right?
