    DONT COME HERE
    Landon W.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I don't think it could possibly get any worse! First, they try to convince me I didn't pay and wanted me to pay again even though my receipt literally printed out. Then I grabbed the receipt (which was mine) and he said "no it's not, this is yours" and tried giving me my friend's receipt who had ordered in front of me. Next they made me a medium instead of a large. Once I showed her it was a large she just grabbed my medium and dumped it in a large and added milk. Then handed it to me and this next part isn't me being dramatic....I swear it literally had 4 cubes of ice... and it was so much worse in person. My friend who ordered three drinks met me outside and said "That was by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to." Once we got to our destination, he gave one of the drinks he got to a friend who had him get it and they said "This tastes terrible." So that's three people with a bad experience here. I promise you're better off not coming here and getting coffee at the nearest McDonald's.

    Bagel and cream cheese

Asked for a bagel and cream cheese. I think you can see from the picture that this is a poor excuse for a bagel and cream cheese. This is only one example of how they mess my order up every single time I come.

Ham, egg and cheese on English muffin not double toasted as requested.

Horrible service. Unprofessional and extremely rude Manager. We had simple requests. A DOUBLE TOASTED sandwich and a dark vanilla ice coffee of which both were wrong! Told manager and she yelled at me that I said light when I didn't. She remade it the exact same way, light again! They act so stressed like they are saving lives when they are just making coffee and a sandwich! Don't waste your money at this filthy place filled with incompetence.

The only sadness is finding the owners still living in the plastic prison built by COVID. A necessity of the past, perhaps we should feel safer? No, we should just be thankful they're still here and hopeful that they'll return to a life with fewer borders. Thriving in the remains of an old restaurant building  this kitchen's consistency blossoms in the twilight each morning and has such a strong following that customers know they have to get here early. Unless (of course) you're a casual drop-in or a slow learner that failed to heed advice. After my several years of stopping in, I'm certain your mileage will vary only in product availability (assuming you're one to heed advice.) The only thing better than supporting a small shop and finding the cupboard almost bare because business has been so brisk is arriving early enough to have a choice from a full display case. Most ingredients and recipes are certainly franchised, but the consistency is 100% local effort. The apple fritters - bar none - are the best for miles around. They go so fast that I wouldn't be surprised if one were to have become a qualifier for the Indy 500. The old-fashioned cake donuts are true to the ways of shops older than I am and the rest of the offerings are delectable. If you know kolaches, you'll find what's offered here are klobasnek...Texas-sized klobasnek. And they're worth gobbling (especially the jalapeno variety.) The coffee is every day coffee. It's unremarkable other than it's usually being fresh. And it goes great with everything else you could eat here.

For the best experience at this no-frills spot, show up early for a wide selection! We ordered a variety including a twist, pink sprinkles, and sugared donut. They were all solid choices and I also added on a croissant breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was heavier than expected, not very flakey but more of a soft bun in a croissant shape. We heard their apple fritters were amazing when eaten hot and fresh, but sadly they were out by the time we arrived. We'll have to come earlier next time!

I had used the women's washroom, which is also shared between the two businesses. It was clean and nicely maintained. It was my first time at a Flying J. There used to be one at Highway 27 and Albion Road in Etobicoke that I passed by often. It has since changed over to a Shell station. I loved being at the gas station with an incredible store. I wouldn't even say that it was a convenience store. It was far better! I have never seen so many hot dog varieties in my life, including a limited Nashville hot variety. The iced tea varieties were also cool. I appreciated an unsweetened version. You also had sweet and citrus. I do enjoy looking at beverages. I was happy to see Arizona and Snapple drinks. There was also beer. The phone accessories and electronics were amazing. I picked up a USB C cable that splits such that you can listen to audio on one side and continue charging your device with the other side. As convenient as it is these days to have wireless earbuds, when they lose their charge, you lose your audio. Especially when I'm travelling, I'd rather have this setup with corded earbuds and a means to charge your phone when your phone does not have a headphone jack. It was a nerdy find, but such a cool one. You can also choose from a wide assortment of CB radios. It was great looking at them, as it was all new to me. I also invaded the pork rinds section. I picked up a bag of chili lime ones, which I snacked on right up until I boarded my plane from Detroit to Toronto. They were delicious. Thanks, Turkey Creek! The man at the counter was nice. I paid for my items with a credit card. All went well. He asked me if I needed a bag. Nope, I was okay without one. I thanked him and left with my purchases. I enjoyed my brief visit. If you need to stop here on a road trip, you're in good hands. (319)

I can't say service at this location has ever been noteworthy. It's more just moving people through the line. They offer mini and regular sized donuts. I love, love, love that they offer mini donuts. I've never been a big fan of their donuts, but the winter donuts may have changed my mind. My favorites have been Sugar Cookie and Gingerbread Latte. I enjoyed the buttery, flaky layers. I also grabbed an iced sugar cookie and that was delicious. For drinks they offer coffees and a case with sparkling waters, juice, and canned coffee.
