I got inside the door and at the counter, and I was looking at the menu and the girl was pushing me to order either off the menu or off the mobile site and I told her I wasn't ready and she kept pushing for me to order. When I did order, I went with someone else told her I wanted the six dollar meal. Nobody ever asked me how I wanted the iced coffee but I pacifically said no eggs. I waited 15 minutes for the croissants to get done and when I got the meal, the drink had no sweet cream no milk no nothing. It was very strong coffee. When I got the sandwich, it was not in a box like everybody else Got. Mine was in a paper bag. When I got to the car, guess what my sandwich was burnt, and there was eggs in it. There was great service, everyone was super nice. The food came out super quick and everything tasted amazing, especially the bagel bites.

Really disappointed because I love Dunkin, unfortunately this location has never been good. Every other location in Colorado is perfectly fine except for this one. Every time I come here they get my drink wrong and they are super rude when I ask them to remake it or for a refund. The workers here are unpleasant to be around and seem like they're constantly in a horrible mood and it's not OK I work in food service, so I totally understand but I'm never rude to any of the customers because it's my job to be nice and help them. Honestly it's worth driving to a different location just to be treated better. I don't think I'll be going to this location ever again. read more

20 minute wait for 2 donuts. There was only 1 car ahead of me. The lobby is always closed so that's not even an option. And the donuts have been stale the last couple times. I was excited to find a Dunkin within walking distance of my house! I have gone there a couple mornings now which the first time was a great experience! As for the second experience not so much... it is Friday, August 6th at 6:15am there was a girl w/brown hair and on the shorter side, she walked up and said what can I get you (not a good morning or anything) I ordered my drink with her left almost a 3 dollar tip and then asked a simple favor for less ice. She literally rolled her eyes, did not say anything back to me started walking away and said in a very rude manner "you could tell us before we print the ticket so everyone knows" and walked away. I didn't get a thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING. Coming from someone who has managed cafes and coffee shops for the last 10 years that sort of attitude and employee is not going to get the business very far. It's in a decent location off of college but customer service is everything and you will lose more customers than you will gain from that sort of experience. I wanted to customize the 12 I was told I wasn't allowed to because it slows down the drive through. No one was ahead of me or behind me!! What is the point of a drive-through if you can't get what you want! I had used you guys for convenience today and was in my robe (early morning to get the kids donuts). My mother & I went through the drive thru recently. We ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts & they handed us one chocolate frosted & one custard donut. We informed them of the mistake & they said it was because they had no more chocolate frosted donuts, so they tried to pass it off without telling us, AFTER we paid! The girls in the back were preparing food with no gloves and one in particular was touching her nose repeatedly between sandwiches, and another girl was on the phone and went straight to the food afterwards with no gloves. The manager told us that they "had one glove on", as if ONE glove would make it okay. Neither of the girls had gloves on. We told them that it was unhygienic and unprofessional to try to give us something other than what we paid for without even telling us. There were no apologies, no kind words. The manager yelled at my mother to "have a terrible day!" as we were pulling away. All of this happened within less than 5 minutes. I can't imagine what else goes on there all day. I was confused and asked her when they'd be ready and she responded with IDK. What in the world is that? I had to wait in the drive thru line until everyone was finished in order to leave.
