Dunkin' no longer has doughnuts in their name because they stopped making fresh, then they stopped serving even near fresh, and now they have reduced their variety. That would be okay if they remained good at coffee. One problem is that none of their workers are coffee drinkers. However, they refuse to use any but their disposable cups, and not for any hygiene reasons (you can see their disposable cups come from open stacks and they grab from the inside). Handwashing, masks, hair covering, not an important thing at these places. Huge waste of non recyclable materials. At least this location is a little nicer than other Dunkins, but not any more accurate. read more

Usually quick unless there's a line. Went in for a quick snack. No one behind or in front of me. When it was time to lay my reward finally loaded be she it's a low signal inside the place. Person at the POS said I couldn't add or change anything on the order. I wanted to add an extra item (cold brew) to the order since my account was ready for it. Don't go near the end because the donuts are stale by closing time. I leave a good tip but I couldn't this time. And still no one for the next few mins came after me. read more

I was really excited when they built this Dunkin Donuts. It is so close to where I live and in such a convenient location. I came here a few times to get their coffee and on occasion donut(s) and coffee. They're usually pretty friendly and have what I want in stock. Their coffee sizes are great for portions and at a price you can't beat. They have the cutest doggy treats as well. Only downside is their drive through isn't that big so I hit my window on their side. So be careful. Other then that, good service, coffee, and donuts! read more

I have been to the location 3 times. I was excited to have one close to home. But 3 strikes and you are out. All 3 visits have been a SHIT SHOW. Window attendants never get orders right. When we order we get 3 things, Bagel breakfast sandwich and the 2 for $5 croissant sandwiches. They have NEVER gotten that right., they question everything about it and always forget 1 sandwich. When you pull up to the window you can se people standing around on their phone. You can see the lack in attention of their job results in poor customer service. This location is a disappointment to the Dunkin name and brand. Today is the day i decided to make a review because i was like i will try a simple order.. Toasted bagel with cream cheese. Instead i got a charred bagel this almost no cream cheese. I will be go out of my way to support another Dunkin location that represent Dunkin. This place either needs a whole new staff and owner or shut it down. This location in Greenfield, WI was top notch when it first opened. Great, friendly, accurate and efficient service. NONE of that holds true anymore. I've waited FOREVER when using the mobile app, ordering at the speaker or even walking in, only to have drinks made incorrectly or in the wrong size. It's ridiculous. I went through the 800 customer service number and was told it's independently owned and the manager would call me back in 24-48 hrs. Guess what, that was in November and I'm still waiting! I went back today only because I had a gift card from Christmas. Same AWFUL service. This time no lines at 8am when it's usually packed. I'm guessing more people have gone elsewhere for the same reasons. They won't be in business long if they can't figure out the issues or contact the customers who requested a call back to find out what they even are. read more

It was the worst service I have ever received in my life. The person taking my order was a racist. He snatched my drink out of my hand after he offered to make a new order. I told him I would go inside since he had an attitude. He had an attitude with me. I requested a refund, and he threw my money; after I told him that he should apologize for doing that and for the horrible service, he went and laughed and walked to the back, leaving me with my words in my mouth. Stopped a couple weeks ago just to get a cup of coffee. Yes I know they are new but wow 25 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. Not good. Went through the drive thru. Asked for 1 pumpkin spice latte. 25 minutes of waiting in the parking lot they finally brought it out. No discount, no coupon, nothing but a sorry, one of the machines broke down. I've had the worst experience with this Dunkin'. I ordered through the mobile app and when I got there they said they were out of orange juice and did I want something else, I did not, thinking I would not be charged for the orange juice. That was wrong, I was charged. I called the store and the assistant manager told me she couldn't refund me since it was through the app and that according to her she was "incompetent" and I could blame her. She gave me the name and phone number of her manager and told me to call her. I did and left a message, never got a call back. I went to the app and did the "get help" and have gone back and forth for weeks trying to get less than $3 back. They had the owner contact me and offer me a free sandwich, no thanks, just want a refund. He said to use the "get help" feature on the app. Multiple times now they've asked for my receipt (which I provided) and asked me if I ever talked to the owner (yes) and it goes back and forth with no resolution. I went to the dounkin dounut on Cold Spring Rd. I first made sure they serve breakfast all day. Doukin STEP IT up. I would probably eat here everyday but after this experience hell no. This was the worst breakfast food ever!!!! Hush browns taste like grill remence of everyhing been put on grill from yesterday to today. English muffins take like it also was used to wipe down the grill. It was disgusting. I was so happy to hear we were getting a dounkin by us. This location has been am disappointment. Place is terrible, cashier charged me double on a bagel order. I literally paid $10 for 2 bagels, and the cashier told me sorry the prices went up and theirs nothing we can do about it. I comeback to order the same thing the following and day, and would you know it prices was half of what I was charged. Rude employees would never come here ever again.
