I saw D on the way to work and I thought that I would grab a breakfast combo with a coffee to start my work day. I went through the drive through and I noticed that their is no breakfast combos so I ordered a sausage croissant and a med coffee and my total came to $7.11 which surprised me for a small fast food breakfast sandwich. Considering that the average breakfast restaurant has an average price of about $10 for eggs, potatoes, meat and toast I felt that this was expensive when you ponder that you were $3 away from a real full American breakfast that would have been way better. I didn't think that the coffee was all that great was my first thought. The sausage croissant was ok with a tasty sausage patty on a flakey croissant but I didn't think that it was a $7 breakfast at all. I'm probably not going to do breakfast here again because I passed three breakfast places where I could have ordered a full take out breakfast for a few more dollars and I would have been more satisfied with my breakfast. read more

I came though the drive through after trying the door and the woman in the store and ordered an Oreo milkshake and when I got my drink it looked watery but I paid and tried it thinking that she just over blended the drink. She gave me a cup of milk with a singular crushed Oreo. When I came back for a refund and tried to explain what was wrong with the drink she got mad and told me that she added the Oreo and they didn't do refunds. She didn't even make a milk shake she gave me a milk with an Oreo in it and I had to argue to get my refund and she had an attitude the entire time. They must have improved recently, I've been here a couple of times and they've served up my coffee just right. I like it small, black, and bitter, like my heart. Dunkin' lost my loyalty years ago when they stopped baking fresh, temporarily won it back as Starbucks got more and more careless about regular coffee and basic customer service, and then again when COVD19 hit and I remembered I know how to make coffee and I own a French press, a coffee grinder, and a hot water kettle. I've been going to this location day after day since they opened. Every morning as I start my work day. Every day I order the same ice coffee drink and my omelet bagel bites to stay in tune with my Keto diet. Anyways 1-25-2023 was the last day I will ever ever go back. This new group that is running the location, none of them understand the English language or can even communicate well. I don't normally review fast food places, but I didn't think the ratings did justice of this location. Fast service, friendly employees, and accurate orders. What else do you need from a Dunkin Donuts? Yes, early morning's are a bit busier than later mornings, but they still get you your coffee and order in a timely manner. Donut stock varies, but that varies in any bakery/donut shop. The employees were very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience so much better. read more

Where do I even start... my friend was a former employee and let me tell you. The management would make their employees sell day old donuts to costumers because, they did not want to spend more money on a order for the next day. They would use week old creamers even the the employees would complain because they did not want to serve anything that could get the costumers sick and the management did not care. When the espresso machine would break their manager would tell them to use coffee and creamer instead of letting the costumers know that they did not have espresso drinks. The management also is not very kind to their employees even when there it a valid reason why someone was calling in sick. The mangers talk disrespectfully to their employees and costumers. One time a manger threw someones donut on the floor because they said they wanted a new one. They are more focused on helping their other locations when this hales corners store does not have a manger at all. So when they are confused or lost they have to take time out of the line to call a manger that should be in the store. I do not think the employees are the problem it is the MANAGEMENT! read more

I have mixed feelings on this one, I think it really depends on when you go there. I went there late the other day and the guy at the counter was awesome, they were fast, and the order was accurate. I went there during the day once with the wifey and ordered 2 iced coffees. They were pretty busy and when we got our iced coffee it was black. Who orders just black coffee? Throw some mocha and cream up in there man! Or ask. Just ask. To make sure I wasn't nuts I even looked up the statistics on people who drink black coffee. Sure, I didn't specify what kind of iced coffee I wanted but only 35% of people that drink coffee, prefer black coffee. I'm sure the employee handbook and Dunkin Donuts as a whole has the accurate stats for the current year and utilizes the information to give the customer the best ordering experience possible :-) Another time I went there early in the day with my daughter. We ordered munchkins. They gave us a box already packaged (another customer must have not wanted it). When we got home and opened the box, there were no chocolate munchkins. Someone needs to change the hours stated online! Online hours say open today (Saturday) from 5am- 10pm. I heavily relied on the online hours, as I work third shift tonight and have a work function at 7am and needed a huge order of donuts and won't have time to go in the morning. I stop around 8:30pm, and it's CLOSED. I look at the hours posted on the door, and it said it closed at 8:00pm. Had the hours posted online been correct, I would've came in sooner. Now I'm screwed and cannot purchase 30 dozen donuts as I'm suppose to. Not only did you lose out on a HUGE order, but because of this, I'm not sure I'll return again. I just went to the Dunkin' and experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. We were ordering and the man on the drive through kept cutting us off and then proceeded to end out order before we were done ordering, that's fine less money for you. Then when we got to the window I ordered "The Charli" and was missing some ingredients and I specifically asked for extra milk and my coffee came to the window black with no milk. Also mind you the charli is suppose to have caramel and I got no caramel.When I kindly asked "Can you please put more milk in it looks like there is none in there." He rudely said, "I mean I guess." He was super rude when he came back and basically threw the coffee through the window with coffee every where. So they just gave my black coffee when I payed for "The Charli". Can't comment on the donuts (yet) ....just coffee and a bagel sandwich. The coffee was HOT! Holy crap hot! Ordered a egg/bagel sandwich and it wasn't very good at all. Didn't seem like a real egg but some type of processes egg-food on a tasteless, rubbery pretzel bagel. Slow service, bad layout of the store when crowded, lobby area/tables were dirty. Lots of donut types available and maybe will stop in sometime and grab one. Definitely will not be back for a sandwich when Big Apple Bagel is right down the street. read more

Been here plenty of times and it just seems to get worse every time I go there. Everyone ALWAYS has an attitude. If you don't like working there then just quit. Order a medium coffee, 1/3 was full and the rest of the 2/3 was foam, also was luke warm and not hot whatsoever. Also ordered a bagel ham & cheese but got it on an english muffin. Not really complaining all that much but it would be nice if I got what I actually ordered. I gave this place three tries... they are out. First time: Went with a friend who recommended it. She said they had $1 coffee or something like that. That the bagels were good and through the drive through they put on the cream cheese and everything. We were in a hurry so awesome. I asked for "a splash of cream" in my coffee. Bagels came out with no cream cheese, coffee was WHITE... i mean it had to be half cream. It was disgusting. Second time: Thought I could grab a quick coffee as I drove past. Went through the drive through. I asked for "a splash of skim". Coffee was obviously half cream, again. We are talking like white.... so gross. Third time: I had a cold. I got lazy. I needed to eat something because i took medicine and I still wanted my caffeine fix. Dang you convenient Dunkin Donuts. Sigh, drive through again. Ordered a bagel and coffee (at least this time I was smart enough to ask for cream on the side). Pull up, they hand me a bag and my coffee and sent me on my way. I thought the bag was a little light... oh yeah NO BAGEL. Ugggghhhhhh. I turn around, drive back to the place, and head inside. there was one woman waiting in line and no workers to be seen except the three working the drive through (note: drive through was not busy) we stood there for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Seen, but not talked to. I ask the woman "how long have you been standing here?" She says "at least 10 minutes". I would have left if i was her, but in my case i paid for something and did not receive it. So finally I walk over to the side of the counter that is semi block and shout over "Um, excuse me? I was just in the drive through and I did not receive my bagel" A woman looks at me and ignores me. Another one comes over, with the bagel, and says "Yep, right here". No apology. No haste. Note to self......do not go there again. Our visit was on a Saturday morning at 6:00 am. One person in the store waiting in line as we walked in and no one behind the counter. After a few minutes, 3 women walk out from the back room looking like they just got there. We place our order.....my husband asked for the oatmeal...the girl didn't even know if they offered it and had problems finding it on the register. When she did, she told the other worker to make it and she said she didn't know how. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which took FOREVER and when I got it, it was burnt and far from freshly made. My mother ordered a breakfast donut which they forgot to give her and when she went to the counter to tell them they were nice about it but they have her a plain donut, not the breakfast one. read more
