Super friendly staff however I had to leave because they didn't have the donuts I like and on top of that they were out of caramel which is essential to what I like to drink.

When 13 people of a family vacation to Orlando, Florida together, they rent a house nearby.  It made more sense.  Thankfully, there was a Dunkin' nearby for our morning breakfast run.  This Dunkin' location was clean and quick!  The restaurant was decorated with some Florida dazzle and was bright and welcoming.  The donut wall was plentiful.  We were on vacation, so we opted for some of their seasonal fun drinks - Iced Banana Split. Yes please!! It was sweet and chocolately and just as you think, "where's the banana?" It hits you and your coffee drink now tastes like a divine banana split milkshake. If only calories and sugar meant nothing! It was so good, I actually ordered it on two separate occasions.

I realize they're understaffed but the donuts are pathetic. The icing looks like it was smeared on with a butter knife and the powdered donuts just had the tops dipped in powder. It's the first time in my life I've ever seen a powdered donut that wasn't completely covered.

It is located in the same plaza as the Miniso, bookstore, Bath and Body Works, and Ulta. It can be a little crazy finding parking and people sometimes are a bit aggressive with trying to get a space, especially around peak meal times. Be patient and drive slowly. I did get a spot after getting lucky. The boba tea shop sells food as well, including pho, banh mi sandwiches, and a few smaller bites/appetizers. It was packed with people ordering food to accompany their tea, so it was impossible to find a table to sit at. For ordering, they have a tablet or you can order at the counter. I went to the counter as someone was entering a big order on the tablet. The fellow at the counter was polite and answered my questions about the drinks. You can adjust the sweetness on the drinks and pay a little extra for the alternate milks if you have an allergy or preference. I ordered the small size of their Earl grey boba milk tea with the brown sugar pearls, less sweetness, and almond milk. They gave me a buzzer for my order and I stood off to the side to wait for my order. I did come during a busy period, so it took a bit longer to get my drink order. The pearls were made fresh in front of me, so the bottom of my cup was warm from making the brown sugar boba. The pearls were a good consistency - not gummy or hard. I feel the tea was a little lackluster in a way and not the best I've ever had. Maybe I did get a weak batch that day, but it felt watered down and the syrup added a little flavor to it. I'm mixed about this place - I like the boba consistency and freshness, but the tea tasting a bit weak is a deal breaker for me.

No worries though, because the poke was absolutely amazing. It was super fresh, and the blended poke was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I love salmon and I love tuna, and they added all the best fixings. You can also add extras if you need to. I ordered from Uber Eats, which was super convenient because it came straight to my hotel. The macaroons were a sweet treat for all the kids and came in a cute design box. The best thing about the Uber Eats service deal was the free empanadas I got. The wide variety inside this establishment is the major draw. I love Korean corn dogs for the creativeness. Thank you for not disappointing me on my vacation.

The place feels like stepping into a colorful home in Puerto Rico reminded me of Bad Bunny's casita -- warm, vibrant, and super inviting. They have a great variety of snacks including mini doughnuts, frituras like alcapurrias, and empanadillas of all kinds (carne y queso, pollo, pionono). We also saw sorullitos, limbers, small candies, plus ice cream and fresh juices. Perfect if you want to sample a little bit of everything. The menu is small but perfect for a quick snack. They even sell cute Puerto Rican merch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our food came out quickly. Prices are very reasonable, ranging from about $3.25 to $25 depending on what you order. If you're craving authentic Puerto Rican flavors in a cozy, homey setting, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The colors of the building truly felt like you were on the island. Excited to try their food we waited on line for a few mins to go inside and order. The place is very tiny and they only allow 4 people at a time to enter and order. So we were next and we ordered a bacalaito, empanada de pizza, alcapurria de carne, alcapurria de cangrejo and empanada de tripleta. Everything and when I say everything was delicious I mean everything I want to order again and enjoy it. The only thing was the bacalaito wasn't as crunchy as we thought it would be. But the flavor was on point! They filled the empanadas to the point where you got stuffing in every bite. We have all been there, you asked to pay good money for an empanada rhat you're craving and it's half empty. What a scam! Such thieves. But not this place! They give you your money's worth. So i left very happy! And we will be returning. It's a good thing they are not located in east Orlando because i would go every week. That would be a problem for my pocket

I was so excited to try this place based on the wonderful reviews and pictures from other Yelpers…read more Hubs had tried this place previously on another work trip and thought I would love it so we came here for breakfast when I joined him on a work trip. Unfortunately we visited on a Sunday morning so it was packed. We were greeted very enthusiastically by the hostess and did not have to wait too long to be seated. After being seated, we were greeted again enthusiastically by our server. She offered us to order drinks and we decided on doing the buffet. You can also choose to order à la carte items off the menu. There were so many unique items on the buffet that I have never seen at a buffet previously. Single serve pressed juices were one of those! They had a huge price of honeycomb as well! There is a fresh omelet station you can order from and I definitely did that but could not finish it. There was also a separate bar that had patties and baked goods on it but that's too many carbs for a T1 diabetic lol. I would like to try this place again on a weekday, hopefully less of a crowd.

Since they include breakfast with the edit, all we had to pay was gratuity. 100% worth it. Buffet was excellent, service was unmatched (crazy busy but all servers remained positive and friendly). The breakfast buffet normally is VERY expensive. (Like $50+pp?). If I didn't have the reserve, I would have just ordered al a carte (all those dishes looked spectacular). Would I travel for this restaurant? No. Would it sway me to book here over a non-edit hotel? Absolutely.
