Even though there were THREE employees working, the girls behind the counter approached me and said they did not know how to make my drink. Worst place I've ever seen in my entire life. Never been more disappointed in the intelligence of human beings to do a simple task of taking an order and pressing at most 5 buttons. I'm currently in line and have been for 30 minutes and moved twice. Not because it's busy because they simply won't move. I would rather get stabbed in the leg than come to this establishment again. Tried and true. My best breakfast on a croissant spot. The menu has expanded over the years. It's not a place for dieters or those who don't venture into indulgences. This is a place of sucrose and fat. I like it, as a delicacy. My sandwiches are warm, plentiful meat, flaky croissants, melted cheese and moist. When I order anything on texas toast I am overloaded with butter, so I usually eat only one slice. Donuts are ok. I rarely go to Dunkin for donuts. I enjoy the sandwiches. They serve good quality pretty fast. I stop at dunkin maybe once a month or every other month but I enjoy it when I do. read more

This is truly the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The first time I went I asked for an ice coffee with cream and it had to have been 70% cream. It was almost completely white. Not to mention it took forever to get it despite using the drive through. Second time, just now, I was the only person in the drive through and was told to wait before taking my order which I don't have a problem with. However, I waited for 5 minutes and then just drove away because no one was taking my order. There was maybe one or two cars in front and no one else in line. The service is just terrible. The drive thru line was super long so I decided to go inside since I placed my order ahead through the app. The crew literally LOCKED the doors so no customers could come inside and I watched several people struggle to open the door with no luck. I then tried to call to ask if there was something I wasn't aware of like some Covid restrictions or something. But no, I couldn't get through. I think they just don't want to deal with complaints so they just left the phone on so no one could call. I am writing this review as I am currently sitting in the drive thru line. I have been sitting and waiting for 25 minutes. I would have left, but once you get to a certain point of the drive thru, there is no way to get out of the line. If I knew I would have been waiting this long I would have gotten out of my car and went inside to get my 1 coffee!! Unbelievable. Update: I have received my order and it was wrong. Hi, my name is Ron and I am a Manager at a establishment next door. I bought a hot macchiato which was lukewarm. I brought the coffee back to dunkin donut's to let the worker know. The lady at the desk proceeded to take my coffee to the microwave and warmed it up. I asked, " did you just warm that up in the microwave." she responded, "yes, if I did not drink half of it she would of made a new one. I use to work at this dunkin and it was the worst job of my life. The manager was very rude to employees and customers. I was never really trained, kind of just thrown in. I would be criticized on everything and told my drinks taste like shit, but when the owner came in and I made the drink they loved it. I was thrown into making food when I was never taught how to while in a big lunch rush. My coworkers were not professional at all and would just mess around the whole time while we had a line. I finally had enough and quit. After I did, a bunch of employees quit. Best decision of my life. Not sure how the store is now, but hoping it's better than it was. read more

We came here from out of town because my kids remember the Dunkin Donuts brand from when they were little and let me tell you I have never ever gotten this kind of treatment from ANY establishment. ADAM B, the "manager" on duty was the RUDEST , most ABHORRENT retail person I have ever encountered. He stepped into the register as I walked up and acted so erratically that the ordering ended up being a SHOUTING match between him and I. I really and truly believe that this guy s is a RACIST ( I should mention I am Asian) because NONE of the other customers got that treatment before us. His behavior was truly unexplainable! Do yourself a favor, there are other better donut and coffee places around. when you see this DD turn around and go somewhere else! I filed a case with DD Corporate who said policy is to respond to complaints within 48 hours. This happened in July, it is now December. Guess owners don't care either. This place deserves a top review. I was here twice in the past week and had excellent service both times; and the products were great too! They're running some sort of special on cold coffee (iced and frozen) right now after 2:00pm. Also, today I went in, ordered my breakfast, and then received a free donut! I chose a coffee roll. Apparently that didn't qualify, but the manager gave it to me anyways (and I didn't even have to ask!). This location is directly between my house and the freeway when I work on the weekends. Its convenient to stop by and grab a quick hot breakfast and coffee, especially in the winter. The main problem is that my food is usually not hot, the wrong food, or just not there at all. Two black coffees, two everything bagels with cream cheese and two of their vegetarian breakfast wraps isn't a whole lot to ask for, and yet it is rung up differently every single time and rarely makes its way into my hands correctly. Pretty frustrated to say the least. I went there the other day and it was such a mistake. First of all their Covid restrictions are absolutely disgusting. I don't think a single worker was wearing a mask. I had literally stopped at this place just HOURS after my father DIED of Covid. I was still in shock and the state of this store made everything worse. The service here is lacking. Only after reminding them twice that we were missing part of our order did we receive it. Even then, it was cold. The manager on duty was on a power trip while we were there. Multiple times she caused a scene in front of a store full of customers. The staff seemed to be undertrained but her management of them made it worse. Yelling at your own employees is not the way to get them to perform better. Even when the store had calmed down the manager said she was going to "rip her (one of the employee's) face off". Extremely unprofessional. I really tried to like this Dunkin' Donuts and there is one assistant manager there named Lori who does an exceptional job. Unfortunately they are never stocked correctly and some of the management there need some retraining, not Lois though she's great.. THE WORST DUNKIN' DONUTS. Today was the LAST time I will ever visit this Dunkin' Donuts location. Over the YEARS, this location has proved inefficient and dissatisfactory but today was the last straw. We ordered two lattes with almond milk, and were quoted $11.64. We were perplexed as two large almond milk lattes have NEVER cost us this much, at other locations NOR this location. We asked why it was so much and were referred to the "Manager", Mark- who rudely told us that it "takes a whole carton of almond milk", and when I showed him digital receipts from other identical purchases that totaled only $8.83 he refuted "we are independently owned and can charge what we want". I told him we wouldn't be coming back again and he said, "FINE!". We drove off. This place has been a joke for years (poor service, wrong orders, etc). NO MORE! The last time I inquired about their $1.00 upcharge for almond milk as opposed to other locations' $.50 I was told it was the decision of the franchise how much extra to charge.
