This Dunkin donuts is SLOW in the morning. I order before i leave out my door but my order is NEVER ready when I get there. This week, there was one person up front and two visible in the back but they were no no sense of urgency. After getting into the store I still waiting over 15 minutes to get my order. No one acknowledged that they needed more time, the coffee urns were leaking and the 1 person up front was trying to handle that while taking orders...needless to say it wasn't going well for her. This wasn't the first time the service was slow....soooo i guess I'm gonna have to go down the street to the drive through and pray to the little baby Jesus that the service is quicker so that I can get my commute going! read more

A lady worker here harassed me for picking up my to go order from the counter this morning. She said I needed to wait for a worker to hand it to me, not take it off the counter. No other Dunkin does this. They all place the items on the counter and walk away. I told her that I thought once the items were on the counter it was ready. She said yes but sometimes they aren't fully done yet so you're supposed to wait for a worker to hand it to you. I said, that's why I checked the bag before I walked away with it, to make sure everything was there. She was short and snippy with me. And she couldn't even fill half the bag with tots. Had a quick stop for breakfast and it was an average experience. Worst customer service ... they were just not interested in business. We had 5-6 guys ordering and they were so impatient to take the order .. Coffee was like hot water . I asked them to add more coffee or add a shot (for extra money) but they wouldn't do it. . Hash brown was ok . Tomato pesto sandwich was too dry. I asked them not to put cheese and they added it . Wil never go back to this Dunkin outlet . read more

The woman who works there (tends to have braids) Has the nastiest funkiest attitude. Why are you mad at every customer bright and early in the morning? If you don't want to work then by all means do us a favor and quit because we don't want to deal with you either. I've been here 4-8 times and EVERY single time her attitude is disgusting to majority of the customers. I could see if the customers were nasty to you but I sat back and watched and nope. She's just a nasty individual. The guy with the locs does a better job at customer service. Keep him in the front on register. Keep that lady in the back far away from customers. I should have posted this two months ago, but I want to finally acknowledge and thank London who works at this location for her excellent customer service. I came in one morning needing like 7 dozen donuts and 5 or 6 boxes of coffee and London went above and beyond to make it happen. Instead of treating me with annoyance for the last minute order, she assured me that she could get it done. I was beyond impressed and the teachers and staff at our school were so grateful. I've been wanting to try their iced coffee just to switch it up from Starbucks. I downloaded the app and it offered me a free drink, so why not! I'm used to a drive thru but this location does not have one. Walked inside, and they were fully staffed. Around 4-5 people but I was the only one inside. I ordered a large iced mocha latte and one chocolate sprinkled donut. It cost over $1 for 1 donut which I think is a little over priced but the service was quick, fast, and efficient. Not very friendly but straight to the point type of service. There is a small language barrier but all in all just a nice simple regular coffee shop. The coffee itself tastes pretty good as long as you mix up the chocolate syrup on the bottom. If not, be prepared for rush of chocolate sweetness in your mouth with the first sip! Location is easy to enter but only one way to exit which is turning right, it has its own parking lot but minimal space so if it's filled up, you don't really have anywhere else to park and it's hard to turn around as well. read more

Only giving this 1 star because of the manager LONDON. I ordered a drink, which was made incorrectly. When I asked to exchange the drink, she stated that they do not exchange drinks and decided to phone the owner who then told her to go ahead and exchange my drink, and she further refused. She talks on the phone loudly, saying inappropriate language around children, and DOES NOT USE GLOVES. I hadn't tried DD before, but when they bribed me by mailing a punch card good for 6 Mondays of free iced tea or coffee, I stopped in. Nice little store, friendly service. The dark roast was robust with a little bite, exactly what I would have expected. I'll be using the rest of the punches and we'll see after that, as the location closest to me has its entrance right in a very busy T intersection. You have definitely tell it's locally owned. My coffee tastes like watered down milk and it was suppose to be a iced caramel coffee. I didn't taste any caramel at all, it literally tasted like whole milk with ice in it. I also ordered donuts (12) box wasn't sealed so that I felt it was covid-19 protected. I was handed the box halfway open and finally I also got Avocado toast and 2 eggs and cheese: I was handed the bag open with avocado smeared all over it. This was my final trip to this location, I will use the one on 198 moving forward. After I spent 25 dollars I expect better service than the above. read more

I was hesitant to go to this location because of all the negative customer service reviews I read, but I have to say we received excellent customer service today. We were welcomed with a smile, quick service, and he even reminded my daughter to remember to grab her coffee (which she did almost forget) while he was neatly boxing up our dozen. That being said, the donuts weren't as fresh as what I would have liked but they tasted fine. 5 stars for the service, 3 for the donuts. read more

Clean atmosphere ashtrays have everything in stock and very pleasant staff. Only hang up is location and parking. If your on the opposite side of traffic you can't turn in and they share a parking lot with Wells Fargo so you could imagine. read more

Came here for a quick breakfast sandwich, but it ended up taking almost 30 min. The staff seemed like they were running around with their heads cut off not really knowing what they were doing. The employee making the food in the back had a lot of hair on his head, but was not wearing a hairnet. That's kind of disgusting in my opinion. The person after me got their food before I did. I officially hate health nuts, even more so than before. In a day and age where tolerance and diversity are valued, where all things have rights, including carrots and cucumbers, Trans Fats had about as much a chance as a terrorist at Gitmo. With the demise of Trans Fats, my beloved DD cruller just isn't the same anymore. Oddly enough, the new Trans Fat free version, denoted as such on the box, was greasier and left chunks of oil in my mouth - what am I, an engine? Unsavory to say the least. I've tried the donuts at both Laurel locations, each time getting some of my favorites, such as the cruller, boston cream, chocolate covered w/ sprinkles, etc..and none of them were the same. None of them made me go, "mmmmmm...donut!" So naive, health nuts are. The food companies are probably going to develop some super duper fat that would clog arteries on contact but make you feel better by not having any saturated fat on the Nutrition Facts. The other option would be to go w/ Olestra round 2, and one can only imagine the anal leakage that would cause. I also read that NY is going Trans Fat free by this summer. I am one upset foodie! You healthy people can hate on trans fat all you want, but don't take away our fatty rights to die of coronary heart disease. As far as this DD location--a Baskin Robbins combo--it isn't too shabby and it's not their fault their donuts are no good anymore, but I'm sticking with Krispy Kreme and Fractured Prune. This review is for the DD next to the Wells Fargo in Laurel. This was my first and last time coming to this location. I came in to get coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and donuts around 8am. While I was waiting, my Son needed to use to bathroom and asked the man with the braids and blue braids with tattoos what the code is, he looked at me like I inconvenienced him to ask such a thing, mumbled the code and walked away with an attitude. I called out to another short lady and she also had an attitude like I'm supposed to know what it was. Guys, I didn't ask for you to work here if you hate your job this much. The bathroom was FILTHY with poop stain on the floor. At this point, I'm irritated, the initial male cashier was very courteous but accidentally rang me up for an extra drink so asked for a refund. This rude man with the braids had to issue the refund because he's probably the manager, he asked another coworker to get the receipt from me. I've never felt so belittled. I spoke to a neighbor about this incident and apparently everyone who comes in knows that is exactly how he is, even as far as them witnessing him almost physically trying to fight a customer. Why is someone like this running down a business? I'll be sure to spread this everywhere I can. YOU DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS LIKE THAT! Reviewing this Dunkin Donuts to give these ladies the respect they deserve! I came in a couple weeks ago one morning to order donuts for my company. I should have considered calling ahead, but was in a rush and forgot. I got to the shop, and I believe the manager was running the register at the time. I told her I needed 9 dozen donuts. In disbelief, she wanted me to repeat the order to make sure i wasn't making a mistake. And right off the bat, she got three of her employees including herself to put nine dozen donuts in nine boxes. In no time, I had all nine dozen in my hand. On top of that, the manager and her employees and a fun, light-hearted spirit about it. Also seems like they have regulars. This place is been recently updated. However, the traffic flow inside is pretty dumb. Most people walk into the store on the wrong side cutting people in line not knowing that the traffic flows in a different direction. Hands down, this is one of the best DnDs I've ever been in. And I've been in over 50 all over the East coast. I wish I lived closer to give it regular business. From the moment you walk in, you feel the sense of family and familiarity that exists between employees and patrons. Even on this first visit of mine, I felt at home and welcomed. The diversity of the staff is wonderful. The disposition of the owner is wonderful, too. I did not interact with him, but he had a calm demeanor that demonstrated complete trust in his excellent morning staff. When my croissant was being made with care, I was able to shout over the counter with extra requests: toast it more; keep it open so I can add salt and pepper please, etc. And Aisha did a perfect job -- best egg and cheese croissant from DnD that I have ever had. No joke! Then Aisha struck up a conversation with me, and we bonded over shared family backgrounds and shared a lot in two minutes of conversation. I know that any time I am close to Laurel that I will seek out this awesome DnD. You should, too. read more

So among my many duties, one of the things I do is get coffee for the boss. He's a VP, can't get out of the office , and so he buys something for me while I buy his coffee. And since he's a DD fanatic, I try and make sure he's got the brew flowin' through the veins. Now i have to qualify this review - i don't drink coffee. If anything, I love the maple frosted dougnuts but that's about it. And i realize that the same place that disappoints some, hits a home run with others. And as far as the other posters, I feel your pain cuz i have those places too. But this ain't one of 'em. If i'm not awake when i go in, i'm awake when i leave. How's that, you say, if i don't like coffee? Because the outgong personality of the cashier smacks me in the face and wakes me up! Calling out the orders and a warm greeting - dang, almost feels like a warm drink on a cold day. Just like a --you got it, warm cup of Joe. You know what i'm talking about. Makes you feel special, warm inside that someone is that happy you came in. But keeps it real, you know? And that attitude is infectious. Now granted not everyone smiles. Maybe it's a language barrier but I speak clearly and even repeat my order back to them and still my order is wrong. This last visit my breakfast sandwich was on sea-same bagel -when I specifically requested a cinnamon raisin- I have allergy to seasame! Did not try to make their mistake good- sandwich egg was cold and didn't even melt the cheese! Tossed it in the trash- not the first time I have had problems there- will not go back even though it's convenient for me.
