Small Dunkin' Donuts located right on Hollywood blvd across from amoeba. Easy and convenient location if you are in the area. (I parked in the garage for amoeba which is validated with an amoeba purchase.) This location is pretty small but has a decent selection of donuts and coffee options. They have 2 self order kiosk and a few small tables inside. This is definitely better as a grab and go type of place, since seating and space inside are limited. Service was friendly overall.

Came here to grab some more lunch this Sunday afternoon and also to buy the popular $6 meal deal going on in the app! No major complaints. Service was just average, did not need much interaction as I offered pickup but employees seemed very attentive to people's orders especially on a busy Sunday. I think I only waited less than 10 minutes for my pickup order which was nice and quick! Food was decent (7.1/10) the iced coffee I found a little too sweet but that's probably on me as I asked for 2 shots of Carmela and mocha each and some sugar cane syrup. So if you don't like your coffee too sweet I'd recommend just 1/2 shots of something sweet js good enough. The croissant egg and sausage patty sandwich I found to be pretty good, I like that they toasted the croissant it gave a nice crispness and the egg was cooked better than a McDonald's egg McMuffin. Overall ambiance/environment was a little small. This is not a location to dine in. Most people seemed to just order something and leave. It can get a little crowded on weekends. But place seemed clean for the most part. And efficient as people seemed to get their orders within a few minutes.

I love Dunkin and was happy to see one coming to the area years ago. That said, it's not always the cleanest area nor the freshest coffee later in the day. The donuts are gone and the vibe is just not it. BUT, come around 8am, it's my favorite place to stop on the way to work and i have a variety of treats and breakfast wraps, while have a great tasting coffee or a matcha. I definitely think Dunkin is a "good" when it's fresh and early.

Every time I get a coffee I ask no dairy I end up getting dairy anyway and sick off my belly. I would like the food if the service wasn't terrible .

Free donut in Hollywood, California... After a short (early morning) hike nearby, Gloria and I decided to use our $2 coupon from the T-Mobile Tuesday app. PARKING: a lot of the curbs are painted red around the corner where Dunkin' is located. I was tempted to park in a loading zone since this was Saturday, but Gloria said it would be terrible if we got towed. She's right. I drove down the block and parked in a metered space with a green curb (15 minutes). Inside, there was a line of people, but the lone gal was very efficient and got through all of the customers in no time. There are no dairy-free options. I wanted a pumpkin iced coffee, but I'm lactose intolerant. I asked for a pumpkin donut - none right now. How about a chocolate donut with sprinkles? Okay! My takeout package included three napkins! Very thoughtful! Free is good! The donut was even better because it was photogenic, fluffy, and yummy! Thanks for the free donut, T-Mobile and Dunkin'! Brown and Cony enjoyed the donut, too!

pass here quiet often, can confirm is not a welcoming place. They helped like 9 orders before mine, for one small sandwich. The girl in the front seemed inpatient. The portions are small. I came here thinking something would improve but unfortunately the quality has not changed. Respectfully i don't recommend coming here. Spent like $10 for a low quality experience (unfortunately a waste of time and money).

The vibes were immaculate- cozy, relaxed and the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. There was even a woman with two dogs and she had brought their little beds for them! We kept it simple with an Ube latte for me and a sunset punch for my partner. The latte was perfect and not that horrific sweetness that tends to be the hallmark of most places these days and the lemonade was fresh and perfect for a lightly sunny drive over to the West Side. I knew I had to have the English muffin from the moment I saw it. We requested it simply toasted with butter and jam and shared each half. I wish I had a dog to sit and enjoy my time there as they offered free drip coffee refills. Maybe that's where I'll be later this week as I'm definitely coming back, and soon!

The cortado was solid, though not one of the stronger ones I've had. Presentation and latte art were decent, but there were some visible micro bubbles and the surface had a noticeable two-tone appearance rather than a fully integrated, glossy texture. The drink was also served hotter than a cortado should be, which made it difficult to pick up the coffee's character at first. As it cooled, some pleasant citrus notes started to come through and the drink became more enjoyable. Overall, a solid coffee shop with great atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience, but I think better milk integration and a more appropriate serving temperature would have elevated the cortado quite a bit.

The cafe was not particularly busy, so I was able to get in and out in about five minutes. My friend had recommended the halva croissant as a must-try, as not many bakeries seem to carry this specific flavor. I wasn't familiar with halva, but it's a ground sesame paste that's rich, nutty, and not too sweet. I loved how crunchy the bottom of the croissant was. There was definitely some caramelization that occurred in the oven. The croissant as a whole was very flakey as well -- not something you want to eat in a car where you'll get crumbs everywhere. I didn't feel like the croissant necessarily needed the powdered sugar on top. My guess is that the powdered sugar was included to mimic the appearance of an almond croissant that folks are more familiar with. If you're stopping by Friends & Family, I would highly recommend trying out their halva croissant.

I got the following : - ham & cheese croissant (my go-to) - citrus cake/muffin - some scone The ham & cheese (pictured) - this was tasty. The croissant itself was buttery more than anything else. Not much to complain about there. The ham was sparse but the cheese was spilling out the sides like a salty, chewy candle wax. It didn't blow my mind, but I would get again. 7/10 The scone - I don't remember what kind of scone. I remember it was somewhat dry (common with scones) and the flavor was subtle (some sort of citrus essence). I like a decent scone, so I'd probably get again, but it's not the reason I'm driving to Hollywood. 6.8/10 Citrus cake/muffin - this was largely fine. Enjoyable, but again, nothing too delectable. The icing on the outside was pleasing - if a little sweet. Visually, it was very appealing. Glowing orange/gold with a sweet glaze sheen on it. I had hoped the taste would match the presentation, but it's ok! I'll survive this one. 6.5/10 I still recommend this place. The space itself is large and comfortable. The menu includes real food besides bakery treats, it looked good. Give it a shot during your LA bakery tour.

We came in after lunch looking for a sweet treat and ordered a variety of things. Across the board everything was just okay. The coconut cakes weren't fresh and had already started to dry out, which for a dessert spot is a hard thing to overlook. But the food was the least of our issues -- the customer service is where things really went sideways, twice. First, my friend ordered a chrysanthemum drink only to be told they were out, something that wasn't noted anywhere on the kiosk. The worker pointed her toward the fridge with zero additional instruction. Naturally she picked a drink and opened it, as anyone would. A few moments later the same worker comes over, asks for the bottle, grunts, sighs, and says "did you open this?" When we said yes he shook his head, muttered that she wasn't supposed to, and walked away. No explanation, no apology -- just attitude. He came back, poured it into another cup with ice, and that was that. The second incident was equally frustrating. After I ordered and paid for the Mango Slush Coconut Milk, he came back to tell me they were out of coconut milk and asked if I'd be okay with regular milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I said no and asked him to show me my options. He walked away without a word, disappeared into the back, and then came out telling me my drink was ready. I double checked that it was coconut milk and not regular -- he confirmed and walked off. The drink tasted off though, noticeably more mango heavy than coconut milk forward, which made me wonder about the ratios. And what was strange is that after being told there was no coconut milk, it somehow reappeared. Make it make sense. The concept here has real potential and I hope they find their footing, but between the mediocre food and the communication issues, I won't be making a return visit anytime soon.

I understand that condensed milk is a defining ingredient in Vietnamese coffee, and it's something I usually enjoy. However, I found both drinks noticeably sweeter than I prefer. I don't mind sweetness, but these leaned a bit too heavily in that direction for me, which ended up masking some of the coffee's flavor. That said, the café is located in a pleasant neighborhood and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's a comfortable spot to relax, meet friends, or work. While the coffee wasn't particularly memorable for me, the overall vibe of the place is definitely a plus.

I'm over a year into being a regular here and I still haven't found a place near me thats better for what I need for the early morning work sessions. The coffee is great!. I rotate between their drip coffee (which changes regularly) and their house-made almond and macadamia milk latte, which is one of my favorite lattes Ive had in LA. That house milk blend is the move.
