So this location has a drive through which is nice however today I decided to come inside to check it out. I was impressed with the inside donut display and sitting area. There were about 4 employees working. This one customer was taking forever to place her order so another employee helping the drive through took our order instead. Thought that was nice and maybe it would be faster that way. I don't know if they forgot we were waiting but it took a hot minute to get one drink. When asked about the drink to get an update it had been sitting on the side ready for who knows how long. They never called out the order and we were left waiting unnecessarily. If in the area I'll come back maybe.

This Dunkin' is the one closest to work, and since it's opened I try to take advantage of their coffee + breakfast items meal deals (usually $5 or $6). I don't usually get a donut unless it is part of some sort of offer as theirs are not my preferred kind. They are usually not very busy for the drive thru between 6:30-7a.m. when I go, so I have been able to get my items quickly. The iced coffee occasionally has been extra bitter but the breakfast sandwiches typically are well made. When they first opened they often did have unavailable items, but that seems to be less of an issue lately. However, sometimes some food items have been burnt which I don't realize until I look into the bag after driving away. Hence, the 3 star review. I'll still keep going to this location for the deals as it is a convenient and relatively inexpensive breakfast option.

I was on my to the symphony in San Jose on Saturday night and had to stop at Dunkin Donuts for a hot chocolate. We don't have a Dunkin in the Tri-Valley area so any time I'm in San Jose I've gotta get my fix at the Dunkin.

I don't normally stop for breakfast but this morning I was really hungry. I ordered the eight dollar combo special with a bagel sandwich a coffee and hashbrowns. Everything else is very high priced. They got my order wrong. They gave me a croissant sandwich and then the hashbrowns were four or five little pieces of dried up hard hashbrowns. I couldn't even eat them And then the coffee had too much cream in it to even enjoy when I asked for a little bit of cream, I am going back to get my eight dollars back after calling over 10 times. I finally got somebody on the phone and told him this morning about my experience. I will never go back there. I don't know how they're gonna stay in business with that kind of service. I asked the lady at the window About the hashbrowns. There's only a couple of them in there and they were small hard and cold if this is how you do business, no thanks

Second visit to this location was so disappointing. Ordered munchkins/donut holes and they were old and dry! Won't throw away my money on this business again!

I've been coming here for a little over a year now. The donuts have improved, and I've always appreciated the drinks, along with customer service. This is a clean store, but I just wish they'd do something about the smelly guy who often comes on Monday and Saturday. Though I know this is a pipe dream as I don't know if they could restrict him from coming even though his smell makes people like me feel sick.

It's between Park Victoria and Landess in Milpitas (Closer to highway 680) I'm so delighted I tasted there donuts when a box was shared with me. The box was filled with sugar donuts, glazed donuts, cronuts, apple fritter, bear claws, donut bars and Ube glazed cake donuts. I never ever liked cake donuts but the donut part of the cake donut changed my mind. It was still moist and flavorful. The glaze is a bit sweet, but I can overlook that bc it was that good. Beautiful purple glaze on top. The Cronuts (a croissant layered square donut) was thick, multi layered and kinda messy to enjoy, but worth the mess. I beleive one was glazed and the other maple. There are more for me to knock of my checklist to enjoy. The other donuts all were yeast based and all of these sweet goodies endured the most softest, tastiest and airy fried donut. unfortunately I've had other yeast donuts that had an off putting after taste, a little denser or the bread part was way too sweet. I've also had there breakfast sandwiches, which is made when ordered. I enjoyed sausage and egg croissant and a smoked salmon bagel. Both fresh, very warm and just the right size (I usually enjoy 1/2 for a satisfying breakfast and the other half for a light lunch). Service was swift, approachable, friendly and attentive. Kudos for starting so early in the morning at 5am. Also, Plenty of shared center parking lot. Highly recommend if you ask me :)

We were helped out by the elderly woman at the shop. We ordered: -2 Jalapeño hot dogs (Requested to be warm) The jalapeño hot dogs were not warm. They were very tough and hard to chew as if it was days old. -2 Sugar donuts Too airy and not enough dough -1 Viet Coffee When this was served to us, the lady didn't even make eye contact with us but just passed the coffee on the counter. It was mainly filled with just ICE, and not even filled with coffee to the top. We let her know right away that it was just ice, and she just said "Yeah thats ice coffee". Instead of going back and forth with her on it, we just left in disappointment. (Please see the pictures). -Payment When it came time to pay, we asked if there was a card charge and she said no. When we swiped our card, it asked to give a tip and she said "just pick one" - meaning tip was required with no option to not give tip.

There was a good amount of premade custard filled donut holes on display. Despite them being prefilled and on display, the donut holes were still crispy and not soggy! I was delighted from the first bite. The prefilled donut holes are different from the regular ones. They are glazed and more similar to a cream puff which makes them super tasty. I love the irregular shapes of each of them and how big they were. The cream puff texture is what makes this custard filled donut holes not feel heavy when you eat them. Very yummy and addicting. The service was okay. I was greeted by both ladies at the counter and the worker who had assisted me seemed very attentive. I got a dozen cream filled donut holes which were 8.99. I would say thats pretty expensive but for about .75 cents per donut hole, i'd say it's worth it. The ambiance was okay but for a donut shop I wouldn't really say that matters. The inside is a bit outdated but most people come and go anyways. The display looked clean too. I went to the location on Berryessa.

We were at the library so I suggested we drop by Donut Basket to get some donuts as it was still open. There wasn't anyone inside but there is seating on the outer edges which is very typical of donut shops. It was almost their time to close up, so some of their popular items were already gone. We ended up with a jelly filled donut hole and I ordered an old fashioned glazed donut. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention when the person there packed our items and when we got home and I opened my bag, it was just a normal glazed donut. My disappointment. I guess the person there didn't hear me right. They were also on a phone call with an earpod in their ears so it's very possible they didn't hear me correctly. The glazed donut was fine, but it wasn't an old fashioned. The jelly donut hole was large but smaller than a normal jelly filled donut so my hubby liked the size and proportions. It was an unfortunate experience, but this teaches us to make sure to look inside the bags before we leave.
