I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. This particular location has the ambiance that you would expect from a Dunkin'. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

I come to this Dunkin' almost every day, and I'm finally fed up. The employees are consistently rude, unfriendly, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. They rarely greet anyone, and the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has become the norm. Management needs to address the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location. read more

I popped in for a couple of mud after zipping down the veterans Expressway on my angel of death and this place doesn't have good reviews. So I went inside got me a large hot extra extra and it is magical. The ladies were very nice and I had a interesting conversation with them about people trying to kill me on my motorcycle because they're tourist visiting pop pop and Nana for Christmas They laughed. As Dunkin's go, this has to be one of the best. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning, they were on their game! Everyone was working hard to keep both the drive-thru & inside lines moving smoothly. We've stopped at this location & never had a foul up with our order. (The same can't be said about most of the other local locations.). Most of the time with Dunkin' Donuts, or a chain restaurant, you know what you're going to get. For this location, it's the staff that made our visit superior! I requested an extra empty box, so I could April Fool the softball team. When I came to pick up our order (2 dozen variety, plus an extra box), they took care of it for me and had already decorated the inside. I came in to order a coffee the barista that was there it took her 3 times to make my coffee correctly.

I came here to pick up a quick breakfast before a doctor's visit. Instead I picked up donut holes for the office and a small thing of Donut fries for myself. The drive through service was quick and thorough, but the food was meh. The donut fries had obviously been kept in a warmer of some kind and tasted of natural gas, and were thus unedible. read more

This is a good Dunkin Donuts. It is not phenomenal in their choice of donuts, but they do make a good cup of coffee and amazing Americanos. The facilities are clean and it is a good place to meet for business or to catch up with friends. The service is decent, but they could simply be understaffed. Great happy hour specials and hopefully things will continue to get better. Like any Dunkin Donuts, they have good donuts and coffee. I enjoy their sandwiches ( but would not dunk them), especially the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. This location is horrible, always has been. Today, an employee told me that she will get fired for placing 3 donuts in a small box instead of a bag. Because, when when they toss donuts with frosting in the bag, either the bag has all the frosting left on it with or the donuts on top take off the frosting from the bottom. They don't care about the integrity of their products and have no problem firing employees over a box vs a bag, per their employee. Of course, I just left without making a purchase. I've had them put 3 or 4 in a box before, but this woman looked scared that she'd lose her job over something so petty. If true, lousy management/ownership. That coupled with always being out of much of their inventory after 10:30a, makes this a place to bypass and go into Winn Dixie right next to them or even a gas station. Two stars? Ninja please. This is one of the best Dunks I've ever had the pleasure of visiting during morning rush hour traffic in Tampa. Located on the corner of Gunn and Van Dyke, this full sized, stand alone Dunkies features ample parking, adequate drive thru lane, multiple entrances and escapes. Each of my visits to this drive thru took under five minutes! I've never moved so quickly through a Dunks drive thru, especially with half a dozen cars in line ahead of me. Whatever system they have in place to move the line like that is quite impressive. Not to mention my coffee is always perfectly prepared and tasted excellent. Staff may be quick to get me through but always pleasant at the window. I don't feel rushed while paying, which is always a good thing. This location needs to train the rest of Tampa. read more

Attempted to contact the business directly due to a larger order for a week. Needless to say this was not successful. Next went through the app and online ordering to order ahead the donuts which seemed to be a success. Upon arrival the employee said they could not fulfill the order as requested and offered a variety pack. This is not what was ordered and a manager came to discuss the matter. The manager offer little to no support to the situation. And gave what they could as they did not have the appropriate stock so that they would not be out by noon. Given our order was not met to expectation with quickly ordered through another Dunkin close by that was able to support and be cordial in the process. The only good thing about this Dunkin is the location. Every single time I go here with a doubt, it's terrible. I know, why do I keep coming? The location! I pass by it and figure hey maybe today something is better. Stopped by today 12/14/22 ordered a bacon Egg and cheese bagel. Basically got a rock hard bagel, half a slice of cheese and wet egg. No bacon, this isn't the first time any of my sandwiches was missing either bacon, sausage or even an egg. This DD, is a bit newer than most physical buildings. For NPR, the tight parking & close proximity to 19, can cause some tension. Their coffee is excellent & doughnuts always seem fresh. The staff is friendly, but the place looked like a hurricane had hit the interior. Dirty tables, tables with dishes, napkins & straws on the ground.... really bad, was afraid to check out restroom. Maybe I missed a rush, but there was only 2 other customers that were together & 2 staff, I could see. That doesn't add up to inside mess, like the one I saw. What's a girl to do? This Dunkin' Donuts location is one of the nicer locations that I have been to. It's a brand new building that looks very modern on the outside and on the inside. Parking is a little tight but nothing crazy. The drive thru is in a good location and stays out the way. Inside is very clean and modern and has about eight or so tables that are spread throughout the restaurant without being on top of one another. The staff wasn't overly friendly but took my order promptly and got it right unlike my usual DD. I walked in with exact change knowing what my order was going to run me as I order it once a week. It was a dollar more at this location, which threw me off a little bit. Usually franchises within a few miles of one another are the exact same in price. This location seemed to charge a little bit more for certain items. There's not too much around this location so hopefully it gets by, as it is one of the best looking and nicest DD's in the area. read more

I've been to this locating four times. Three times I had to go back in to get my drink remade. The lines inside and out on a Sunday is unheard of. I waited over 25min inside just for them to make my food wrong. Explains why it took so long. However they were clearly understaffed for the rush. Stopped at this location on 2/16/18 @2:36pm. Tried to order doughnuts and they all had bavarian cream center. My child cannot eat this due to food allergies. Nicole was snotty and not one bit helpful. She acted as though I was interfering in her time. She definitely should check her attitude! Not that the store was busy....drive thru was empty and dining room had no line. When I placed my order she was too busy looking out the window. Then when I was finally able to settle on my doughnuts, she threw my bag at me. They also messed up on one of my coffees as I heard her and another girl say, just shake it, she will never know.
