The only positive was that the donut was good. Not great, just good. Mediocre at best. But now for the cons. The cashier, Cheynne was absolutely horrific. She didn't say hi, just stood there and waited for us to speak and as I began to order she walked away as I was kid sentence. She came back and we realized both the cash registers were closed!! How was I suppose to order?Then she began packing another order before completing our order or handing us our receipt. If management sees this, please have a discussion with cheynne. Secondly, the store always feels dirty and unsanitary. Especially during the times we're living in, the place should be as clean as possible. I live in the area and honestly wont be back. This location is garbage, at least in drive thru. They refuse to take orders in a reasonable time. I've even multiple times been in drive thru with only one car in front of me, yet they still make me wait multiple minutes just to order. Even worse, when I spoke to the franchise owner about this, she didn't see anything wrong, making excuses rather than apologizing. read more

It's only donuts and coffee- how hard can it be? We ordered through the drive through, the person who took the order was friendly. The person at the window was not. Threw open the window without a greeting, took my money (exact change) and walked away. Another person handed me 2 bags (3 donuts and a muffin) and walked away. Terrible customer service. Old Fasioned donuts were good but the Bluberry donut didn't have any glaze on it. Coffee Cake muffin was good. I will avoid this location in my travels going forward. read more

This Dunkin Donuts refused to give me the price for my refill cup. Every other Dunkin Donuts I have been to, and I get a coffee everyday, still gives the refill price if you bring your cup even though they can not refill your cup will still give you the extra large coffee at the refill price. Because of their attempt to take advantage of their customers during this time I will never be a customer here again. I left their line after ordering their coffee and drove an extra 7 miles to another Dunkin Donuts that gave me the refill price. read more

Listen. I see a lot of negative reviews for things that are very much out of the control of he workers. The staff at his Dunkin' is the KINDEST, FUNNIEST, staff I've encountered at ANY drive through. Dunkin' or otherwise. I am there every single morning and 100% of the time they are in good spirits. Even when I have to wait in a long drive thru line they make me smile by remembering my name, and providing me with delicious coffees. Most of the staff can get my order for coffees perfect and consistent. For a new store, it lacks cleanliness and neatness and often looks like the floors get swept and tables get wiped down every few days. The area where sugars, straws, and napkins are is always covered in spilled coffee, sugar, and an overflowing trash can. A little interior TLC a few times a day would make it much more presentable. read more

They have always been so convenient for me living right down the road but this last trip proved to be my last one. Saturday 9:00 am I asked for a chicken biscuit and come to find out they discontinued it. I ordered a turkey sausage on English muffin with no cheese, 3 hash browns. They read my order back saying no cheese I pulled up and got my food made it almost back home to find out the hash browns were cold and there was cheese on the Muffin. I'm lactose intolerant so I had to go back and when I told them they said they would replace it but they did with another one with cheese. 2 strikes on the cheese and cold hash browns on a Sat and you are done in my book. Ok, this review has nothing to do about the place in general just one of their staff. Went in and was the only person in line. The women behind the counter was moving donuts from one shelf, chocolate frosted ones, to another just above. She was picking them up with her bare hands, no tissue or gloves, then...wait for it...LICKED HER FINGERS, then continue to pick up and move other donuts. Really gross. Clearly a health violation there. Be careful what you order. The other workers wore gloves in the back making the other food so not a general issue. But that front worker needs a lesion in food handling. read more

I've been through at this location several times on my way to the barn. From what I've experienced, the customer service was great and peppy, and they had got my orders correct as well as quickly! The drive through is easy to get in and out of! Although they don't carry some of my favorite doughnuts, but I'm guessing it's because of location and the people around the area. The drive-thru is amazing and how they box and bag things. I go inside for the first time today and he throws all of my stuff in one bag with no regard to it being glazed and it being stuck to the bag this was just distasteful and really bad customer service I know we live in a fast-paced world but you don't want to feel like you are being rushed in and rushed out. I get when you're busy you have to get people in and out but you also need to pace yourself display some better customer service and smile and maybe ask customers how they would like their items bagged or boxed and he didn't do that today read more

A total zero place. On two separate occasions, separated by month, I have gone into the store trying to buy gift certificates. Both times they were out and offered no apology or explanation. Starbucks never runs out of gift certificates, so I'll just go there and forget Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated at this Dunkin' Donuts, I usually go to the one on lutz Lake Fern but I decided to go to this one today because it was closer, my mistake. When I pulled up to the window and asked for a toasted almond iced coffee remake because before I went to church i grabbed one and it was completely watery, they rudely told me to pull forward to the next window and they'll take my order there. So I pull up and a girl with blonde and black hair asked me "what Do you want" and I told her my order and usually I get a medium but today I got a small and I said medium and she rudely corrects me and looks at my cup and says "that's a small" and I was just like shocked and when obviously had a look on my face bc I can't believe the way she just cut me off to tell me that it was a small... then proceeds to go and start talking crap to about 4 other young girls working and form a circle around where they're making my coffee and one girl says "I'll beat her ass" and literally death stares me and then she hands me my coffee and it is completely sour and bland with absolutely no cream or sugar in it I will not be visiting this place ever again. A frustrating experience once again! I was so excited to finally have a location of my beloved Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood. I'm a simple girl...hot regular coffee with a couple of sugars and extra cream---that's it. No "no whip, extra hot, skinny, extra pump....etc etc). Just a regular cup of coffee with some extra cream. Fairly soon into going to this location I started getting coffee that definitely didn't have extra cream, so after talking to an employee they suggested I give a number of creams. Ok so I started saying x creams and x sugars. 3/5 mornings now....they reverse those numbers. Imagine taking a first sip of your cup of coffee with 10 SUGARS and hardly any of the cream you really wanted. I know for some this review might sound ridiculous, but it's a very simple order. I have one cup a day and really look forward to it. I'm not sure why this location cannot seem to consistently get a fairly simple order correct. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts most of my life . Therefore, when my local Dunkin Donuts opened up at Gunn Hwy and Van Dyke road I was thrilled. Unfortunately, I decided tonite March 9th, 2017 at 7:58pm to visit above mentioned location. I walked in and immediately a young woman with head phones told me to walk outside to the drive-in window; because she did not had an open register by store front. Why would I want to risk getting hit by a car to purchase donuts by walking to the drive-in window. Furthermore, if there was an open register for drive-in why could I have not ordered donuts inside the store and transaction conducted from same register. I got the feeling she wanted to keep a single register opened so when time to go home came she can do so quicker. I was there two minutes to 8pm and their closing time clearly is posted on their door as 9pm. I feel that if having customers is such an inconvenience they don't have to worry about me returning. read more

The Dunkin Donuts on Gunn Hwy is very nice and the service is wonderful. They are very nice and helpful. The store always is clean. I would suggest this store location to anyone who wants a excellent experience for your dinning. They have plenty of parking cause if their lot is full you also have the big lot of Winn Dixie you can park in as well. read more
