very dissapointed. obviously dunkin is dunkin - it's not a fun job. bacon egg and cheese came with an everything bagel instead of a plain one which is whatever. what is not whatever is my friend getting an egg and cheese sandwich with forgotten sausages and a bagel toasted with cream cheese with no cream cheese. as much as we are enjoying our egg and cheese and warm bread it's not a great dunkin. read more

Visited and had to have 3 coffees remade 3 time. We ordered black hot coffee. First got 3 iced coffees. Then 3 hot coffee with cream and sugar. We had to drive back after the 2nd time and get the coffees remade again. read more

I dont think I have ever gotten so many dirty looks from one place. The bitch taking my order was so rude about everything. Surprisingly they hadnt messed up anything I ordered but when my friend politely asked for a foam cup the lady looked her up and down and said "thats gonna be 26 cents" wtf? WHO CHARGES 26 CENTS FOR A FOAM CUP??? Its just a foam cup I know but the way I was treated in there pissed me off. read more

This was the worst coffee roll I have ever purchased at any Dunkin' Donuts in my 4 decades of donut consumption. I couldn't tell if the coffee roll was stale, improperly cooked, or other failure. The consistency was closer to cardboard than donut, the taste was closer to yesterday than today, and the physical comportment closer to a biscuit than a donut. The Munchkins were nothing to recommend either. One star because the iced tea was served correctly. I understand some training was occurring with a new employee. But the method of that training was closer to chaos than training. read more

If you don't want to get food poisoning or don't want to get sick then never drink or eat anything from there. They mix every ice coffee with the same spoon that never gets cleaned. There are rats and droppings all over the floors. No one cleans the donut case when the store is shut down for the day. No one sanitized the counters and where the cooked food is prepared. The dishes do not get cleaned at the end of the day. The hot coffee pots do not get washed. The trash is thrown into barrels that are right next to the "clean" dishes. The milks in the fridge on the customer floor are always expired or about to be. The milk and cream dispenser do not get washed neither does the hot chocolate machine. The oasis machine where frozen drinks are prepared has black mold all over the blender rim as well as the actual machine. The ice chest has hair in it, the scoop gets dropped on the ground and no one washes it. Coffee grinds get tossed in the ice chest. No manager will do anything to change this. A lot of customers along with myself have grown sick from drinking anything. The bathrooms don't get washed and I refuse to use them. The manager is married to one of the employees and they use favoritism when it comes to choices made. No one cares about the safety of the customers and children. No one with head hair and or facial is required to wear a mask or hair net. People talk while making orders and spit flies everywhere into cups and drinks. when you order a donut they grab it without gloves and your hand ALWAYS touches a part of the donut. Please pass this on so no one gets sick anymore. Employees have had covid and are still not required to wear a mask. I know all this because I'm currently an employee but walked out today because I can't handle how bad they treat their customers along with treating me like shit. The service I received this afternoon was amazing. The employee Ozzy brought out a fresh batch of ice coffee and made it just the way I liked. I have received many Dunkin' Donuts coffees that were bitter, but this was something else. The coffee was not bitter and the employee looked happy to serve me. read more

I've been a "local" customer for decades. I'm grateful Dunkin' Donuts has continued to operate during the pandemic. This morning I ordered a power breakfast and a cold brew in Orleans Massachusetts. I order these regularly. it's winter still and so very few customers. A young female worker took my order, produced my cold drink right away. I proceeded to wait a Very long time for my sandwich. Again, there were no customers in line in front or behind me. There were two customers standing off to the side who said they were waiting a long time for there order. I then noticed the male cook's total lack of skill set to do the job. He cooked a single order from start to finish before he began the next. His Interim time was spent with hands on the counter slouched waiting for the toaster or oven to produce his one order at a time. He was not adept in any way in his capacity to perform the job. As a short order cook while in college I can assure everyone this is a recipe for disaster. After a while the female staff asked me if I was still waiting for my order. I said yes naming the sandwich. The male cook had his excuses and proceeded to make mine. The power breakfast sandwich I opened up when I got home was a huge disappointment. The bread not toasted and it was also missing cheddar cheese. This was a stand out moment for me this morning. Summer is coming...the cook can't handle the pace now, he surely won't be able to do the job once the summer people start flocking in. A major Turn Off! I won't be back. I'm a business owner in the hospitality sector. My guests won't be coming back here either. read more

I asked the older lady behind counter if they had the coffee deal for when Patriots win. She pointed and snipped "it's in the window", then barked " where's your card?" I said ,what card? Don't have one. She barked $2.12. I said wow, so I can't just sign.up for one on my phone? She just repeated $2.12. I paid. The younger gal was sweet and handed me a card. I took it and said, guss it's too late now. The customer in front of me couldn't believe how mean that women was to me. I just tried to get a coffee. Won't ever go there again. They wanted to charge me 26¢ for a cup...... I am driving a long way from where I am staying just to get the kids some donuts and I wanted my beverage to stay cold. Without that foam cup my drink has melted!!! I also did not enjoy the dirty looks everyone gave. read more

From where I've standing, things have definitely changed for them since B. T. was there on 8/6/2013. Even though this is a chain coffee shop, the workers know their regulars. Sure, they have some off days, but they all know my order and are generally happy people. read more
