It usually takes 20 minutes to get two coffees and two donuts. This would NEVER happen in NYC!!! They also don't give coffee holders so it's very hot to hold your coffee!!! The reason I still gave 3 stars: -Parking in the structured garage or on the street right in front. They validate which you will need since it's so slow. -Even though this place is tiny, they have a bathroom for customers -Lots of outdoor seating. But on Saturday mornings there are lots of large groups/families so you might not have a seat right away. This appears to be a very family friendly location. -mobile orders and curbside delivery. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Staffers wore face masks, hand sanitizers are available and social distancing practiced. It's mainly a grab and go donut shop. Outdoor patio seating is available with lots of tables, chairs and benches. Though, most patrons get their food and drinks to go. Parking: Paid street parking in front. Mobile App Order: Loooove it!!! I placed my food and drink order and was able to pick it up quickly. Just look for your name labeled on your food and drink. You can also walk inside and order your items too. The only downside to this app, you can't customize your drinks too much (such as if you want to reduce the pump flavors in a larger size). Free Classic Donut of Your Choice: I selected the Boston Kreme, soo good! Fluffy donut shell with sweet custard kreme in the middle. The chocolate frosting on top was generous and a bit gooey, yum! First time visiting this location in Pasadena. I had their coffee before but I haven't tried their donuts. The front balcony area is pretty nice if you want to sit in the front of the store. I ordered maple and chocolate donuts just to try a few. I do like donut holes (smaller ones) more than the regular size. Easy to eat and portion control, hahaha. The order papers start coming put, and they starts working. Tell me why, everyone gets taken care of, in and out, and after the shop is empty, even with 3 other pick up orders coming in during out wait being put together and going out, we were the last ones out. What I like about this store is their staff! They are kind and try to make a quick conversation with you rather than treat you like a stranger. A lot of people don't know that there is actually a parking lot around the corner on lake and Hudson and this store validates for 1 hr! Visited this Dunkin Donuts location on a weekend afternoon. There is a large patio without outside seating but stroller access is half a block away on the other side of the building. It is a nice location to sit and watch the traffic go by. Patrons must order on touch screens which can be tedious. I ordered a vanilla frosted donut and a regular iced coffee. The donut was a little small and seemed stale, though it had a nice flavor. The iced coffee was standard quality for Dunkin (mediocre) but the price was more akin for gourmet. Service was responsive. There is a bathroom with a code. Overall no surprises with this establishment, good or bad. read more

I really wanna give this place at least 4 stars just because it's really the only local Dunkin' to me & I've never had a bad experience with any staff there & I love the convenience ordering with the app....but the drinks are just too consistent. & I will say I feel it's not just this Dunkin', but pretty much most I've been too. For example, there's times I'll get something like an iced latte (with added espresso shot) & it'll taste good & strong. But other times it'll taste completely different, much weaker almost as if the extra shot is missing. The added addition of syrups seem to be very inconsistent as well. Where at one time 3 pumps of toasted almond comes off very strong while another it can barely be noticed. I think in general the place just has lot's of QC issues. Maybe pumps from bottles are coming out at incorrect measurements, espresso shots not being pulled correctly, etc. It's mainly the app (kinda a sucker for the reward points, free drinks thing) & T-Mobile Tuesday's promo, & close proximity that keeps me coming here, at least sporadically. Service has always been fine here without any issues. I should mention I usually use their app to order. If you've never been, parking is kind of an issue since it's right on Lake, adjacent to Urban Plates. If you're lucky you'll get parking right in front. But if it's that busy there is a parking lot across the street (behind Granville) that you should be able to find a spot in. It's not too long of a walk from there. My first time at this location and i came here because my friend was telling me about the blueberry donut holes which ive never had before. I ended up getting 25 blueberry donut holes and a large original coffee. The blueberry donut holes were really good and super fresh. The service was good and tended to my order right away. It's hard to give a donut shop such a low rating. Let's chat: Fried dough is an old, old vice. It probably has been on the menu for as long as flour has been milled and animal fat has been on hand. When Dunkin' Donuts changed its name, cutting itself down merely to Dunkin' you could expect other things to be cut as well....like the Cruller. The Cruller known for its unique shape and its airy texture is made from choux pastry which, according to Wikipedia, is "a light pastry dough used to make profiteroles, croquembouches, eclairs, French crullers, beignets, Indonesian kue sus, and gougères. It contains only butter, water, flour, and eggs. Its raising agent is the high moisture content, which creates steam during cooking, puffing out the pastry." Wow! They keep serving diabetes bombs and cut this gem off their menu? WTF! Dunkin' still sells ordinary, boring, pedestrian doughnuts, but the company now makes most of its money serving coffee and other drinks. Bring back the Cruller and earn more stars. read more

The place itself is super tiny so it's hard to have a line that makes sense. There's not enough workers, but likely due to there not being enough space even for them to work. The pumpkin latte I got was gross, I like sweet stuff but this tasted wrong. The pumpkin muffin was dry. And the egg muffin sandwich I got was meh. I came at 5am this morning, and there was only 1 person running the show at this Dunkin. I got a large iced coffee, and the person inside was just finished making the ice coffee. He was complaining that the managers were lazy. So I'm assuming this person was the owner of this establishment, he looked old enough to be the proprietor. For coffee and donuts, there's not much more to ask for at the newly branded Dunkin' in Pasadena. There is no "Donuts" in the store signage, yet plenty of calorie filled, sugar fried goodness inside. The indoor shop is clean and trendy and their service is super friendly. Additionally, there is a surprisingly nice seating area in their outdoor patio overlooking Lake Avenue. We stopped in for coffee, along with their 300 calorie (no one is counting) Boston Cream Donut and enjoyed it tremendously. I'm really glad that a Dunkin' Donuts finally opened in Pasadena! I like typical coffee shops like Starbucks. But I like the fact that Dunkin' Donuts has more affordable snack and food options compared to Starbucks. The employees here are very professional, friendly, and courteous! Dunkin' Donuts reminds me reminiscently of coffee and donuts in the '80s! I know that there are a lot of coffee shop locations in Orange County. More modern looking Dunkin with the donuts displayed in a glass case vs in the back laid out. Street meter parking. Very busy street so close parking might be hard. . I had been anxiously awaiting to try Dunkin' Donuts after hearing a lot of talk around the donuts and the coffee. We purchased a half dozen for $7.50 as well as a small iced latte with almond milk. The coffee itself was $3.50 and they charged an extra dollar for the almond milk which then equaled to total of $4.50 total for a SMALL Coffee. A bit pricey if I do say so myself. Prell restaurant group and their owner kerri sonenshine are singlehandedly destroying dunkin donuts legacy. A long time east coast dunkin lover i was over the top when this location opened. Over the past 3-4 years it has been mismanaged into the ground. Theyve had a long running issue of purposely under ordering products like bagels and donuts- running out well before noon. As of my last trip theyve now made it so the only way to place an order is at the self service kiosk- and after you pay the staff who recieves the ticket tells you they are out of everything you just paid for - a total scam. Been visiting this location for months. They always offer my dogs a little doggie whip cream cup. Today the staff told me it's a dollar each. When I asked if this is a new policy, he said it's been that way. And if I was offered before, it was their staff mistake. Well, Groupon has a special $3.00 return on a purchase here, so that made it all the easier to justify buying donuts this Monday morning. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, two turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches, and two hot drinks (1- hot chai tea and 1- hot chocolate) via Uber Eats for delivery around 9:45 am on a Wednesday. DONUTS Half the donuts I specified were not the donuts I received. All of the donuts were not visually appealing and looked dry. The taste was just OK not great. DRINKS Both drinks taste like flavored water and were lukewarm. The flavor of both left much to be desired so we trashed both of them feeling it was not even worth reheating them. BREAKFAST SANDWICHES Well, I never received them - instead, some sort of breakfast wrap was delivered. The wraps don't look appealing and we have no clue what meat is in them so they too were trashed. I could try to blame some of this on Uber Eats but the delivery was on time actually early and Uber Eats cannot in any way be blamed for the taste of the drinks or the status of the donuts/food.
