It's funny to see this Dunkin with such a low rating, which is due to simply a lack of reviews. People only review this type of place if unhappy. This Dunkin was renovated over the last year and looks great now. Good size, plenty of seating and the service is attentive. They crank out the orders here every day and reliably deliver. You'll see many return customers that know the staff by name. Bathrooms are within and the parking lot is plenty adequate. I highly recommend stopping by if you need a Dunkin. read more

Service needs improvement. Mobile orders need improvement with handling time. Management needs improvement. Workers will head shake, eye roll - when you let them know your order is incorrect. This happens often!! Drinks are never made correctly which is odd because it's on the sticker they print out and stick to your cup!!!This establishment is not run correctly or at all. Morning crew, n barely speaks English. The manager is slow and can't handle the placement of the drinks in the mobile area section. He will leave them all on the counter with the names facing him as he stands there. Customers with mobile orders come in to pick there drinks and there not in the mobile ordering section , they are sitting on the counter with the tags facing the wall so everyone who's comes in touches your cup to flip it looking for there name. Unsanitary and disgusting. I don't t want everyone touching my cup. I don't know where your hands been. Now the mobile section has no letters to look for your drink lol. Who runs this place lol. What a joke with management skills. Horrendous. The amount of money I spend everyday twice a day sometime three times a day on a drink that cost almost $7 it better be made right. This establishment is not run correctly. Management here is non existent. Events are not done correctly- which is ODD because all the events come with clear instructions? Or maybe because nobody speaks clear English here in the Dunkin? we have senior citizens running the register who don't speak English and have no idea what's going on!... They do not follow the rules. Some events start at specific times....here well HA! BEWARE- IF you make a complaint about service.... Workers like Anna & Maria will laugh, giggle and talk about you in her native Spanish language while you wait for your drink. Is it just me or because I go everyday that I see the inconsistency? Drinks are always not made right!!! they have to be corrected always. Who ever owns / manages the dunkin in Park Ridge runs it the right way. What a world of a difference. Needs an updated renovation desperately. Tables were not cleaned. Food was good. Service was quick. Staff were nice.

Let's just say the workers have really bad attitudes and bad customer service skills, but not as bad as the Luigi O'grady's deli a few doors down which takes the cake. So I ordered and was not thanked, and the woman who gave me the food, basically just handed it to me without a word and did not respond at all to me saying thank you It's just bad business. The Dunkin on Kinderkamack in Park Ridge is obviously owned by a better franchisee. They are very nice, 24 hours a day, and also have Baskin Robbins. I have tried numerous times to like this location. But these people need to up their game. There are flies on my face while I was ordering and it's impossible to talk to some of the employees. There are good employees also working at this location, but some are difficult to talk to due to language barriers or attitude problems. If you ask them for something small , they just look at you or try to stare you down. It seems like they are forgetting that they are dealing with a customer for some reason. On top of all this, this is Pearl River . So expect racism if you are of a different color. It's always subtle so you might not detect it at first , you know the Irish are excellent at subtle racism. But I will give the food a 2.5/5. p.s: The most interesting fact is that this is a BUSY location. So if they UP their game, they can get more customers and more customers = More Sales and More sales = more bonuses / promotions / pay raise etc. I mean this is a HOT location for business. read more

Just ordered a coffee, I'm 8 months pregnant and it's noticeable. The girl who took my order looked at my belly and muttered under her breath "it should be a decaf" I was a little off guard and had to process what I heard because I can't believe someone, a young girl at that would make an uneducated comment like that. I wasn't aware that DD hired OBGYNs. First of all, it's none of her business, second of all, according to the AHA up to 200 mgs of caffeine IS aloud during pregnancy and that's really between me and my Dr. not some pipsqueak working at DD. Just your average Dunkin' Donuts. This place is quick and easy to go to and you can mobile order and be in and out in five seconds. The staff (for the most part) is usually friendly. This location in particular is very dirty and there is garbage everywhere inside. Sometimes it seems like the staff rushes with making iced coffees because all of the flavor and sugar is at the bottom. read more

This is a great spot which is not appreciated enough in other comments. The workers although they are not very engaging have never messed up my order and get it to me quickly. I am a high school student and my friends and I go almost every day and it doesn't matter if there is a lengthy line in front of us we always get our food in under five minutes and have never had a complaint. This is very beneficial since we only have roughly 30 minutes for lunch. This also leads me to assume it would be a great place to go before work or when you need something quick. read more
