I have to leave a bad review - but...... I have given this place a try three times! The first two were decent but not good. Today was straight horrible. I find the donuts very very mid! Not good not all bad, but not good. The service was okay. It was fast, they were fairly polite but the first question they ask is a tip. I normally am good about tipping, and I did tip, but I drive ten feet and you haven't even done anything but take my order. I made the mistake of ordering the protein refresher. It was HORRIBLE! The "heart" one was strawberry and blueberry and I ordered a strawberry protein. The chemical taste was so overwhelming!! My daughter said it tasted bad but the after taste was okay - like oatmeal. That was the first taste. The second she could barely get down. The strawberry was better, less chemically, but the after taste was awful! I got two drinks in and about 30 minutes later so violently ill!! After two drinks I tossed them both. Just bad. Got very ill and still feel gross. Sorry Dunkin - missed the mark again. I'll stick to Dutch bros protein and rise and roast donuts. read more

We went there at 8:30PM on a Thursday but the store is closed although operating hours says it should be open until 9PM. And while it's understandable that schedule changes, the disappointing experience was we were at the door and knocking and the people inside looked at us but never even acknowledged us or let us know they were closed. We were asking if maybe drive thru is open and there are two people inside but neither one said anything. Very subpar service. read more

This location sucks ass. Never any fresh donuts after breakfast time. The evening crew especially doesn't care about good service. They always give excuses as to why the sandwich machine is down for the evening which doesn't make sense I came at 7:45 pm asking for a bacon croissant and they couldn't do it cuz "they" shut the machine down for the evening. In these days of under-staffed drive through and price increases, sometimes I just have a fresh apple fritter. Mostly service here!! Kayla was first class and I was on my way in no time. We have plenty of DD locations around me, but Rio Ranch's is WAAAAAAY above the others! Kayla loved on my pup, had my order ready to go in seconds, and had the biggest, most genuine smile on her face. My wife and I went into Dunkin' Donuts yesterday and the entire lobby was very dirty items, napkins, etc. on floors chairs tables need to be clean three staff one just standing there doing nothing behind the counter. I tried this place again, I was with my husband and because we were going that way decided to try it again. I have been going out of my way to the Dunkin' in Bernalillo because the service was so bad in RR. We went inside and ordered our dirty chai lattes and a couple of donuts to go. The cashier had troubles because she didn't know what a how to ring up dirty chai latte. She boxed our donuts and we got our lattes and left. When we got in the car my husband commented that the lattes were almost empty. The cups were only filled 1/3 of the way. I know this store is being run on a shoestring because there is hardly anyone here in the parking lot or in the drive thru. Across the street at Dutch Brothers the lines are always full. Abysmal at best. Employees are just there and don't care if the donuts are fresh, good, or available. It's sort of like, "I guess I can take your order." I walked in and they were so busy in the back, nobody bothered to see if anyone might actually come in the lobby. I wanted apple fritters, and they had to go in the back. Not sure what that meant if they were for tomorrow, or they just don't care to put more donuts out. The rest on display were like, "yeah, these are the ones nobody wanted or we are trying to get rid of them." I rarely eat donuts... and for the sake of going there for donuts only, the apple fritter tasted like it came from Walmart or Smiths. It not only looked the same, but tasted the same. To overcome part of the stale taste, you had to nuke it for about 20 seconds. Meager and miserly filling... worst overpriced fritter I have had in my 50+ years of donut eating. Went to Dunkin at 6:43, the sign says they close at 8:00, but the door was already locked and we were instructed to go through the drive through, which sucked since I was with my young grand daughter who was looking forward to having a donut inside. They had a limited donut selection and when we got our order they didn't give us a napkin. Typically I'd let it go without leaving a bad review, but I went there last week at approximately the same time (and was able to sit in the dining area) and they were completely out of donuts with the exception of strawberry, so that's two terrible experiences with them. This is a hoppin spot. For larger orders, call ahead! The staff is very accommodating and super friendly. Great presentation and very clean. I have not been to Dunkin' in years and was very pleased to see that they remained some what nostalgic yet developed a contemporary vibe! The doughnuts were absolutely delicious! This is strange, so we're going to Dunkin' Donuts to grab a dozen to take with us. There's only a handful of donuts left in the case. I don't understand why if you run out you should continue to replenish the product. I'm pretty sure if McDonald's runs out of fries they put more in the basket for the next customer. The young man that was working in there was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. We are not sure what this sign means but it would be interesting for someone to answer the question.
