This location is my go to DD! The outside is clean and well kept, there is tons of parking as well. The drive thru line every now and then is long but goes by quick! Chantell is almost ALWAYS working and you know this because you'll hear her positive, genuine voice on the intercom! She is always so friendly if your having a not so great day hearing her voice and pulling up to the window sure will turn your day around! She has a great smile and always asks if theres anything else she can get me. She truly does her job awesome! Team Military is very luck to have her, she really shapes yalls team! I even wanted to recruit her to work for me, so if she isn't a manger already, you all should definitely make her one! I also rave about Chantell on yelp! I remember the good ole days when there would be a Dunkin Donuts on just about every corner in S.A. Sad how those days are long gone. Nowadays a crappy knock off called River City Donuts took over former DD stores. However you can still find two here in Taco Town, Texas. One here on the far West side and the other at the airport. My favorites are the original cake donuts, the chocolate glazed, maple glazed, jelly, apple fritter and the Boston Kream or any cream filled donuts. And the best part: they are dirt cheap! Hell, donuts are less than a dollar a pop so they are much cheaper than tacos, beer or even gas! It boggles the mind as to why people would rather pay more cash for tacos than donuts but to each his/her own. read more

Welp! How bout this place, I remember this DD when it was the old school original look and it was a classic. Never came as much when I was a child but I began coming more and more frequently when I started getting older. The place always serves fresh coffee and beverages but the only down side is that the donuts are not fresh, yes they do come from the back but on some days you can maybe get the donuts fresh when they come in from another location. BUT I usually go for the coffee, it is always good with me and always gives me bubblies cause I'm lactose but I always go for the almond milk replacement which is good. This is for the Dunkin Donuts on Military Dr. closest to Lackland. You are, by far, the worst and rudest I have been to. I stood in your establishment for 10 minutes while your workers passed by me and said nothing. When I first walked in I thought a gentlemen was talking to me so I walked up and gave my order, he said he wasn't talking to me and he'd take my order at the other end. IT NEVER HAPPENED. Pros: pretty good for a "fast food" donut; good selection; good service Cons: only one location thus far; few healthy options (though I understand this is a donut shop) My earliest memories of Dunkin' Donuts go back to when I was a kid in middle school, working at my dad's business in the summertime. As unhealthy as it might have been, there were times I ate at Dunkin' both breakfast and lunch. In the mornings, I would gobble down two donuts. At lunch, I would always, always get the roast beef melt on croissant! A few years down the road, Dunkin' Donuts began closing down all over town, being replaced by a local chain called River City Donuts. Imagine how sad I was! Eventually, San Antonio was left with only the Military Drive location and, more recently, a location inside the San Antonio International Airport. A year or two ago, I read articles that Dunkin' Donuts would be expanding its national empire back into the San Antonio market, but that has yet to come to fruition. Dunkin' has a good selection of donuts, all the way from French crullers to cinnamon rolls to bagels to regular donuts to cake donuts. I am partial to the unhealthier cake offerings, but their regular glazed donuts are very good too. Dunkin' Donuts are different from the other big chain that we have in town, Krispy Kreme. They are also far superior, in my opinion. Dunkin' Donuts offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches with a dizzying array of options including on toast, bagel, flatbread, croissant, tortilla, biscuit, and rolls. Sandwich options also include cheese, eggs, egg whites, bacon, sausage, ham, chicken salad, and turkey. To round things out, DD also has hash browns, oatmeal (don't know how truly healthy this oatmeal is in terms of sugar though), cookies, danishes, muffins, and brownies. As far as beverages go, DD has decent coffee. Aside from the regular brewed coffee, DD also features hot coffee beverages like cappuccinos, lattes, chai, espresso, and hot chocolate. DD also has iced or frozen coffee options and iced or frozen non-coffee options such as iced tea and fruity slushes. Obviously, DD tries to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. One thing I do wish, however, is that Dunkin' Donuts had a few more healthy options. Maybe a "light" donut. More egg-white or whole wheat options would also be a good thing if DD is attempting to attract a diverse clientele. Though this is a busy location, the service is usually fast and fairly courteous. I have never been through their drive-thru so I do not know the quality or speed of service there. For good donuts in San Antonio, Dunkin' Donuts is one of the two that I would recommend. read more

If you question the incorrect menu pricing the owner will come at you aggressively and over talk you and will be super confrontational instead of serving the customer. Originally hailing from Connecticut, you have no idea how overjoyed I was when I discovered there was a Dunkin within driving distance from my new condo. I came to visit on a Sunday morning and the parking lot was packed! When I entered I was served almost immediately, the cashier was really nice and even made me a coffee I requested that was no longer on the menu (I was dying to try the white chocolate pumpkin too, so big bonus points to her!). The donuts were delicious and fresh, the shop was clean. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will definitely swing by for a taste of home once in a while. So this place says it's open 24hrs!! Wrong!! I got there at 1am and could see one employee at the counter and three sitting at the tables. Ok so the interior closed at 12 from what the hours said. But it said drive thru was open 24 hours. After having to maneuver past a delivery truck that was pretty much blocking the drive thru, I sat in my car in front of the drive thru ordering thing for about ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I could faintly hear them talking through the intercom. I backed up and pulled forward a few times and nothing. I think every restaurant should be open 24 hours, but that is just wishful thinking. Thankfully, Dunkin Donuts has a 24 hour drive-thru and they also have free wi-fi, all pluses because my addiction to log into facebook every minute and do it faster then what 3g can offer must be met. The donuts here are very tasty and fresh. My favorites are the creme filled donuts, but there are quite a few other types of donuts to choose from. I especially like their coffee as well. Some places leave the coffee on too hot and it will taste burnt but not here. Their coffee is very smooth. There are plenty of seats inside the store to accommodate a lot of guests for a donut shop and with free wi-fi you would want to sit comfortably and surf the web while you refresh your coffee a few times. read more
