First time trying Dunkin'! I heard that it is an east coast thing and never realized there were stores close to me so I never tried it. I was pleasantly surprised by the very clean exterior and interior of the store. I ordered online and my drinks/food were ready within 3-5 minutes of waiting. The staff were polite and very helpful. I got a classic iced coffee, bacon wake up wrap, and a sausage wake up wrap. The iced coffee was a lot better than I expected and the wake up wraps were tasty! My wife got a white chocolate mocha and an everything bagel with cream cheese. She felt the white chocolate mocha was underwhelming but the bagel was very good. Will definitely be coming to Dunkin' more often!

Alright, enough is enough. I have been holding back writing this review, but this Dunkin has failed me so many times. So many messed up orders, crazy long wait times, and many occasions where I've ordered ahead and had the person behind the counter look at me blankly and not know how to view app orders. I've waited 20 minutes for an egg wrap and a latte many times. I'd feel different if this place was always swamped or they were very busy, but what blows my mind is that it's always empty. There's never a line, or lots of orders ahead of me. It seems like the management and staff are completely checked out and also have no interest in getting things done in a reasonable amount of time. I've worked as a barista, and typically when someone orders coffee and a sandwich, the person puts the sandwich in the oven, and then works on the coffee. Here, they put the sandwich in the microwave, stare at it, wait for it to be done, then take the sandwich out/let it go cold, walk away for a few minutes, and then work on the coffee afterward. It just doesn't make any sense. I've even had DoorDashers complain to me jokingly via text when I've done delivery. I've been to lots of Dunkin's in my day, but I've never encountered one like this, or any fast food restaurant like this to be honest. Hope y'all can improve, because you're only 5 minutes away from my apartment, and I don't want to continue to have to do the 20 minute drive just to go the other location.

Hot girls run on dunkin and hot girl treat dunkin customers with kindness :)

Mariela went above and beyond in customer service!!! I am a huge cup collector and was trying all over to get the Megan the Stallion collab, and when I told her I was coming to San Carlos from Daly City she held the cup for me and wrote down my name. She was so friendly and kind!! I've been having the worst week of my life and there is no way she would have possibly known that, but having an interaction with this girl who made sure I got my collectors cup and a delicious drink, made me feel human again. Customer service and conversation with people are rare these days, so thank you for making my day special and fueling my body with the protein and caffeine it absolutely needs! Highly recommend the caramel chocolate protein here!!!

This was my first visit to Dunkin', prompted by the new Dunkin' perk added to my AMEX credit card. I used the app to order ahead, ensuring my items would be ready upon arrival. When I got there, my order was indeed ready, but the store was empty. The employees, casually sitting at the tables, pointed to my order without much professionalism. The coffee was just okay, and the donut holes were a bit dry.

Sad spider donuts. The picture makes them look better.

I came to get the spider donuts that are so damn funny on social media right now. I was wanting to buy a dozen of them, but they are the saddest, sorry looking things compared to how they are advertised. I didn't buy any. Then I bought a single donut and as I was paying the cashiers area was FILTHY!!! Like it's never been cleaned. The machines were full of dust & debris and I literally paid with my card because I could tap and not touch anything. Ew, you guys, clean it up!! Gross!

I am usually a big fan of Dunkin' and realized I had not stopped by in a while. I decided to get some coffee and donuts before visiting some friends in the area. I ended up getting some donut holes, a mixed variety of 6 donuts, and also a lightly sweetened iced vanilla latte with oat milk (about $25 total). The donuts were ok, much sweeter than I remembered. The latte was wayyy too sweet to the point where I could not drink more than 1/3 of it. I enjoyed the creaminess of the latte as it was how I remembered tasting before, but the extra syrup made it undrinkable. Service was good and they were pretty friendly. However, if you plan to stop by, go earlier in the morning because by noon most of the flavors will be sold out.

Extremely slow service and they seem more occupied with chatting and laughing as they make ans remake drinks because they got it wrong over and over due to their chatting. Got their Munchkins ans honestly I should have know from looking at their case that these Munkins were hella old and dry. But, honestly they seemed to be out of everything. I can see why they have such poor reviews because they are just not with it. They should focus on making more doughnuts and taking care of their customers rather than horsing around.

Is this place really better than krispy kreme?

No, it’s not. I was so looking forward to it’s opening. I gave it two visits, bad both times, donuts are heavy and not enough of variety. The ride to Happy Donuts is worth the trip to RWC.

One negative (that I suspect will be cured shortly given it's their grand opening right now) is the lack of high chairs.

The host was very friendly and explained that once we were ready to order, we could head to the register in the back. After placing our order for a group of four, our drinks arrived within just a few minutes. They looked exactly like the menu descriptions and tasted just as good. The food was fresh, hot, and clearly made with quality ingredients. We all especially loved the tomato soup. We also ordered a waffle to share as an appetizer, and it came topped with large, beautiful strawberries that tasted amazing. The portion size was generous. I ordered the Fresh Mozzarella sandwich on ciabatta bread and asked for it toasted, and it was phenomenal. I did not have very high expectations since this was a quick, last minute choice and we did not even check reviews beforehand, but I am so glad we gave it a try. The inside of the restaurant has a cute and colorful vibe, and everything felt clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu

My first time here but my girlfriend who was visiting from Texas has eaten here recently while flying through to see her brother. This place very close to SFO airport so a great place to have breakfast Brunch or Lunch before picking up or dropping off at SFO as only 12 to 15 min based on traffic. THE FOOD: Cortado 10/10, Ice Tea 9/10 Flat White 8/10 (from Australian in our foursome) Hot Chocolate 9/10 Mixed salad Amazing. Soft boiled eggs perfectly cooked and balsamic on point. They have great sourdough served with delicious jam. We also had the prosciutto fig and goat cheese which was 10/10 and our friend from Texas enjoyed her GF Sammie. Husband had the Tuna Melt which he said 9/10 only because of the bread, he said 10 if he's had it on the acme sourdough ;-) Next time... The Place: Great location with lots of parking but not this past Sunday as huge event in town but in general loads of street and lot parking near by. Quaint seating inside and outside seating on both sides of this corner location. You order inside and seating is first come first serve so I imagine depending on the time of day it could be hard for any groups over 4 Employee Interaction: Super until the last person we interacted with. You order inside and they bring stuff out as made which is just the nature of busy brunch place. For example we had food come out in staggered spurts which is what you expect so as a example our friend who ordered first (10 min before us ) got her fig Sammie first but we got half our drinks first. Our food was staggered over a 15 min period also very expected at this type of brunch place. The problem came when the lady would brought the last food item the GF item and she said hey are we missing anything and I said yes my cortado and friend who ordered 10 min before we did so half and hour ago said she never got her hot coco. She was Super polite and brought them pretty quickly . We said thanks for finding them for us and she lectured us on how busy they are etc etc and were like WHOA THERE we did not complain although my friend could have as he drink came after she had eaten and 30 min after she ordered and yet we never complained. My complaint is with this staff members attitude, and I "assume" it came from dealing with folks expecting the food or drinks to all come out at same time and thats not how these types of places work. WE GET THAT and again it would have been a 5 had we not been lectured after thanking her for hunting down our drinks ;-) Will I be back SURE the food was great

I had one poor experience, which is why I knocked off one star. As a Filipina, I was curious to try their Ube flavored drinks. I've had many elsewhere and I was very disappointed with the one I received. I understand it was a new item on the menu but frankly, the drink was gross... it didn't taste like Ube at all. It tasted like rancid, dirty ice water. I couldn't bring myself to drink more of it. I was involuntarily retching with any attempt to try it again. I normally speak directly to someone if something is off instead of resorting to yelp comments so that's what I did but the person at the register did not acknowledge what I had to say and he did not assure me of any systems in place to consider my feedback further. What I got was that "he never tried it" and "that's just how it tastes." I probably wouldn't have left this review if I wasn't left so disappointed with the interaction. I will continue to support the business because I understand that one bad drink is just that but I am nervous about ordering drinks from here again... All my other interactions and orders have been honestly stellar otherwise.

This is actually a large chain, and the name leads you to expect something it doesn't deliver: the pastries and selection don't feel French at all. Our son has wanted to stop in a few times, and each time I've left disappointed. Service has also been underwhelming and the staff seemed unhappy and inattentive.

I've purchased a little spider plant and an alocasia polly, which have both been great. The employees are knowledgeable about plants and give great recommendations, especially regarding succulents. They also have a fun selection of cards and gifts by local artists, although some of the prices are a bit unreasonable (like $40 for a tiny planter pot). The coffee shop is fine, but less exciting. Most recently, I tried the Bicerin off their seasonal specials, which was a Cortado with Nutella. I thought the Nutella would be somewhat mixed in for sweetness, but it was literally just a teaspoon of Nutella in my drink. I've tried their Chaga Matcha in the past, and it was also just okay. Will return for the plants and ambiance!
