Pretty good, the average Dunkin' experience with decent service, and great drinks! Nearby and from when I've been in, it's been clean :)

Just got a coffee and two hash browns from Dunkin' in Saratoga yesterday at around 5pm and am super disappointed by the quality. The lady who served me was cleaning the platform with Plastic gloves. She dipped her gloves in a bucket with water and took out a wet towel. Then. She cleaned the platform with it, dipped the towel back and using the same plastic glove served me coffee and hash browns. I gave this location way too many chances then they deserve! I understand that society is systematically being engineered to not care or like anyone anymore but you can at least fake it! A smile goes a long way! As previous commenters previously stated the employees seem to either not care or know how to do their job! The worst DD I have even been to and I have been to many having traveled the country. I will say it is a pretty small DD considering the location so in part I believe that is why there is always such a long line. read more

Theft, zero customer service, and an unresponsive management. Hard to imagine. The other DD in the area are much better. But this one, please be careful if you go. I placed an order over the DD app. At the pickup window, a bag was handed to me and the employee tried to rush me on. I looked in the bag and the cheddar twist bagels were missing. Note, they were paid for. The employee stated that they do not sell those at the location. What?!? Ordered and paid for. Oh, and then she said, 'and we can not give refunds.' Spoke to assistant manager who said she was not authorized to give any refunds. Left word for manager directly and also through DD customer service, and ZERO response. Seriously .... this is theft! UPDATE: This morning, I received a phone call from the manager of this location. He apologized for the service that day and offered to send a gift card to make up for it. I do appreciate his call and his apology. I hope going forward that the team will be empowered to better support such issues. Thank you. read more

This establishment is what you would expect from any chain restaurant of this type. The service was fast and friendly. The food and drinks was average and the facility itself was nice and clean. read more

I rarely go to DD and every time I do I am reminded as to why. This morning around 5am I went to the drive thru. No customers were in the store or the drive thru. All I wanted was a cinnamon raisin bagel with egg. Pretty simple and straight forward. Of course they screwed it up but didn't realize it until I got home. They gave me a plain bagel instead. I was the ONLY customer in the place. How the hell could you make a mistake if I AM THE ONLY ONE THERE??!! I know customer service isn't what it used to be but COME ON!! read more

Went inside because i was getting a dozon donuts and didn't want to inconvenience them with telling me what donuts they had available. Instead, i had to wait 7 minutes for them to take my order, then i had to wait until they were done with the entire drive thru before they got the donuts. Then i had to wait for the next person who drove up before i could get my drink. When i mentioned it to the manager, he didn't care AT ALL! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Worst service ever. On more than one occasion the same heavy set employee has given me and my kids (who are actually very polite) nothing but attitude, as if coming into buy something is putting her out. She purposely puts things out of your reach so you have to lean across the counter for them. I went in with no one at the counter. She glanced at me while she was talking to other employees working the drive thru (she wasn't doing anything)After a few minutes of me clearing my throat, she rolled her eyes like me being there to get coffee was annoying. if I could give 0 stars I would. almost every female worker i've encountered is rude. but the last straw was when THEY messed up my order, even after I repeated it back to them, and talked shit about me IN FRONT of me when I was sitting at the window waiting for them to redo my order. literally talking about how stupid I WAS because THEY got my order wrong. and to top it off they redid my order STILL WRONG lmao. i was genuinely astonished at the lack of energy and kindness in this establishment. wish I would have gotten that woman's name. all I remember is she looked trashy with crappy makeup. anyways, it's definitely worth it to drive the extra 7 minutes to the one on route 50. read more

The absolute WORST DD I've ever witnessed in my life. Moves at a glacial pace and all workers seem to be completely incompetent. I've even witnessed people getting sick of waiting and just walking straight out before they could even order! The one lady that works there everyday is beyond slow and NEVER takes orders down right the first time. She completes orders that came after you before shes completes your order. Then this morning I asked for an everything bagel 3 times, the first time she repeated it back to me wrong, then I had to ask for her to make it cuz she forgot, then she handed me a sesame seed bagel 10 minutes later but I rushed out before I could check to see if my order was right. All the meanwhile no other employees help her. They need to make drastic changes of employees here. read more

Is this a dunkins policy...having on perfume that causes the coffee cups to smell of whatever perfume du jour the employee hands the customer? and for the love of all things coffee - I go there for HOT coffee. Not lukewarm end of pot with grounds coffee. I actually went to the one on RTE 50 at 6am and got a lukewarm coffee. Went to the one in wilton and it was lukewarm with a side of perfume. I only visit this location very early in the morning so my review mainly reflects the service of the employees at that time... I've had no problems with anyone here besides one individual in particular that behaves in such a manner that I often go elsewhere just to avoid her... Nearly every time she is working, this gnarly beast of a woman is either berating and scolding her fellow co-workers in a rather loud, vocal manner, or sitting on her enormous stinky ass and complaining about her deadbeat "baby daddies" or how much her knees/feet hurt (probably because they are required to move 327 jiggly pounds of ugly trailer trash around all day) She is the only employee here that consistently yells at her Dunkin' peers yet the only employee to serve me hot coffee with the lid only half fastened... After she has the audacity to accuse other workers of being inept!! She comes off as downright pissy every time I get her at the counter and I feel as if I'm asking for a favor every time I order a coffee. I forget this bitch's name, however if you're not sure which one I'm talking about, just look for the rotten attitude, bloodshot eyes and 30" cottage cheese biceps and the huge beer gut. read more

My wife and I stopped for a breakfast sandwich and coffee on April 26. We were greeted by a well groomed young woman who couldn't have been more indifferent to our existence. She had no smile or affect at all. She completed our order, in zombie fashion. We paid and went to the end on the counter to pick up our sandwiches. Our order number was blurted out by a woman who threw the sandwich on the counter and disappeared back to the drive through window. We drank our coffee and when I returned to the counter to order a sandwich for the road, no one acknowledged my presence due to the cop who had come in to stand and chat. I sat back down and went back later. Again, I ordered the sandwich from counter zombie, went to the counter for pick up and had it lobbed to me from around the corner. We will not be returning to this little shop of rudeness and indifference. read more

I was looking for a nearby Dunkin Donuts and found some reviews of this location on Yelp. I could not imagine how the service could be as bad as the reviews suggested. After all, it's just doughnuts and coffee mostly. However, now that I visited, I understand completely. I arrived around 11:00 pm (no customers around) after driving more than 20 minutes to see two women employees sitting outside smoking. I asked if the inside was open or just the drive thru. One said, "It's open but could you wait a little bit--this is our first cigarette break tonight? I hesitated because I couldn't believe what she was saying. "So you want me to wait after driving here until you finish a cigarette before I get my doughnuts?" She said that I didn't have to, they were just asking. I said no and one got up and went inside to get my doughnuts. She was perfectly pleasant about it but it was beyond my comprehension how she thought that was appropriate. That is one of the craziest responses I have ever gotten from someone who is supposed to be working. read more
