If your setup can't support the volume and variety you're offering, then the issue is planning, not just space. Offering 16+ flavors while running out of plain bagels (or any bagels for that matter) before 10:30am isn't a demand anomaly, it's a mismatch between your menu and your capacity. Make fewer varieties, produce more of the basics, and you don't lose customers walking out. This isn't about comparing you to high-volume shops, it's about getting the fundamentals right. Plain bagels are the baseline. If those are gone, the rest of the menu doesn't really matter. End result is still the same, long wait, no product, lost sale. ***** Waited 12 minutes at Weird Dough Bagels this morning just to be told they were out of multiple bagels, including plain. Plain bagels... gone before 10:30am. If your concept is 16+ flavors, maybe figure out how to not run out of the one thing every single customer expects you to have. This isn't "high demand," it's bad planning. I'm from New York and I've never seen a bagel shop miss on basics like this. And in all the years going to Bodo's Bagels, I've never seen them run out of bagels, period. As a former café owner, running out of core items isn't quirky or artisanal, it's a failure. Walked out without ordering, about a $50 ticket lost because you couldn't manage inventory on the most basic product you sell. Do less, do it better. Right now it's neither.

They have plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside, or you can order to-go. They also have coffee, pastries, and other drinks (soda, water, etc.). Parking is available on the street or in one of the many municipal lots in town, so don't be discouraged by their old town location. Even from a municipal lot, it's a short walk to their shop. They're open during the day now, but are about to start evenings Thurs-Sat with mocktails and melt sandwiches!

I love visiting local coffee shops and this spot is always a must when in town! My friend lives…read morenearby so we decided to walk around the local shops. I hadn't been to this new location since they moved but was happy to see they had more space for seating and even a separate kids room. Staff is always friendly and the cafe has such a warm and inviting feel. Now for drinks, they have a ton of unique options to choose from. An assortment of flavors, from red velvet and sourdough, to cream filled. It was this latter where Texas stands out: they can fill it with a variety of fillings using a machine on every stoners wish list: it injects the donut with flavors. I got two chocolate glazed filled with Bavarian, and whitw creme, and a long john of Bavarian. The cream fillings were great, no trouble there. The donuts were.. different. Donuts have that progression, from air filled Krispy Kreme, to dense cake donuts, and used hockey pucks left over from 1987 Duncan Donuts. I like the airy kind, not so much as Krispy because that's too thin, but something with heft, but air pockets. Texas rides the line between pockets of air and density, and what it tasted like is that they had been airy at one point, but those pockets collapsed on themselves creating a hybrid airy/dense donut. Tasty, but not top of my list. That spot still belongs to Duck Donuts. It's possible the Texas donuts I had were sitting out a bit, or the creme filling caused a collapse of the internal donut structure. I'm not sure but I will go back to try the denser varieties to be sure. Very nice employees, calm and clean interior. Parking is tough, on a hill in tight spots, or down around the hill and climb some stairs.

I selected the Cookies & Cream ice cream for my milkshake - in a large size. I also got a container of their Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream to take home. The milkshake was huge - and yummy! The Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream was consumed later in the week. Very rich and satisfying! Service was good - paid with Apple Pay. While I was there - I looked for photos of Scott Lang - but there were no mentions of the "Employee of the Century!" to be found. #BaskinRobbins

Always greets us with a smile and always has my family leaving happy. Truly a great interaction every time. Now the downside to this store is, in my most recent visit, my family and i had sat down and were eating our ice cream when i noticed not one, but two hairs in my cup. I had already been questioning the sanitation aspect of this store after when we walked in we were met with the foul smell of body odor from what seemed to be coming from a female employee. Nonetheless, I bring my ice cream up to the counter to address the issue and the employee i mentioned up above was standing there. He fixed the issue and gave me a clean, hair free scoop without the side of body odor. I'm not sure if it's the management or what behind this store but most of the employees are rude or do not seem trained.

On the breakfast sandwich side - you can also get bacon, ham or chicken - and choose from biscuits, bagels, and croissants (in addition to the English muffin). They offer a variety of Apple cider donuts, lunch sandwiches, and pizza. Plus a variety of coffee drinks. They also sell a variety of produce and convenience store goods and drinks. There is limited seating outside on the porch. It was a bit of a warm day when I visited - and the inside of the market was a tad warm for me - so don't know if they were having AC issues.
