Really??? So you find it odd that a customer would replace the cheap pot and place the plant in a nicer one and just hold onto the garbage pot it came in. He was not going to let it go, so I said" fine, but ll be documenting this lack of customer service online. At that point, he said I could exchange it. I went to look and got some other kind of plant. The cashier then said to said manager " shouldn't she have to get the same kind of plant? "Call your insurance, we can't tell you where." So I call insurance, who directs me to call the pharmacy insurance company. Woman answers and says, it's been filled. Today. At this location! WTF?! I complied, parked, and immediately placed a mobile order--only to then be told the store was closing, despite it still being within posted business hours. I was placing my mobile order at 12:42 am for a total of 18 dollars and was told "the store was closing soon" so I could not place the order. The store doesn't close until 1 am. So it seems the employees turned off mobile ordering after explicitly telling me I could order that way. This sequence of events raises serious concerns about deceptive and inconsistent service practices. Customers should not be turned away under one policy and then denied service again after following that policy, especially when the location is still officially open. It appeared the staff may have been attempting to avoid serving customers and close early, which is unacceptable. This directly impacted my ability to provide food for my family and reflects poorly on store management and oversight.
