I stopped by Dunkin in Zionsville after my dermatologist appointment to pick up breakfast, and it was very convenient and smooth. I logged into the app and placed my order through the app for a pick up order. The location is very nice and very clean inside. The ambiance is nice and inviting to the customer. My order was ready within a few minutes,so I was able to walk into the location and pick up my order in the designated area for pick up orders. Dunkin has come a long way and the app is very easy to use for placing orders. The iced Chai latte and chicken roasted pepper wrap were wonderful and delicious as it always is. I will always appreciate Dunkin and their products because it is top quality and worth the price. The customer service is always on point as well. This was a great experience. read more

Do not come here!! It's 6:36pm and I wanted to stop to get an ice coffee. When I pulled up to the speaker someone said "can I take your order". I then order my drink. She didn't say anything afterwards so then I pull up to the window and at first she tried acting like she didn't see me. She then comes to the window and says " what did you want because we really don't have anything we're closed". Keep in mind they close at 8:00pm. I will never go to this location again. This is exactly why the Dunkin's without supervision fall short. They hire lazy people and they don't want to work the whole shift. SMH. Ghetto ass place. Do your self a favor and go to Starbucks. A friends birthday was On Halloween we celebrated the previous Saturday. I bought a dozen assorted donuts, 4 muffin purchased a $25 gift for friend. I and brought home for my my daughter an assortment of 25 donut holes ( chocolate, powdered sugar and pumpkin spice) it was a great Dunkin day. I go here because of proximity and when i need high levels of caffeine in a pinch but there are red flags with service and quality here. As prior reviewers have pointed out, this is likely a management problem. We're morning people now (not by choice. it's our kids, 'enough said) and was turned away in the drive thru when we didn't order thru the app because there was only one employee working at a time when people usually get coffee and donuts. There was no sign to indicate this and we had already waited before the nice sounding employee apologized at the speaker. Another time we received stale donuts (unacceptable for a donut shop). On our first visit we dined in and there seemed to be enough people working but it looked chaotic and no one looked happy. The dining area isn't very big but it was clean. I do like the app perks and the cold brews but i don't like holding my breath to see if the visit is going to be a positive or negative one. read more

I run on Dunkin'! I love this spot any time of the day! They are quick, friendly workers and make a great latte (iced or hot) I haven't been inside yet but I always use the drive thru and I always drive away happy! They do have plenty of parking if you need to go inside. Make sure to download their app and become a Dunkin' member for perks! This time I tried a breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good! Very disappointed. Lots of common sense is lacking at this store. Without fail, my frosted donuts get put in the same bag, upside down, sideways or on top of each other. Therefore, the frosting is gone once you go to pull one out and eat it. Absolutely ridiculous. I have reached out to them on their website about this ongoing issues and crickets. I ask for all of my donuts now in separate bags or in a box since they are always messed up. Coffee is good and that's about it. Their hot food is a joke. It all tastes microwaved and has "cold pockets" when you go to bite into it. The hash browns are a joke. One order comes with maybe 6 tiny circular tater tots. Much room for improvement! read more

I've never had any issues with this location. They were out of glazed munchkins once but it was 5 pm so that was understandable. This morning I went and the drive thru line was super long so I went in. No wait. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a sausage croissant breakfast sandwich. Both came out very quickly and both tasted good. Service is not overly friendly but I'm not very talkative in the early morning hours so it never seems to bother me. I frequent Starbucks more but if I want a little bit of a cheaper option I'll go here. read more

I can't recommend this location if you're in any sort of rush. On Tuesday my mobile order wasn't ready 17 mins after being placed, today I arrived 12 mins after placing my mobile order and it wasn't ready. After my gift card runs out I don't think I'll be back. read more

The food was cold. I got a cheese, egg bacon bagel it was all cold and hard. I also got a coffee and asked for extra sweetener in it which was not sweet at all almost as if I paid for extra, but they did not put it in my drink. The donuts are hard and also cold. I understand Covid has created challenges, I understand it's difficult to find staffing.. but it really is ridiculous that you don't open the main area for pickup orders. I placed an order 30mins before I finally got to the window to pick it up. By then my coffee was watered down, and they didn't even have my full order ready I had to TELL them what I ordered. So glad that dunks keeps popping up all over Indy. As an East Coast transplant they aren't quite the same yet. This location had the elusive French Cruller so I was impressed. Overall the service is quick but not super fast yet. I will give them a break since they just opened. As a long time fan try replacing you egg with the veggie egg white omelet on any sandwich! I guess my experience before was the exception and their overall rating is what you will get if you continue to come here. The past few times have been very unpleasant. If you can avoid this location, do so. If you get a free drink and want almond milk, they will charge you. If you order two drinks and have a free coupon, they'll always redeem it for the cheaper one and tell you "sorry, nothing we can do." Overall cleanliness is a problem, I would be surprised if they fail inspections regularly. I won't go into the staff themselves, but it is not good. read more

Fairly good location to go to. They sure do run out of all of the best flavors of donuts pretty early on in the day so if your picky make sure to wake up early to be able to get the kind you want. During this pandemic I've never seen a employee not wearing a mask so that's all good and well. Currently this location has been closed for "routine COVID-19 sanitation cleaning" for like two weeks straight!!! Was waiting on a mobile order and could see into the "kitchen" area while I was waiting and I watched a worker drop a sandwich on the floor and then pick it up with a pair of tongs and put it in a mobile order bag. Just went to the location on Whitestown Parkway and I ordered a medium hot coffee and i received a cold "hot" coffee and I asked for a remake and they made it somewhat right the second time but it wasn't what i ordered. I recently moved to the area and this is the only place around here for donuts. I went here on 9/5 to get donuts and an iced coffee. He do not carry the old fashioned donuts which is a Dunkin staple. Also the donuts marked apple cider were just more pumpkin ones. They also did not have butter pecan flavoring for the coffee which is the whole reason I stopped here. The donuts didn't even taste like they usually do and look lol me they were rushed. The only good thing that I can say is that the person behind he counter was friendly and helpful. My advice is try selling what your customers want and not what you want to sell. read more

Stop everything you're doing this is your warning to never come here. This is the review that you've been looking for. When I pulled up nothing seemed out of the ordinary. The car in front of me pulled forward and I pulled in to order. Before I got anything the lady at the speaker told me to just give her a few seconds - fast forward to six minutes later she finally answers the speaker. I placed my order got a wake up egg bacon wrap and one donut - THAT WAS ALL I GOT. ONE DONUT AND A WRAP. I pulled forward and waited for what felt like 20 minutes until finally the lady came to the window. No apologies - no sorry for the wait. Just bluntly told me that my order was worth $5.12. I paid and she just stuck at her arm out and gave me the bag. I don't want to be mean but the woman that took my order - all I will say is that she lacked basic hygiene and that says a lot about a person. Her poor work ethic confirmed it given that she threw my donut face down in a bag with no paper cover. Just a donut thrown in a bag, DISGUSTING. Lastly, one of the paper bags has grease or egg on one corner suggesting she doesn't wash her hands when handling orders. When I arrived at the drive thru menu there was smoke wafting everywhere. An employee was taking a break and sitting by the menu board on the ground smoking. The girl who took my order sounded annoyed. She did not welcome or thank me when she took my payment. She did not make eye contact or even offer a semblance of a smile.
