We LOVE this place. Moved to the neighborhood two years ago and finally decided to try Dunning Pour House last week. Loved it so much, we went back tonight. First, Justin and David are top notch amazing guys to dine with. Super friendly, so nice and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We sat both times for longer then two hours, and just chilled. The food is unbelievable! Awesome specials, fresh, hot and delicious. This place is a hidden gem, maybe not too hidden, they were busy for a Monday night! Not busy loud though, and everyone knew everyone. Truly a neighborhood hot spot but super chill and down to earth. We decided to order on a Sunday evening. The food arrived hot and fresh. The burgers were spectacular! Make sure you're hungry because they are big. We ordered chicken tenders for our toddler and while I thought they were delicious, there was definitely too much crunchy breading on them for a smaller child to bite through. I ended up peeling it off a bit so it was okay. Overall a great experience and we would definitely order there again. Neighborhood bar with great food and beer selection. Party of 4 on a Friday night; we were lucky to grab an outside table with no reservations. Only bad side was the motorcycle traffic on Addison and the patrons that stopped by via motorcycle. Amazing specials- fish fry and fried shrimp dinners for $9 on Friday night with $5 Blue Moon drafts! Can't beat that. Also tried the pretzel sticks and cheese curd appetizers. I would wanna give 6 stars if I could!! We love it here , have been trying so many different menu and everything is delicious! Not your regular bar food! They are amazing! We love wings, both sweet and spicy bbq, I love the chicken bbq salad here I know pls don't judge me it s SO good tho. My husband always gets the burger but he tried the cod sandwich on special and the corned beef and were all far from disappointment. This place is great. Came here for the pretzel bites, macaroni and cheese, cheeseburger and my blue moon. The blue moons were$6 each, not the best, but nice and cold. The Mac and cheese was ok, not the best, but you get a good amount. The cheeseburger Ishtar the best, but the fruits were good, for$14, not too bad. This is that classic type of bar where it feels like home, the prices were reasonable and the food and drinks were excellent! I had the Pour House burger and it was juicy and flavorful, hubby got their special for Mardi Gras week, the Cajun Chicken sandwich and he said it had a kick to it but a little salty. Driven by this spot 100xs and today I was looking for a good spot with good food so i checked on this site for recommendations. I was definitely not disappointed. Erika was our server and bartender. Never felt forgotten. She stopped by enough to make sure we were good. The food was absolutely fresh. We started with the guac, pico and chips. Very delish. I ordered the po'boy shrimp and it was definitely good! Excellent size shrimp seasoned perfectly. My friend ordered the 3 tacos. She said the meat was tender and not skimpy. First time here! It's a friendly neighborhood bar with great food. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious! The nachos were yummy and served on a pan so everyone gets their share of toppings. The buffalo chicken dip was on point. The soup of the week, Gumbo, was amazing! I came here a few times last year once by myself and I'm glad it's not one of those bars where a women feels awkward going alone. They have a decent selection of beers on tap and on their menu and their drinks were pretty good. They don't have a parking which is not ideal but you can park in the street. Once it gets busy though you might have to park a bit far. So if you are in the area and you need to grab a bite and a drink I recommend it ! read more

I have had the yelp ap on my phone for years and have only been inclined to Review like 2 other businesses over the past 10 years or so, ha.... But since my husband and I cannot stop talking about how great our visit was last night, I figured I had to take a moment to declare: THIS PLACE IS EVERYTHING!!! Amazing, nostalgic bar with thoughtful rehabbing to make it both comfortable and modern, yet reminiscent of old school, neighborhood bars from yesteryear. Our server Justin was friendly and informative when ordering and was attentive throughout the night. The food- we ordered cheese curds, fish tacos and wings. 5 stars for everything. The show stealer of the night though was the cocktails and carrot cake. Yes, you read that correctly. Homemade carrot cake that we ordered to go. Definitely the best carrot cake I've ever tried and potentially the best cake In general I've ever had. Oh and yes, the cocktails were crafted with care and went down beautifully!!! Yes, the wings are great! Get them, you won't regret it. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad to go and it was so-so. The dressing was great, but it was a bit skimpy, not a ton of greens... just romaine and not exactly what I was expecting. The chicken (packaged on the side so the lettuce didn't get wilty - definitely a good thing!) was seasoned wonderfully, but the actual salad greens were lacking. I know it's a pub with more emphasis on the greasy spoon, but I've been to plenty of pubs that step it up and have great salads! I will probably order from here again, but might give it a few months after things are fully operational once more. read more

This has been one of our covid gems, especially on those nights I don't want to cook, they have really great food the menu isn't huge but they have the staples, solid burger, tacos, steak sammie, and killer soups. The wings are huge and while the sauced ones would be much better in house they travel ok short distances, the dry rubbed are the way to go for me.
