    Dill Gnocchi

Service at Duo was unmatched, server was very attentive and nice. We got the buttermilk fried chicken, dill gnocchi and salmon. The dill gnocchi was incredible and out of the three was our favorite. Highly recommend this farm to table restaurant!!

Selected Duo for the first restaurant to try for 5280's Denver's Restaurant Week for 2025. This restaurant was selected based on its recommendation from the Westword's 100 Best Restaurants in Denver. Upon entering I really enjoyed the set up and decor which embraced the farm to table menu. My experience was very meh and underwhelming. The dishes selected sounded incredible but were really average on plate. I selected the lamb bolognese as my first course. This was tasty but the pasta was a little undercooked and crunchy. For my main dish, I selected the Lion's Mane Mushrooms. The tempura mushrooms were prepared well, and while the flavors of the squash, pesto, orange and bean dahl were fine, they did not mesh well with the tempura prepared mushrooms. The dish in and of itself was fine, but I was expected more of an incredible experience for $55 rather than just a typical meal I'd expect at some chain restaurant. For dessert, the flourless chocolate torte was the only choice for me. The rosemary ice cream was the best feature of the night. Sad to say, I have had better tortes from other restaurants. Our server was very sweet, but the time between course 1 and course 2 was over a half an hour. Again, forgiving to the server knowing that this was the first night of Restaurant Week. I would try Duo again to see how their regular menu plays out. FYI - there is a liveable wage gratuity for kitchen staff added to all bills.

Came here for restaurant week a couple months ago and everything was very tasty! It's the perfect farm to table restaurant to visit if you are in the area. Our service was very nice and answered all of our questions. We got one of everyone off the restaurant week menu to be able to try a wide verity for things. Everything was super delicious and we were super full by the time we left. I want to come back to check out their regular menu!

Food looked great, but the seasoning and technique were disappointing. I ordered the Lion's mane mushrooms and they were tough, overcooked, and lacked flavor. The quinoa cakes they were presented on top of lacked seasoning as well. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The ice cream and sauce were delicious. The cake itself lacked flavor.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with a reservation and had no issues with it! We were also given the option to sit inside as the reservation was for the patio. We ordered the brisket Benedict (replaced the potatoes for a salad) and the French toast and everything was eaten! The restaurant had a french toast and really like that they have a small patio section. The service was fast and easy and liked our server!

I went in with high expectations because of all the hype of this farm to table restaurant, sadly, there were more misses than hits. I realize opening night of Restaurant Week can be challenging so I am a forgiving dinner in those circumstances. We were seated quickly and our server took our drink order right away. She also informed us of the kitchen's preference to take our order for all three courses at once and they would time the meal, so that was great. My cocktail, the Wise Man, was a smooth blend of tequila, mezcal, lime, sparkling wine, and sage. This is where things started to stall. The restaurant was not full at the time, but tickets were backing up in the kitchen. It took about twenty minutes to get our appetizer course, which was reasonable even though mine was a mostly cold course of smoked trout toast (very good, highly recommend). It took another forty-five minutes before we got our entrees. I went with the special from their regular menu, the Duo of Lamb - two pomegranate lamb ribs and a lamb meatball on a bed of saffron couscous. There was an interesting cinnamon like spice on the dish that overpowered most of the items (I believe it was the urfa biber labneh). The flourless chocolate torte was rich like a brownie and the rosemary ice cream and cardamom poached pear were a nice complement. Head's up. Duo also charges a living wage for kitchen staff. The food was fine but not necessarily something I would crave or go back for. Perhaps it was just an off night.

We had a birthday celebration for my best friend of 35 years at Duo, it was a blast. So fresh and so balanced, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their creations. Top notch. If I could give it 11 stars I would! Love how they have an open kitchen so I can see how the magic happens. Excellent service and drinks as well, they even brought out a lil b-day treat for my friend.

Such a cute spot...not to big not to small! My husband and I came for brunch, and it did not disappoint. Biscuits and gravy and smoked trout toast...so good!! Service was spot on, and the dinner me u looked amazing as well. Can't wait to come back!

Interesting place. Very cool venue, waitress was fabulous, entrees were delicious, as were dessert and wine. Appetizers left something to be desired (prawns were way too salty, salad was way too bitter) but otherwise very solid meal & very solid spot

I went here with a group of 6 for brunch. We had reservations and were seated right away. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and thought they were really good. The table ordered coffee and didn't realize we'd be charged by the pot until the bill came. We had a couple of misses....I ordered a mimosa that I didn't get and there was an issue with the bill, but overall good.

My husband and I went to Duo for brunch on Sunday. We made reservations, which is a must on the weekends. It was packed. Our server was very friendly and the food is amazing. The food took a while to come out but like I said, it was very busy. That is my only complaint. The restaurant is cozy and the exposed brick gives it an industrial feel.

When we arrived, most of the covered seating and heater areas were already taken, so we ended up sitting in one of the uncovered sections. As it turned out, that was a blessing because the views were amazing. From where we were seated, we had beautiful views of downtown Denver and the surrounding cityscape. Between the skyline, lights, and rooftop atmosphere, it created a memorable evening. What impressed me most was the ambiance. The lounge had a lively but relaxed energy, and people were friendly and approachable. It felt like the kind of place where you could enjoy a date, meet new people, network, or simply unwind with friends over drinks and conversation. My date ordered food, but I honestly don't remember everything he had. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but since this is a rooftop lounge, the atmosphere was really the star of the show for me. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would return for the views, the social atmosphere, the drinks, and the opportunity to meet interesting people. Perfect for: Date nights, networking, socializing, drinks with friends, and enjoying Denver's skyline.

The new space is bigger, which is nice because the old location could get pretty packed. The vibe is still completely over the top in the best possible way. Everywhere you look there's some new detail you didn't notice before. The cocktails were fantastic. Creative, balanced, and fun without sacrificing quality. And yes, some of them are literally on fire, which feels appropriate given the name. Also, I don't know who was in charge of the decor, but they clearly weren't afraid to commit to a theme. I'll just say there are some very noticeable decorative choices throughout the space that gave our table plenty to laugh about. If you're looking for a standard cocktail bar, this isn't it. If you're looking for a memorable night out, this absolutely is.

Both my girlfriend and I asked him multiple times to stop, but he continued anyway. After it became clear that he wasn't going to respect our boundaries, I raised my voice (not yelling, just firm) and asked that he stop serving us and that another bartender take over due to his aggressive and inappropriate sexual behavior. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he immediately told both of us to leave the bar. This was an incredibly uncomfortable situation to deal with, especially on New Year's Eve, and it left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected. The first thing my girlfriend said to me the next morning was how uncomfortable that bartender had made her feel, which says a lot. I truly wish we had never gone to this bar. No one should feel pressured, sexualized, or thrown out for speaking up when their boundaries are repeatedly ignored.

Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.

Price: This is the most budget-friendly spot I've found in the area. Almost everything is $5! It is CASH ONLY, but don't worry if you forget. They have an ATM inside for you to use. Drink: I ordered the Continental, which is their take on an Old Fashioned with a black cherry. It was delicious and definitely didn't taste like a cheap drink despite the price point.
