I was sat in the back room cuz the front bar was full. It was nice and quiet & there was an additional bar in the back. Great curated "author & bibliophile" themed libation menu. I had the St Vincent Millay (their version of a between the sheets) and it was made to classic perfection! They also have an extensive spirits menu; I always like to try local so I had a shot of 1874 San Luis Valley American Whiskey (a 3-Grain Whiskey using local rye, barley, and wheat, highlighting regional sourcing). Price-point is in line w/current mixologist cocktail costs. Definitely worth checking out!

Not only was the meat heavily salted, but the breading was overly salted as well. I couldn't even taste the meat or the breading (or even the potatoes) because it wasn't a giant plate of salt. I ate all the broccolini, a few bites of potatoes, and a few bites of steak. I hate that all restaurants, because of patrons and their salt-conditioned palates, serve the most sodium-laden monstrosities possible. I didn't feel good eating it, I didn't want to eat more than a few bites, and I left the restaurant full of regret for the bites I did take. On the plus side, the beer is exceptionally tasty, and my kids both enjoyed their meals. We are leaving tomorrow and so we won't be back, but I wouldn't be back otherwise as well.

Had a flt of six and everything was on -point & true to style w/just enough skew to get a sense of the brewing artistry behind each offering. There was also a surprisingly diverse selection for the production size! They even had a collab (the Lazaro IPA w/Mancos Brewing). Nicky, the beertender, was phenomenal! Even after my 6 beer flt, he offered me a couple of samples to highlight some other styles on tap.
