I don't normally go with the "Chef's Special" because I always feel like it means "the seafood is about to go and we have to sell it" lol I couldnt resist the Frutti di Mare Cannelloni. I paired this with an Old Fashioned and the Brussels Sprouts Pancetta. We also tried the Carbonara. All the dishes were amazing. I was not disappointed with the cannelloni, wonderful seafood taste medley, not "fishy". The Brussel Sprouts were a hit, my partner normally hates Brussel Sprouts but he enjoyed these.
