Delicious , glad to finally have a Dutch bro's in Bako. We showed around 6:00 pm and the line of cars was all the way around the corner. They had a nice little set up with cones and signs , so as not to get confused where the line started at and to keep it organized.Considering how long the line was we probably waited about 15 minutes tops. Definitely worth the wait the pumpkin brûlée was delicious and so was my regular americano. The drive thru is a two lanes , which made things go fast and they were really organized. The Dutch bro's mafia was on it when it came to taking and expediting the orders. My daughter had the white zombie which I tried and it was really good. My son had the tigers blood lemonade and it was okay not really my cup of tea. Our experience was great considering they just opened , usually there is some type of learning curve when just opening but not on this particular night at least. Such a fan of our OG Bakersfield location! I've been getting the OG gummy bear rebel and have been addicted! They now have a new rebel called the daydream and I'm so obsessed. My dogs love their pupppachinos. The best in town, they add dog biscuits. Such a fun treat for your furry friends. The staff is always so upbeat and happy to greet every car. I have been a Dutch Bros lover since living in AZ and I would go daily, I would also drive to Fresno 2 hours to get Dutch Bros but ever since this location opened at first it was good but recently I've started to hate Dutch bros. I come here they get my order constantly wrong, I get constant attitude and my order is repeated like 4 times the vibe is really awkward like they are trying too much. I don't know how many in Bakersfield have gone to the original location of Dutch Bros in Grant's Pass Oregon, but I have and have been drinking their coffee for a long time. In the last 10 years they have changed their formula. They used to put a scoop of powdered chocolate in and it made it, creamy, chocolaty and gave it more depth. No that they have stopped doing that, their coffee has lost their unique profile. It's fun to go there once and and wait in a long line to try their product while given extremely good, friendly and high energy service. I am very happy that they made a location here in Bakersfield Ca I am not an expert on their beverages the first time I visited this location the server was very helpful in suggesting a drink that I may like it is called a palm beach I don't like my drinks really sweet so I got it half sweet on ice not blended it was very delicious I got the biggest one with two extra shots of rebel energy I almost finished it before I got home it was so refreshing and good. Long line...slow to fulfill orders...menu is overwhelming! They should have a list of all their sugar free flavors! Happy to have a choice that is not Starbucks but they need to speed up order fulfillment! Will go again but hope they get order processing more efficient! On the positive, tons of choices, lots of things on the menu but really lots of things they don't share in the menu! It's a fun idea but not fun if you are a first timer! Golden eagle - classic drink, you can't go wrong with this. 3. the Bob - one of my personal favorites, I get it breve so it's extra creamy. I'm just that extra. 4. French Toast - now for this one, you'll need some time to think. When we went, the line was wrapping around the Dollar Tree. It went fairly quick though. I got the Annihilator which was amazing. When I was about to order, I realized that the menu literally has an infinite amount of options for drinks. I recommend doing your research online before visiting so you can truly weigh your options. So when it came to ordering an abg greeted me in a very friendly manner. Really friendly. I checked my reflection in the rear-view, winked, and whispered to myself, "you've still got it." Even though the drive thru line was long it moved fairly quickly. I ordered the hot Cocomo with easy whipped cream & 2 boxes of coffee pods to take home. My Cocomo was okay but not hot at all -- just a little bit above warm (temperature was suitable for a child) The young ladies taking orders were polite and repeated our order correctly. When I arrived at the window to pick up the order the music inside the building was EXTREMELY LOUD!!!!! What kind of fucked up service does Dutch Bros have really!?! I wouldn't usually leave a very upset message but it's been constantly time after time that I've came and it's always some issue. I waited in line for maybe 10 minutes and one of your employees (didn't get his name) taking the order skips me and takes another card order that just got there instead of mine. I've told him why I'm upset and think that's completely unfair and am feelings disrespect towards me. He continues to tell me "it's policy and that he doesn't have eyes on the back of his head to see", but there was only 3 cars when I arrived. That car had just pulled up about a second before he finished taking the cars order infront of me. That is the poorest excuse I have ever been told to why you can't do your job properly. If you don't know how to do your job then stop hiring them. I asked to speak with a manager (Robert) and he wasn't even on site but only a shift leader. It's continuous problems and will have constant bad service along with feedback. I've always gave this location plenty of chances to do better but it's constantly disappointed me on several occasions, I definitely will be making it know how bad the service is at this location. This is the very very poor review I have left to corporate, it's very clear this location never knows what they are doing. I know 2 people from this location (names I will not disclose) that no longer work there due to poor management, they were honestly very good workers always had a great attitude and actually did their jobs correctly, I'm not surprised based off of their service I'm pretty sure they don't treat employees well either. read more

Dutch Bros has amazing types of drinks from teas, coffees and more. The staff are super friendly and kind. However, this is the only location to close their walk up window. They claim it is the pandemic (every other location still has their windows open) but the workers are closer to me when I'm in my vehicle than if I were to walk up. It is also uncomfortable that they ask for a tip because you feel obligated. Hopefully they can work on improving the slowness. read more

First off I LOVE Dutch Bros Coffee. It's awesome. We usually get it Mon to Fri before going in to work. Usually very happy staff and wait is expected. ( I guess as many people love it too) today I drove in at 9:59 1 min to closing. They had already out the closed signs up. So I walked up seeing they still had cars in the line. I asked the barista if she could still make 3 Golden Eagles she said I don't think so. I told her I drove all the way from across town and she said ok. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes from the time I ordered in the drive thru until I got to the window to get my order and there were not that many cars in front of me. At the very least you should have the person taking the orders in the parking lot advise customers of the wait. Then the can decide if they want to order and wait. You also really need to revisit the 2 lane drive thru if you don't have no way of managing it correctly. Some get to the window and there drinks are not ready causing further delays. Others like us get to the window and our freezes are not really frozen anymore because the had been sitting there for some time. Leaving us disappointed with mediocre product. read more
