Here's a typical scene after midnight on a Tuesday. I've had my car in park for the past 15 minutes not moving at all. I'm almost near the window but no one has come by to get my order yet. There have been no more than 5 cars in line the entire time but I've been here nearly 1 hour so far in total. But let me be clear, the reason there is a line at all at this time of night is not because it's busy, it's because the workers are simply not working, they are not doing their jobs. If they were even doing half their jobs, there would not be a line here at all, because it's simply not busy enough And please don't tell me they're understaffed because I've been in lines at Taco Bell at 2 am with only two staff members who were able to manage a drive thru with more traffic than this and get people through in no more than 10 minutes, unlike the hour I waited here. So far I've seen two of the cars in front of me in line stop, cuss out the workers at the window, and drive off upset without ordering. I too will simply pass by the window as I'm too upset to order. I know this is a repeat problem at this location, and not a one-time event, and I'm hitting myself for not remembering that this is happened to me before this location multiple times. I've been a regular in numerous other states that have Dutch Brothers, and I've never seen a location this bad after midnight. Before coming to this location, I was a fan of Dutch Brothers, but I've now started to look for alternatives in the area and will not looking back anytime soon. They are not the only place offering good coffee with 24 hour locations thankfully. I don't even know why they bother keeping this place 24 hours if all they're going to do is play around and not actually work.I currently see staff outside jumping around and dancing with each other, and neither of them are taking any orders from customers and are clearly not making drinks. My recommendation to Dutch Brothers corporate is to shut this location down after midnight, if you don't plan to require the workers you pay on hourly basis to actually do their jobs and satisfy customers in any meaningful way. if your company is satisfied paying workers to upset customers enough to where they won't come back (again, I've seen two other cars drive off upset besides myself, so clearly that's happening), then shame on you. The daytime staff seemed fine, but come nightfall this place is out of control. read more

Happy birthday, Cay! In order to surprise my daughter, her friends, her sister and I went to Dutch Bros, endured the long lines and got her favorite Vampire Slayer (Strawberry Pomegranate soda). We also got 3 apple smoothies and one blended Rebel. Our server greeted us with a top notch attitude, enduring the heat and humidity. When we were paying, they comped us a drink and so we paid for 4 drinks instead of 5. They are known to do randomly kind treats for customers. When you need an alternative to Starbucks, look no further. The drinks come hot or cold in various flavors. My favorite has to be the Dutch Mocha which uses Dutch Chocolate Blend Milk. If you like coconut you might go for a Cocomo. For macadamia nuts lovers, you might want an Annihilator. Whoa, so extreme! They also offer fruit smoothies, frozen drinks, italian soda, and teas. I've yet to try. You can either drive-up or walk to the window when ordering. The building is easy to spot from the street--a little Dutch-style home if you would. If you stay and drink, they only have an outside patio. Workers will get you pumped with your awesome drink with their contagious energy and personality. If they ask you if you ever had Dutch Bros, just say NO. They will hook you up with an almost-completed punch card that will get you a free drink the next time you visit. I wish there was a Dutch Bros in San Jose, CA... My cousins and I were running some errands when I noticed we drove by a Dutch Bros! I told them if we stopped there, I'd treat them out. We got two customized teas and a coffee. The wait was long in the middle of the day. It was raining oddly enough in the middle of July. Cool dude was standing outside taking orders just like how they do it at In N Out. He was funny and charming. Our drinks came out perfectly at the drive thru. In mere seconds, an excited teenager with a huge smile darted out of the shade to take our orders on an iPhone. Ooh, I guess Square isn't just for tiny businesses nowadays. Neat. The drive-thru here (I usually don't use them) is the fastest I've seen in any Dutch Bros location. It was so quick, our order was ready when we arrived at the window, and we didn't have time to tell the other employee just how good our days really were! I went to this location and ordered a large surprise Rebel and a large Caramelizer. The girl taking my order was great. I pulled to the window and the guy there verified my order and as he was stamping my card, he looked at his screen again and asked me my order. I again stated I had a large Rebel and large Caramelizer. He handed me my drinks and we left. When I got home(20 min. Drive) I find out he gave me a regular coffee, not a caramelizer. If I wanted regular coffee, I would have stayed home and made it myself. So, I paid for a Caramelizer and got regular coffee. And making another 20 minute drive each way is not worth the hassle. read more

Just finished my drink! This place is in a convenient location and the drive thru was super quick! When we drove up, some one took our order by coming to our window. The drinks were ready by the time we got to their window! Everyone seemed super enthusiastic and nice. I got a medium non fat blended chai latte. It was good! I liked the topping they put on the whipped cream. It was a mix of brown sugary nut meg goodness! I also tried the kicker which was good too. Neither of the drinks were too sweet. The only thing is that I wish the chai had a bit more chai flavor. It was a little bland, but still refreshing. The drink quickly became just ice after a several sips. I would come again, maybe to try it iced instead of blended! I also want to try the Coconut drink. read more

Stopped by the weekend they opened and the place was packed. The employees were friendly and fun, and obviously enjoy what they are doing. I've been back many times since and have ALWAYS loved my drinks and the service. The italian Soda's are amazing, and the Mocha Freeze was awesome too! Went here 1/2/2019 got a horrible golden eagle drink. Bitter no flavor and didn't drink it because it had coffee grains. Been coming to this location and never had issues. I couldn't go back that same day. Next day I got a drink I didn't complain but I did mention it after I paid the girl said to just let them know about it next time I was in and they would hook me up with a free drink. Went there today and got offered a family discount on a drink and I explained and she said I can't do anything for you just the family discount. I don't think it's fair paying $5 for a drink that I didn't drink. I told her it's okay I rather pay regular price then to get a discount after they said I would get a free drink. I've been to Dutch Bros a few times now and it's safe to say it's more than just a hype! What really brings me is the friendly customer service you receive from the time you order till the time you receive your beverage! All of the workers are super friendly and take the time to ask how your day is. A co worker of mine told me about their secret menu and the white zombie has been my go to! Let me tell you something. If you want sugar, go to this place. If you real flavor coffee, go to a local coffee shop. You get what you get.

The drinks are usually either too sugary or watered down. The lines are ridiculously long. The staff is friendly but they can be very straightforward.. The guy was bragging about his personal social life. Not really something I want to hear when I'm trying to order after waiting for 20 minutes. I don't go to Dutch often but if I do it's to order for others and they seem to like what they get! I guess I like their unsweetened black tea but it's hard to mess that up. I like their expresso better than the other chain places and would become a regular, except..... At the time of the day I want my expresso the line of cars on both sides is 12+ vehicles. They do serve you fairly quickly but still the wait is much longer than the other coffees shops. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
