This location is so slow. They were quick to take orders in the drive through, but I had 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes.

Definitely my favorite DB location and conveniently placed in the West Valley! This DB has two drive-thrus yet remains crowded and for good reason. It's placed near multiple businesses and by the freeway, however it is their service and quality that is well deserving of 5 stars in itself! Every runner that I've met here has been amazing and easy to talk to, the conversations are genuine and heartfelt. They do their best to accommodate despite the traffic and on the the last visit, the window was down but was still able to take orders and have runners bring drinks out from the shop out to the cars ... now that's service! I got my small drink upgraded to a medium and got 3 stamps, without even asking. My favorite go-to will always by the Iced Annihilator, White Zombie Breve and the Cocomo- if I'm having a sweet tooth. Definitely going to miss DB in it's entirety once I move out of here, their drinks and service is top notch and well worth sitting in line at the drive-thru for! read more

My lovely ladies and I have been stopping by this great location for a while. It's where we go to gossip, catch up, give each other massages, pillow fight, tickle fight, and whatever other weird things guys think us girls do when we're together. Sometimes the lines are ridiculously long but with two drive-thru windows and a friendly staff, they make fast work. Don't know what you want? I don't know what has happened to these two locations on Thunderbird, but service has been awful lately. I ordered a plain light iced green tea and it took 5 minutes to get it, meanwhile cars on the south side were being served multiple drinks and even sat empty for a moment. I figured I go to this one since the other location is short staffed or gives the wrong order. Disappointing. read more

I just lost my step dad and we had a long drive back home and I just couldn't hold in my tears anymore and I bursted into uncontrollable tears. Bring a regular at my Durch Bros where the team knows who I am is great! Usually the drinks are perfect! Today I was handed my drink and I asked if it was the correct drink as the cold brew is darker. she said they measure out everything it's correct. I disagreed and she argued with me instead of remaking it. I overheard her say she is new to working mornings but has been working here for a while. that is not how you treat customer. I was always told if the drink is not right they would remake it. Especially with the cost of drinks these days. it's pretty sad.. read more

Always fun and always delicious! the lines are long but if you expect it.. then it's fine... Since they don't really have a full menu... i usually just say this is what i like.. this is what i don't... and surprise me! It's like an adventure here all the time! If you haven't been here... First-timer here, and I'm impressed. This place is right off of highway 101. They have two lines for the drive-thru. The line was long on both sides, but I breezed through it pretty quick (less than 10 minutes). Super friendly workers greeted me while I was in line to take my order. I didn't drive in far enough to have the menu in front of me, so I told them it was my first time here. The guy was charmingly funny, and said he had the menu in his head. I ended up getting the caramelizer 16 oz blended & iced. I absolutely loved it. At the pickup counter, Amanda gave me excellent service. She even asked for my name. She was informed that it was my first time by the previous guy. She had me tried my blended caramelizer on the spot to see if I was satisfied - the drink was perfect, of course. Then she gave me a stamp card that gets you a free drink after purchasing 10 cups. It's good to know that they give double stamps on Tuesdays. I can't believe this is 24 hours - super convenient. This little double drive through beauty was five deep on each side when I pulled up, blasting just the right kind of hoppin' Christmas carols, and we were immediately greeted by a welcoming dude who wanted us to have a righteous coffee experience. He explained what was what on the menu, offered any help he could, but then let us have a minute to soak up the options and decide among ourselves. We pulled up to the hut and received similarly boisterous service, with speedily delivered tasty treats. One night after dinner, friends and I decided to go get dessert. And after we got dessert we decided to go get a drink, and so we came here. I never been here before, and if I knew the wait would be this long I would had demanded to be dropped off at home... the whole experience lasted 38 minutes and 24 seconds... good thing I used the loo before we came. We ordered a coffee iced kicker, the moment I tasted it, it triggered a flashback from when I was in preschool tasting dirt for the first time. i come to this location all the time. regardless of how busy i still come, tonight was one of those nights. the drinks are pretty sweet, i ordered an ocean water, a usual. this time i asked just a step lower and not as sweet as it's normal. i get my drink and it doesn't look anything like it does less sweet. it doesn't taste like ocean water only lime. when they handed it they said it was half sweet but i didn't want it half but just a tad less sweet. for how long the time took i don't know if the drink was rushed but i've never received it wrong like this. read more

Well, as much as much as I love Dutch Brothers I won't be coming back to this location. I spend a ton of money here each week. I am in marketing and I buy coffees for all of my accounts. Anyways, I was eating across the way and I noticed that cars were driving up to the left hand side where that area is that isn't supposed to be blocked. I watched car after car pull up and sit there until the line moved up and then they were able to creep up. So I thought to myself, that line is much better and instead of going to the other and its 110 degrees outside I don't want to go to the window. I'm in a dress and heel and I'm ordering 11 drinks. The guy proceeds to come out and tell me that I have to move. I get it. I asked him to please give me the 10 seconds it's going to take to move this line up and if it doesn't, I will move. He tells me no and to go to the walk up window. Well, I find that interesting considering every other car that I watched from taco place across the street sat in that spot and nobody said a word. Cars even say behind that area blocking the other drive through exit! Nobody came out! I understood the rules but the fact that every other car sat there and when I asked for just a few more seconds to see if the line moved because it's a very busy parking lot and he still said no, that was a huge turn off and it didn't make me want to get back in line so I left and went to another location. read more

This is a great coffee place but the biggest issue is the long lines. The fact that they are open 24 hours is pretty awesome and you can go at anytime to get coffee. Even at 1AM there is a long line. Parking is pretty good. Seems like you can park and get your coffee faster then going though the drive thru. I would say they are moderately priced and I like the 32oz size that they have. I tried the annihilator and it was really good. My goal is to try out a few more drinks. The employees are nice and attentive. They do a good job. read more

I tried to order a tall Americana at your location 8387 W Thunderbird in Peoria, AZ. A pretty young blonde lady comes out to take my order and when I ordered a 'tall' Americana - no room, she said we don't do 'tall'. So, I asked what your sizes were. She said small, medium large. So, I told her to make it 2 shots of espresso and fill up the cup. She says that's a medium. Starbucks is only a small. So I asked her what the difference between the small and medium is and she said more water. I asked if she was really charging me fifty cents for more water. She said yes. I told her never mind, I'll find a Starbucks. To which she said she would give me one for the price of the small. OK, good til this point. Right? Then she takes my personal cup, and as she walks away from me says, fifty cents doesn't mean that much to me... So, now I have an issue. I pull forward to the window and tell her she's pretty snarky and I can't believe she said that. Please give me back my cup. So, she gives me back my cup and no apology or anything. I ask to talk to the manager, and she says she's the manager (she probably was). But, she didn't seem to care. I don't know why other reviews say service there is great. The reason for the low rating is because I waited in a ridiculously long line on my way out of Phoenix , and I asked several times if my kids drinks were correct and they reassured me yes they were children's sized chais. Nope my son wouldn't drink his because it was blue raspberry so I asked the other kids in the car if theirs were chai and chocolate, sure enough they were all blue raspberry. Look for the Windmill Dutch Brothers has found the friendliest, most energetic emoloyess to work at their shops, considering they have to be up so early in the morning. Their service at Dutch Bros was great; every employee was like a long lost friend. Their coffee and smoothies at Dutch Bros are delicious, but I think it's the customer service that will keep me coming back for more. I had the Mango smoothie and my nephew had the not so hot coca, both drinks were delicious. My smoothie was light, sweet, and refreshing (would have taken a picture but I drank it to quick). If you want your drink customized just ask, Dutch Bros will take care of it. I like that Dutch Bros has "less hot" options for kids (my nephew liked the fact that the hot chocolate didn't burn his mouth). You might want to give Dutch Bros a try if your in the area. read more
