If I could leave no stars, I would. I don't really come to this location and the one day that I did. I ended up with the wrong drink after it was repeated to me what it was supposed to be about 3 times. It was supposed to be a zero sugar mocha with protein milk. It was not that at all. They definitely handed me someone else's drink. I'm not sure how employees at this location are trained, but they need to slow down and pay attention to what drinks they're grabbing before handing their customers drinks to them. The guy that handed me my drink even reiterated what the drink was and it wasn't what he handed. I would've gone back to have it fixed but unfortunately I was on a time frame and couldn't go back. This is my favorite location! I frequent this spot quite often, as is it very close to where I work. The crew is super friendly, yet at the same time, quick. I love this place. I go everyday. I love the people and I hate to write this. But for the love of god, please put espresso in my latte. I don't want just milk. This is the third time this has happened here. And the third time this week my drink has just been made incorrectly. I never have time to go and fix it as I'm on my way to work. But this one - the location SUCKS. Tiny parking lot, and street overflow is on busy one-lane roads with no left turn signals. It will take you 10 minutes just to get into the parking lot coming from most directions. It's 18:15 on Oct 20th, and I just drove thru and tried Dutch Bros (on SE 26th ave) for the first time...and it was so good! I got a hot coconut milk latte w/chocolate macadamia nut flavor. (Perfectly flavored, not grossly sweet either). The gentleman at the window was very nice and created conversation. There was no one behind me in the drive thru, so I asked questions and he helped me decide what I might like according to what flavors they had. Don't go to Dutch bros that often, last time I went their ice kicked was pretty good however this time their mango smoothie I got was not too good. Disappointed it was syrup instead of real mangos but oh well. Close to work! I come here because it's convenient and I don't have to get out of the car. I usually have my toddler with me and it's just so much easier if I can stay in the car. Everyone that works here is outgoing and nice. They make an effort to have an interaction with you. If you come here a lot, you should sign up for the text message deals. I just recently signed up and there have been things like a $1 of a drink on certain day or double punch card days. You can really maximize the value if you're into that! I really like most Dutch Bros and this location is no exception. The prices aren't too bad (sign up for the text alerts to get great deals) and the staff is friendly. I do find myself driving past (any) Dutch Bros on the mornings that I don't feel like being bombarded with peppiness. I know it is the company creed to be friendly and show an interest in the customer but sometimes it can be a little too much. I don't hold it against them I just skip DB if I am not in a chatty mood. Their frozen or blended drinks are really good and I like that they use Oregon Chai, the only brand of chai that I really like. It's really good blended, on ice and as a hot drink. Anyone that is familiar with the area or PDX knows this location is kind of tricky. Holgate being a very busy street and DB parking lot always crammed. It came to my surprise when I showed up today for my coffee that DB had shut down their walk up service but yet is suggesting customers walk thru the drive thru. I do not see this as taking safety precautions. What if a customer behind me lets off the brakes? What if the customer in front of me moves their car from park and accidentally puts it in reverse? On top of all of that while I was in line, two accidents came close to occurring while customers were trying to pull out of the parking lot. This has been the closest Dutch to me for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. They always get things right even on complicated orders. They also have the most helpful and friendly staff. For a company that is already at the top of the customer service list that is saying something. The coffee at Dutch Brothers has always been among my favorite in the region. I typically order them half sweet as I like it a bit less sugary and a bit more bitter. They are happy to oblige. I go back and forth between several different flavors, but recently the mocha had been at the top of my list. Adding a little mint every now and then makes it feel like the holidays. I understand that the majority of folks like their coffee with sugar, cream, caramel, frozen, with whip. I, however, would like 2 shots of espresso with a small amount of milk, commonly known as a traditional Italian macchiato. The girl at the window just kept repeating, "I thought macchiato was latin for layered." Telling me it had way more milk. I love dutch bros and will always choose them over anyone else! However, this location just always has problems. Its usually me and 2 other people who order at the same time and ever single time, something is messed up. Messed up size (but still charge for the ordered) forget to add in something, iced instead of blended, etc., its a wide variety of things. Sometimes we'll ask them to fix it and they are always super nice about it, but usually I just forget it. I just stopped by this location on Tuesday 04/03/2018 at 6:45PM while on my way home from work, of course there is a line. Someone comes out and takes my order on the top of her head without the iPad, which doesn't assure that my orders gonna come out correct. Which it didn't! I tell her that I want my rebel hand blended. As I get to the window, her coworker with blonde short hair hands me the rebel and I look at it and ask her if it's hand blended. She then, replies with "you want it more blended?" Like really? She really thinks I wouldn't know be difference between a hand blended rebel compared to the already pre-made rebel mix from the machine. I had a Dutch bros coffee that was terrible and couldn't get back to foster road where I originally got it. I went to this location to explain what happened and they didn't do anything. I waited in line for 10 min. Then when I got to the window, they tried to ask me personal questions. I got a new coffee drink and one for my friend. It was $11.50 plus my $4 terrible coffee drink from before. It's expensive, a long wait time and the drinks are not consistent from stand to stand. read more

I drank one, scooted accross the bridge to pearl and within a matter of seconds, the FEAR set in to the point where I had to physically bail from my Bird scooter and without slowing down from the 18 mph speed limit, make a BLine to a bathroom at some falafel place. Rude service can some times be excused with quality product, but the barista was not pleasant at all (I don't want chatty, but one or two smiles instead of a constant scowl would most definitely make the experience better.) The coffee was luke warm and after watching the girl run her fingers through her greasy hair and then Touch the rim of my cup as well as my cup lid, I was a bit grossed out even after I wiped down my lid.
