It was my family's first time visiting a Dutch bros the girl who took my order in the drive thru did her best to answer the few questions we had. When I arrived at the window I waited for a one of my drinks to be finished and the team member KEVIN was extremely pleasant, friendly and personable. He also answered a few questions we had in general for the next visit with no problem. Looking inside it seems like all of the team members are friendly and quick. Will return again! read more

We waited 45 min in the drive thru for two drinks. It doesn't matter if you walk up and order instead, because they make them in the order that they take them. And they have someone walking all the way down the drive thru line taking orders. The staff is really just a bunch of young kids, they need better management to teach them to move with a sense of urgency. Meanwhile they're just there dancing and fooling around.
