Really hope they can smooth pith their system. Someone ordering and paying at a drive thru coffee place should not take over 5 minutes. Maybe if they'd just let you order through a speaker it would go better. No point I. Preordering because you still get stuck in the chaos of their wait system. Shouldn't have 2 lanes if they have to tell you what order to merge. Whoever developed this system needs to actually get in the line to see how poorly it runs. All employees extremely nice. I love Dutch, what I hate is that in a fast food setting the staff is asking for tips.. I feel pressured because they are standing there waiting. I haven't even tasted my drink and I'm asked to tip. What am I tipping for? That they punched my order into the tablet? The staff is great but it is an abuse to ask for a tip in this setting. While the staff is friendly I don't understand the point of ordering ahead if you cannot park and get your drink relatively quickly? I was funneled into the drive through (and there isn't a separate drive through mobile pick up line like some locations have) and then I thought I could just tell them I was there at the window because I would be there at the estimated time of my drink being completed. Instead I had to speak to the employee who walks around to take the orders, who then had to inform them I was there and there was lots of punching into a computer although my drink was already ordered and I had already paid. There were cones blocking off the parking lot so everyone had to go through the drive thru, for some reason. I think if they allowed people to park and walk up to the window the line would move quicker. Drink was okay- I did feel like the other reviewers had said it just tasted "watery" and sort of flavorless. I think I'll go back to Starbucks since they have mobile orders down to an art and if I'm paying $7 for coffee drinks treats I really want it to taste better than what I can make at home. But, once again, seems like the staff is doing their best with the limitations of their drive thru area and they were friendly. read more

Been a frequent customer for this location and a handful times have been a fair normal experience. 2/25/26 around 7:15pm arrived at the drive thru I understand the business was busy so waiting for 15m was somewhat understandable. I ordered my drink and was given the wrong item at the window. The drink was for someone else so I wasn't too aware if it was given to me correctly. I drove all the way home wasted my gas, and I don't like down the street. I drove back to the location, I explained to the worker what had happened and she simply apologized took back the first incorrect drink I was given & proceeded to make the correct drink. Never did she offer to let e keep the drink that was given to me incorrectly, never did she offer to make me a large of the remake drink since I had ordered a medium size. This I don't appreciate, I'm a manager at a Dunkin' Donuts and the customer is always right, especially if the customer had to come back, waste there time, gas, when it was the crew members mistake. I told the crew member can't I receive a large for the mess up? She said no all we can do is remake the same drink you originally ordered. Horrible response. Crew member was white probably no older than 21yrs old around 7:30pm. She repeated she couldn't give me a large drink for there mess up, ultimately i saw she just did the ingredients for a medium and poured it into a large cup with a ton of ice, like im stupid just so I could leave satisfied. Bad experience. Still waiting for my free drink reimbursement. This location needs to prioritize customers. read more

I'm extremely frustrated. The drive-through line was very chaotic so I decided to order online and pick up. I placed my order at 10:20. It said it would be ready at 10:27 so I get here at 10:27 and nobody is in line at the window so I go up and they said my drink is still not ready. I said no worries and I'm waiting and people are going to the window now and ordering five drinks at a time and they're all getting their coffees before me. I'm still waiting in line now at 10:50 and they still have not made my drinks but they've made everybody else's drinks that I've come up to the window that didn't order online. I'm very disappointed I have an appointment I have to get to and I thought I'd have plenty of time but now I don't so I might have to leave without my coffee mind you I'm pregnant and exhausted.
