I came for a smoothie and left wondering why I don't order this every day. Order the Strawberry Smoothie with mango , whipped cream parfait-style, double blended, and real strawberries. This drink should honestly be illegal. It's ridiculously good. The strawberry flavor is fresh, the texture is perfectly smooth, and the whipped topping somehow takes it to another level. The employee who helped us seemed a little short when we asked a question, but everyone has off days, and it definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back. I remember visiting this location when they had their grand opening and free drinks. My review seems to be for a different location so not sure what happened there. This is the closest DB location to home and I've been here a few times. You can get here by going behind the shopping center and coming up on 62nd st, avoiding Bell if coming from 64th st. The drive-thru isn't very long so it can spill out into that street when busy. I usually just park and order at the walk-up window, though depending on how many others do the same, it can be a similar wait as the drive-thru. I didn't have to wait long today and got my seasonal candy cane cold brew, less ice. I enjoyed the peppermint soft top with sprinkles and the drink hit the spot. They also had a surprise sticker which was cool. Service was quick and friendly and it's a nice location for a DB. There are some tables outside for seating and hanging out. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but I will not be returning to this Dutch Bros. I waited in line for 25 minutes as the fifth car in line, and no one was outside taking orders. I've never experienced that at other Dutch Bros locations, where my order is almost always taken outside to keep things moving. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and have gone back multiple times, but each visit seems to get worse. Because of the lack of organization, the line barely moved, and employees appeared to be talking and yelling instead of prioritizing taking orders and making drinks. In the end, I wasn't even able to get a coffee because I had to leave to get to work. Overall, this location just sucks and was extremely disorganized and disappointing. read more

Hadn't had Dutch bros for years! Used to get it when I was an ASU student in Tempe in the early 2010's but hadn't really been back since, so I stopped here today. There was a bit of a line for the drive through, but not as bad as I've seen for other locations. It moved fast too. I got a cold brew with vanilla and oat milk. My 2nd time at this Dutch and it took over 45 mins both times waiting on two drinks. This is the slowest location ever. The drinks were also wrong, so waited even longer after that mistake. They don't even bother giving you the drinks they made wrong, they don't offer refunds or a gift cards for their mistakes. Both times I went to this place maybe 5 cars in line and no one at the window, so tell me how it takes 45 mins. Going to the one in Tempe full of college kids gets you in and out quicker and they don't mess up your order. read more

It's hard to pass up a Dutch Bros. location when you only see one vehicle in the line. This is exactly what happened this past weekend when we were driving home from the Arizona Polish Festival. We thought we were going to actually get the rare opportunity to order right at the window, but one of the Dutch Mafia snuck out of a hidden door and took our order from our vehicle. My wife went with a large hot Vanilla Chai with the works and I went with a large iced Fire Lizard Lemonade. Also known as "our usuals." Piece of cake to pay/tip from the app and earn those drink points. The friendly barista at the window was great to chat with - and she is looking forward to the Arizona Polish Festival next year after hearing all about it from my wife. My love affair with Dutch Bros started years ago, and I continue to make multiple visits every time I'm in Arizona. Particularly, this location! Dutch Bros coffee is unmatched and would probably be dangerous if I had it in Chicago. The amount of flavors & concoctions available is unlike any other coffee shop I've been to, and is what really sets it apart in my opinion. Flavors combinations include birthday cake, almond bar, s'mores, french toast, and cinnamon roll. And yes, this is coffee. If you're a fan of a black cup of joe, you can get that here too, but Dutch Bros is really special for the syrup-loving creative coffee lovers out there *raises hand*. I usually like to try something new each time I visit, but my absolute go-to is an iced annihilator which is a chocolate macadamia nut breve. If you're not a fan of coffee, Dutch Bros also has teas, rebels (their version of an energy drink, italian sodas, and smoothies all with equally wacker flavors. The staff is always extremely friendly, the drinks are reasonably priced, and they have a nice loyalty program which I absolutely don't need being someone who lives in Chicago, but I still have and manage to take advantage of. As a Midwesterner, I had never heard of Dutch Bros before and it took me quite some time to try it out after I moved here. After living here for a few months, I was able to pick up that they are the friendly, outgoing, hippie version of Starbucks (or at least that's the assumptions I made based on what I heard). After living here about 7 months, I tried it out and found their staff to be incredibly friendly and their drinks super sugary. Since I don't treat myself to these types of drinks too often, I didn't go back right away. Eventually, I was able to find my way back and discovered the drink I love most at Dutch Bros, the Golden Eagle. For any caramel lovers, you have to try this out. I'd say it's kinda like a Frappuccino but more of a milky blend and more sweet caramel taste. This has been my go to and I love it so much, I have yet to stray from it. This particular Dutch Bros location is closest to my apartment. I go to Mass daily at St. Bernadette's and every now and then, I go to Dutch Bros after Mass to treat myself to a Golden Eagle before I start my work day. This location is fast, friendly and efficient. There have actually been two occasions where their credit card machine went down and they just said "Oh well! Your drink is on the house today!" I love companies who give their employees the empowerment to do what's right for the customer. All told, I am a Dutch Bros fan and definitely prefer them over Starbucks. Would love to see them start opening more locations in the Midwest! read more
