We were staying at the Hilton nearby and it is a short walk to the plaza this Starbucks is in. The place was packed on a Saturday at 9:30am, as expected. The great thing was the baristas were really moving to get orders out quick. It was an upbeat, busy vibe and we didn't seem to wait long. I had ordered an Iced Chai with Raspberry Cold Foam but the barista had it as a Chai with Raspberry Syrup. It tasted ok, so I kept it. She was super nice and helpful and I think she just misunderstood. Their food items were stocked well and the Ham & Cheese Croissant I like was yummy as usual. There are a lot of locals having their morning coffee and chatting just like my local location back in Ohio. I really enjoy going there and they didn't make any mistakes on any of the 14 times I have gone there in the last 45 days. Just wanted a glass of water as I was on my way to pick up my son at camp and needed water. They refused a glass of water and said I could buy it I I really wanted it. No problem, I asked for a lemonade but since I didn't need the sugar, asked them to just pour water in the glass. Paid a little over $5 for a glass of water. read more

I was bicycling in Scottsdale and found this cute Starbucks when I was ready for a break. There's nice lounge type chairs and tables outside. The store is smaller than average. Barista Kevin provided excellent service. Above average SB in Scottsdale. Afterwards, I ate at the Tap and Kitchen next door in the same shopping center and that was great too. read more

Great Service This Starbucks is not my usual stop however, it just might be one of my all time favorites. I love my coffee and what's better then a Starbucks iced white chocolate mocha, I can't think of anything, we'll maybe if you top your coffee off with a vanilla scone. The service at this Starbucks might not be the fastest but it's still phenomenal and the staff are always very friendly. This location is clean, inviting, and feels comfortable. My coffee was made exactly the way I order and tasted great. In addition, to the great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack. I really enjoy grabbing a cake pop or two to go. Had some time between meetings today and needed a place to park and work for an hour so stopped in! I love the plaza that it is located in and the gals working were super friendly! They have a decent amount of tables to sit and work from so I was able to find the perfect spot. It was pretty lively at 2 PM and they still managed to take care of everyone in a timely manner. The only reason for a star drop is because the floors and countertops were kind of dirty but again, i'm sure it is a high traffic spot so I get it! Went in a few times while we stayed across the street. They make a good consistent latte and specialty coffee. Service was good despite it being busy everytime we went in. The staff are friendly and they have a better than most merch section. Only drawback is outside the place. The customers who frequent the place are pretentious and they park really poorly. At that moment Yelp's servers were having a problem and I couldn't do a search for anything exciting in this neighborhood. The Starbucks app, however, was working, which said the nearest store was located in the Hilton Village (not Hawaii, though). I was a little worried the store would be in a Hilton hotel, but it is a regular store in a strip mall that is named Hilton Village. The store has some outside seating but is rather cramped inside. I love coming to this location - not only because it is in the same plaza as my work but because the baristas are always friendly and quick. They always take the time to greet me by name, genuinely care how my day is going and always make my drinks to perfection! Standard issue small Sbux: good service, standard quality of beverages and food. It's a little tight to get around, but there's plenty of seating for the location and some patio seating - people seem to take advantage of that, even in summer. There aren't a ton of outlets but I did get one when I came in to do some work on a Tuesday morning. Due to the size, it's quite loud at half capacity. As another reviewer mentioned, it only has one bathroom, but that seems appropriate for the size of the store. His childish name calling, epithets, slurs, etc. only reiterated and confirmed what I said in the reviews, that he is very self centered, immature, and rude. He boasted about how celebrities and well known people "leave him $100 tips on numerous occasions." I made a genuine compliment about weapon in his profile photo, and he proceeded to berate me about my gun knowledge and about how many guns he owns. Message I just sent to Starbucks: I was just in your Hilton village location. There is a guy working here (11:27am on 9/12/17) at the cash register that makes me not want to come back here again. He was blatantly hitting on a female customer as some of us waited in line. He teased the customer about her order. At my turn he charged me the wrong amount then said it was because he only had three hours of sleep then started singing. I am sitting here trying to work and enjoy my coffee and he is laughing very in a goofy manner and singing more. I placed an order online today for a black tea with sugar and milk. I picked it up at 3:00PM. When I asked the girl if she put the sugar in the tea she walked away and in the rudest voice said, "it's made just like you ordered it online". Actually, it wasn't. I used to not mind coming here on my way into work until one of the employees at the register treated me quite rudely. When I went to this location on 5/8/18 it was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a Starbucks. When I walked in nobody greeted or asked what I needed when I was at the counter. I called in prior to place my order and the manager had an attitude on the phone that I had to call it in due to the app not working, she stated "she guess she can help me," instead of just taking my order. Then when I picked up my order my drinks weren't made correctly. I asked them to fix it please, while the girl just stood there looking at me. The manager finally had to tell the girl to fix the drinks for me. The environment seems very hostile and nobody seemed thrilled to be working. It was just an awful experience and the people working were rude and not friendly. They didn't create an environment that I would want to start my morning with, the worst part was the manager's attitude. When I asked for the District Manager, they were unwilling to give me that information. If you are looking for a Starbucks in the area, I would drive further and find another location. read more

I will never, ever go to this Starbucks again. I usually go to the one on Scottsdale and Thomas, but I went to Trader Joe's yesterday, so I thought it would try it out. It took about 15 minutes to get an iced coffee with one sweet & low. The barista was a very nasty women. She was unfriendly and flat out rude. When she called out my drink she said "unsweetened ice coffee". I asked if there was a sweet & low in it because that is what I ordered. She said "I don't know can you just taste it and find out".
