We've been coming to this Dutch Bros location for over two years now and last month they changed the golden Eagle flavor and every Dutch Bros I've gone to in the last two months, golden eagle is not the same. I had one of the best experiences today with Oriana. She went above and beyond and somehow got the mix back to the way that it was before. I was so pissed because the golden eagle is my go to drink and it just didn't taste the same anymore so I had to figure out a new drink and she went above and beyond and made it from scratch And I'm so happy that I came across her today. I've seen so many people hyping up Dutch bros ever since they came to Cali. I've always wanted to try them out and see if they live up to the amazing reviews they get and I was finally able to stop this location a few months ago with my family. Of course, as always they had a long line. Everyone else either loves their drinks or wanted to try them like we did. They have so many drinks and flavors available it was hard to choose but I ended up going with the Dream Weaver which is hazelnut and white chocolate. The guy taking our order was nice. They have them standing outside like it's In n out or Chick Fil A. Honestly I felt bad for him. It's only coffee! But regardless, their customer service is good! He was friendly. That's really the only good thing I have to say though. Honestly I think their drinks are hyped up for no reason. My Dream Weaver wasn't the best. It tasted watered down, but somehow the hazelnut really hit hard. I couldn't taste any white chocolate though. It was honestly a disappointment. Maybe next time I should try a different drink. Their lemonades look good! Hopefully those are better than what I got my first time. If I do end up going back, that is. I give two stars for the good service but the taste just isn't there for the price you pay. Might as well just go to Starbucks or coffee bean. read more

The line was quick and efficient. Make sure to check their menu online so by the time it's your turn to order it'll go by quick. My cousin and I ordered both a large drink. Not sure if the worker misheard but once we got to the window only my drink was a large and hers was a medium. We informed the worker working at the drive thru window of the mistake and we expected to pay the difference. We got handed our drink without being asked to pay the difference. When I saw my cousin's drink I knew something was off. The worker added extra extra ice just to fill up a large cup and it tasted so watered down. I asked my cousin to go back around and ask if we can can get a new one. She got down and the kind worker was very nice and was able to fix her drink. Haven't had Dutch Bros since the beginning of Covid so when we are in the vague proximity we made an effort to come here. There were 2 lines for drive thru and a window to walk up to. Like most Dutch Bros they don't have indoor sitting but have a patio with some tables. There were several cars in line for the drive through. We walked to the window and got noticed right away. As for the menu, there's only a handful of flavors listed now. Maybe there are more flavors on the app, regardless we usually order what we want and they never have any problems making it. A Dragon slayer with rebel, camp out cold brew, golden eagle were yummy as expected. The young lady who helped us was friendly and efficient which is the typical Dutch trade mark. So glad that Dutch bro is now this far south, we need to get the app on and look forward to have many more drinks in future. read more

I came through the drive through on 5/21 in the evening had my order taken by a girl with long black hair had shorts on and a rolled up yellow tshirt, she was extremely unprofessional and rude she came up to my window asked what I wanted and then rolled her eyes when I clicked no tip. She then proceeded to take the order behind me and I'm assuming it was her friend because she complained about me not tipping was using a lot of profanity, this was very disappointing because my family and I love coming here and never have been treated like this before. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is a misnomer, if you're thinking coffeehouse: first they don't serve a straight up cup of coffee (okay, I get it I may be in the dying breed of straight coffee drinkers) but, as of time of this writing, their home page has 3 featured drinks - none of which has any coffee in it. This doesn't make them a bad place to get a good drink - but it's not a "cup of Joe". They offer plenty of drinks, that oh-by-the-way have coffee in them. They also have tons of non-coffee drinks: teas, chai drinks and smoothies (I always eat, not drink, my meals). Additionally, at this location it's all take away (except for the 2 outdoor picnic tables - which will be in the afternoon sun). I had their Americano: their closest to a "cup of Joe". It met expectations: a shot of expresso with hot water. It was fine. Next time I'll have to scope out their variety of mixed drinks. They have a ton. Unfortunately, as were waiting in line at the drive through, we noticed the calorie count for several of the drinks. For us this will necessitate some strategic decisions - sometimes flavor has a caloric cost. As a gauge for waiting, when we arrived we were the sixth car in line and it took 11 minutes for us to get our order. I don't know if this is good or bad timing - FYI. Fortunately, staff must have realized a line was forming a team member came out to take orders. I appreciated this. read more

I am newer to Dutch bros. It has definitely been a different experience and not in a bad way. I enjoy the atmosphere. The music in the background and the broista's fun service. I have not tried the food yet. My go to drink is the golden eagle sugar free. Right now I'm hooked on the sugar free mocha hopscotch protein drink. My youngest loves the sodas and my oldest loves the chai tea drink and passion tea. it's great to have a place that accommodates with so many different customizable drinks. I visit this location often and I visited this location today at 1:50 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered four drinks, but none of them tasted as described. The workers inside were also playing around, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. To make matters worse, I saw one of the workers pick their nose and wipe it on their pants, which was really off-putting. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. The only reason I'm giving more than one star, is because the employee that took our order provided us with exceptional service and was incredibly friendly. read more

Absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros. The coffee is great tasting and they have a good selection of sizes and flavors of whatever you are in the mood for that day. The ambiance is really laid back and cool. The service is good. The baristas are all really friendly and nice. The only reason for the four stars is because of how long the line can be to get your coffee or drinks. I wish they also had a little more food selection (blueberry muffins, plain bagel, etc) but understand they are primarily coffee and that is it. All in all I do enjoy DB wayyyyyyy more than starbucks and encourage everyone to at least try it once. read more
