I had something damage my right front fender on the highway. The estimate at one place was $4000 and at Duval Body and Paint the estimate was $209.00. The disparity was huge but the owner listened, looked and gave me options where the other place just estimated what parts were needed and added up the hours charged for replacing parts. Duval Body and Paint were nice and accommodated me when I had some conflicts getting teh car into the shop. And best of all they did an amazing job. I will begin with that my car repair was repaired as was promised but I felt that the process was problematic and difficult. It was explained that they were not in charge of getting parts in to make the repair because of current delays. That process was overly lengthy but they did have a date for a release of parts and then assured us that they would begin the work and it would take 4 days. When they got the parts, they then said we were put to the back of the line and it would be another 2 months to complete the job. I complained angrily and the owner agreed to move up the repair work one month. At the time of actual repair, it took twice as long from 4 days to 8 days. They were blasé about the lack of timeliness and of course rental cars are involved, costs, etc. read more

My husband and I just retrieved our Kia from Duval B&P where it been receiving TLC after another driver backed up into our rear passenger door. A new door plus parts and matching paint had to be ordered and once those items arrived, it took Duval just two weeks to remove one side of the car, replace the door, align it and repaint the entire side. When we drove out of their driveway, our Kia looked like a brand new car, no sign of any damage and everything works well. We are very impressed with Duval B&P, their efficient, friendly staff and, most especially, the owner Rick. We can't say enough good things about Duval B&P. Inside the left front wheel area of my 17 year old Mustang, the panel behind the wheel was coming off due to the clips being missing. I made an appointment last week. The owner said to come in this morning at 8, and they would deal with it. I was there at 8, and out in about 45 minutes. "OJ" did the work for me. He put in the new clamps. And then.. when I went to pay him.. he said that there was no charge. He told me that the only charge was for me to have a great day. He wouldn't even let me tip him. Took my car in with authorized estimate through Safeco for damage done to my daughter's car. Throughout the process I was lied to, deceived and treated rudely by the owner, Rick Pacinda. He did NOTHING to repair the mechanical damage done to my car...only wanted to spray some paint and collect a fat insurance check. I guess he'd be an OK choice if you only needed some superficial body work and spray paint, but based on this experience, I could not recommend doing business here at all. read more

The gentleman took responsibility and I got all of his information. But I had only been in Green Valley for 1 week and I had no idea who to contact. He was so great with me, concerned first for how I was doing, and then he explained the process. I took my truck into his shop, and Rick and his son, Hayden, were awesome.
