I broke the LES screen on my MacBook Air (which isn't mine) and didn't want to pay $600+ to have someone repair it. I found a comparable screen through DV Warehouse for $200. It was shipped right around the holidays and came quickly. It was packaged very well! I had to get through quite a few layers of bubble envelopes and tape, and the screen arrived in mint condition. I followed a YouTube video and replaced the screen with ease- laptop is up and running. 10/10

I needed a few hard-to-find parts for my vintage Titanium PowerBook G4, including a display assembly. When I contacted DV warehouse asking for clarification on a display I saw on their website, not only did they send give me a full response, but they also searched their warehouse for the part I was looking for and emailed me photos of the exact one I would be purchasing. There was another small part I had asked about that they searched for, but couldn't find. Just after I placed my order they found the part though, and included it for free. My experience was a huge contrast from some other part sources that would only send single sentence responses, or cancel my order when it turned out they didn't actually have the part I needed. I highly recommend them, and if you have any questions reach out to their customer support. It takes them a few days to respond, but they're very helpful.

I searched forever for a MacBook pro part and every time I saw DV Warehouse pop up I said to myself "no... Find somewhere you can pick the part up. You don't wanna wait for shipping". Sooo stupid of me. I will never go anywhere else for ANYTHING Apple unless they don't have it. Not only could I pick up in person but online I was having a little trouble placing the order for pickup. I show up knowing I probably won't get the part today (my thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports were worn down from use so they wouldn't hold anything plugged in and it kept force ejecting my SSD's ) but NOT EVEN THE CASE IN THE LEAST BIT! I show up and not only do the have the dopest art I have ever seen hanging all over to look at while waiting, the customer service I got was probably the best I have ever received. (And Ive shopped at both Apple and Nordstroms) lol The two women up front (I cannot believe I forgot their names as I asked them three times ) were amazing! They went out of their way for me, and gave me free screwdrivers letting me know I needed them to open the back cover of the MacBook Pro. Anything and everything I had a question to they had an answer for and were accomodating. I cannot stress enough PLEASE GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS AND HELP KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN! Or... Stop by for a part or art and see for yourself. Guarantee you won't disagree. THANK YOU DV WAREHOUSE!!!

He came…read moreacross as very knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and genuinely focused on helping customers. Before sending my hard drive, I spent a lot of time researching the company. All I could find were positive reviews, which actually made me a little nervous because most companies have at least some negative feedback. I still wasn't sure if they were legitimate, and I was worried about whether my drive would arrive safely or if they would actually be able to recover my data. Before contacting 300DDR, I took my drive to a local computer repair shop. They had it for more than a week, and every time I followed up, I was told they would call me back. After several days, they finally contacted me, likely because I kept checking in, and unfortunately told me they could not recover the data. I then contacted another data recovery company, but they quoted me between $500 and $2,000 and would also charge an $85 diagnostic fee. I was really concerned about spending that much money without knowing whether they could recover anything. One thing I appreciated about 300DDR was that they do not charge a diagnostic fee, which gave me much more confidence in giving them a try. After doing more research, watching additional videos, and reading Reddit discussions, I still found overwhelmingly positive feedback about 300DDR. So, I decided to send them my drive. Once they received it, the process was impressive. They notified me immediately that my drive had arrived, and within 24 hours they had already evaluated it. They informed me that they could recover 74.46% of the data and explained that a head swap could potentially recover more. What I appreciated most was that any additional fee was only for the replacement parts and materials, not for labor. They also provided me with a link showing a detailed list of the files, photos, and videos they were able to recover, allowing me to make an informed decision before moving forward. Since most of my important files were included, I chose to proceed with the 74.46% recovery. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way and were professional, transparent, and honest about my options. Their pricing was also far more reasonable than the other companies I contacted. I can honestly say that all of the positive reviews I read were accurate. 300DDR exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did. My hard drive contained priceless memories dating back to 2013, including videos of my children, wedding memories, family photos, and other important files. I had almost given up hope of ever seeing them again. No words can truly express how thankful I am to the entire team at 300DDR for helping me recover data that I thought was lost forever. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery services. One final piece of advice: if you decide to use 300DDR, make sure you are on the correct website. My husband searched for them and found several different websites, which caused some confusion. Take a moment to verify that you are visiting the official 300DDR website before sending your hard drive. Thank you, 300DDR, for giving me back memories that I thought were gone forever

Can I give them six stars?…read more After a wild boot loop saga began on my phone, I was worried a lot of my data I had amassed would be lost forever. I wasn't sure where to look, and out of the blue, I decided to do some googling and came across this country with, needless to say, a very appealing name! After looking into it, I saw a couple of fantastic things that were green flags immediately: 1. The reviews were glowing (and here's another one - and I never write anything). People seemed to love the company's mission, and I even read that the founder (more in a sec!) created the company just for that reason: he didn't feel people should pay an outrageous amount of money to get their data back. 2. Brian himself. What a guy. He was active on a bunch of forums, and you could tell he put together a small, dedicated team who really valued that people trusted them with their services. And Brian and his team saw me through a bunch of the chaos, answering a bunch of my questions, putting me at ease, and then - through the wonders of the US postal service - procured all of my data again. (I'm backing it up right now - and if you're reading this right now, back up your data too!!) So, yeah. This company is about as legit as it comes, and if you're looking for data recovery in any capacity, you've found the pinnacle in compassionate professionalism right here. Keep on keeping on, team! You're rocking it.

I was charged $400 for the repair, which was a lot of money for me to come up with as a single parent. I even explained to them how difficult it was for me to come up with the money, but I trusted them and paid because I believed they were going to properly fix the computer. Unfortunately, the computer only worked for about a week before the same problem started happening again, it would randomly turn off. We contacted the business and explained that we were still having the same issue. We were told to continue using it and that the problem should go away, and if it didn't, to bring it back. The problem continued, so we brought the computer back. When we did, the only thing that was done was cleaning the charging port with a Q-tip and texting my daughter a MacBook "hack" code to reboot the computer. After paying $400 for a repair, I expected the actual problem to be diagnosed and fixed-not a temporary solution or something we could have easily tried ourselves. I honestly feel completely scammed and disappointed. That $400 was not easy for me to come up with, and I made that sacrifice because my daughter needed a working computer for school. She is a senior in high school, and I trusted this business to help us. Instead, I'm left with a computer that still doesn't work properly and $400 that I cannot afford to lose. I understand that not every repair is guaranteed to solve an issue immediately, but I do expect a business to stand behind the work they charge customers for and make a genuine effort to resolve the problem when the same issue comes back. I trusted this business, and unfortunately, I regret that decision.

I watched him provide good service to other customers right in front of me. But when it came to me, I couldn't even give him my money. I am a Black man, and I was completely turned away and treated differently from everyone else. I explicitly offered to pay for the services, and put in my own time and effort just to get help, but he refused to serve me. There was absolutely no legitimate business reason for this treatment. What felt the worst was the owner's total indifference--he didn't seem to care at all that he was being completely unfair, treating me differently, or that his behavior was hurtful. I have the data of exactly how this interaction went down. Take your devices, your time, and your hard-earned money somewhere else where customers are actually treated with basic fairness and human respect.
