I'm so shocked. Impressed. Can't believe it. I knew the carpet cleaners my mom used were just there for a quick buck, none of the stains were ever removed. She's been using carpet cleaners with three rooms for $99 deals, like Stanley Steamers and Coit, but the carpets just looked the same after every time, EVERY TIME! Small dark stains never were removed. And for whatever reason we smelt ammonia after the carpets were cleaned which to me smelt like either urine or cigarettes. Our condo use this service. I am one of the owner of the property. I have to run hurry up for a meeting and the DWES enterprise car parked right in front of my driveway. I wait a few minutes and nobody really move it. Then I call the num on the car several times, nobody reply. Txt the message, nobody reply. Finally, someone come to move the car, I told the guy he shouldn't block the way, and I am late for my meeting due to his blocking, there are many public parking places. I am so surprised how rude the service man is. He said, he won't move to public parking and if you are unsatisfied, please call 911. I finally got moved away, but this service is really rude and get people very upset. I finally called 911 and because I am not sure the guy is still there or not, the police asked me to stay there if this situation happens again. So depending on their attitude and how bad they treat people, for sure, I won't suggest his service. read more

Darryl made getting my carpet cleaned a breeze and this cleaning was a tough job. My puppy had had MULTIPLE potty accidents on the rug. Darryl was extremely responsive, worked around my schedule for pick up and delivery, and went above and beyond to get the rug cleaned. Even though he ended up needing to use a a further process to get it cleaned he didn't charge me anything extra. I really doubted that my rug was going to be 100% free of smells, but he did it! I left the rug wrapped up in plastic the way he returned it to me for the last few months while I waited out my puppy being potty trained. Darryl was outstanding with his communication, responsiveness and timeliness and best of all....was able to eliminate (seemingly permanently!) a stubborn pet urine stain on a very light colored carpet of ours. As part of my lease, I have to get my carpet cleaned on an annual basis. I've used a couple of other carpet cleaners before, some through the community coupons that you get in the mail. I've always thought that I would go with the cheapest and the one that's easily available (instead of doing the research). I haven't been happy with any of those. Darryl was very responsive, even when I told him that I was comparing companies, he was understanding and respectful. When I finally decided (on a Thursday) he was able to fit me in on a Saturday. When he arrived, he explained everything, showed us some of the stains we had (due to our pets) with the black light and gave us some tips.
