The initial service experience was satisfactory. **Issue Regarding Beverage** During the course of the meal, a mixed beverage was ordered for my wife. Upon service, the drink was found to be prepared in a manner that rendered it excessively sweet and not palatable. The issue was brought to the attention of the waitstaff, with a request that the item be removed from the final invoice due to the product not meeting reasonable standards for consumption. **Resolution and Conclusion** Management declined the request to remove the item from the bill, notwithstanding our objection regarding the quality of the preparation. Consequently, the full cost of the beverage remained on the final check. While the initial greeting and seating process were efficient, the refusal to address the concern regarding the beverage resulted in a disappointing conclusion to the visit. Though this establishment has other reviews also reflecting their policy not to remove such unsatisfactory items from the check, be aware of this lowered customer service standard before dining there.
