We brought our brand new car here for a tint. It had bubbles when they did the tint but said they would go away within 3 to 4 days once the glue dried. The bubbles got worse and worse. Since it's a lifetime warranty we went back a year later since its beginning to get hot and had them redo it. They said it was such a bad job because they didn't have a cover for their bay. Which to me is vital for a tinting shop in the desert. It took 7 hours for them to take off the old tint and then re tint the whole car. Mind you they insist that you dont sit in their tiny waiting lobby while they do the job simply because their not working on your car the whole time then I notice that they cut into our side door trying to tint and then the other window the tint isn't even sized to cover the whole window. These guys stayed open for us when we lost a boat trailer wheel. We stopped at the outlet center for fuel and discovered the wheel was sheared off. Had some car trouble due to flash flooding on a trip to vegas. The guys here were the only shop in town willing to stay open and help us remove a bent heat shield from under our car that had been dragging. Other tire shops told us they only did tires. I've been going to E&A for years for tires. I bought 4 Goodyear tires from them in October 2014. Had a major blow out on the I-15. Nothing left of tire. Hobbled into to a Goodyear dealer in which I bought 2 tires. They informed me that the tire that blew and the other rear tire were DOT 1704. This means that the tires were made the 17th week of 2004. That means that they sold me 2 ten year old tires when they put them on my truck!! The shelf life of tires is 5-7 years. Be careful when buying tires from them. CHECK THE DOT ON ALL TIRES BEFORE THEY PUT THEM ON YOUR VEHICLE!!! Sincerely, Lacey read more

Great used tires and front end alignment for a killer price! Traveling from Texas to California and a bad alignment and balding tire got almost undrivable coming out of Arizona on the 40. Called all over Barstow. They were the only shop with our tire size in Stock, only place that could do front end alignment for a decent price, and only place that could get us in and taken care of that day. We were driving through California on a road trip and hit a pothole, bending the rim on our tire. It was after 6pm on a Monday, and time was limited for us as we were out of towners. Alvin and his crew stayed open late for us, fixed the rim super fast and at a very reasonable price. They were really friendly, and even asked us to call when we got to our destination to let them know everything was alright with the tire. Seriously SAVED my life!!!!! Typical story 2 girls driving to Vegas & the worst thing happens, we get a flat!!! We knew how to change a tire thing was that I did not want to drive on a donut all the way to Vegas!! I was very luck to met a guy that send me to E & A Tire shop!! When I got there the two workers were on there way out for the day. I asked them if they can please help me since I still had to drive to Vegas & back to Redlands. He was so kind to say YES!!! I knew I needed 1 patch, he started work on my tire. He then notice that I had 2 holes in my tire & he was very nice to show me the two holes & told me now how much it will be more. I agreed, & then he notice I needed that I needed a new tire, he showed me why I needed a new tire. Which I appreciate it because most tire shops wont do that, they will just tell you that & not show you what exactly what is happening. On our way out of state only to find our new tires (not purchased at EA tires) had a valve steam leak. Thankfully we were only 5 miles from Barstow. EA tires got us in right away and fixed our tire in just a few minutes. Great price too! EA tires got us back on the road quickly!!! read more
