I wasn't happy with the mani I got, the polish wasn't smooth..I came here because they had good reviews and this was my first time treating myself at a nail salon and I didn't want my niece and I to get that typical experience I heard about a lot where they talk about you in their language...but no. Theyre bold with it here and even though you don't understand what they are saying you get the vibes and that language is universal..I tried going back to have them redone but I couldn't get passed my experience and ended up leaving..I wanted this to be a regular spot cause theyre really close by, but they're not professional at all for how much you're paying. The owners of this shop are extremely nice! Hannah & Ryan do a great job doing acrylics and dip powder. Hai gives the best pedicures! I would definitely recommend that you make an appointment as they do get extremely busy. Especially Hannah! They do accept walk-ins as well. If they have availability they will accommodate you. If you're not able to get in I would recommend to try to come in a different day, you won't be disappointed! The salon is very clean. They use sealed clean implements for every client. They offer the jelly pedi so give that a try if you want to pamper yourself a lil' extra. When you bring your little ones they usually have ice cream to offer. i've been coming here for about 3 years now, i'll never go anywhere else & at this point i drive from henderson over to have them do my nails. Ann is my usual tech & has done all of the pictures posted but i've gone to all of them when i started going into the shop. they're all amazing nail techs. if you come in with nail art inspiration pictures, they do an amazing job every time. personally, Ann has done the best stilettos i've ever had done. she gets the shape, sturdiness & sharpness down perfectly, never lets me out of the chair if my nails are less than perfection. she also took time to get to know my personality & style so she can always give me her input when i'm unsure of a shade or design. i get stopped & complements on my nails every day until i'm back in for a fill. they have a massive range in colors, they're always the sweetest people ever & treat you like family. it's a pleasure coming in to get my nails done. i've been to some shops around town & would end up with a mean tech or have a terrible experience/service, never at E nails. they do everything super hygienically as well. I go in once every two-three weeks to upkeep my stilettos to my preference but i've *never* had a nail break or anything go wrong in between appointments & i work hard with my hands. their prices are super fair & they have a stamp card if you pay cash which is nice if you go in regularly like i do. i would give them 1000/5 stars if i could. my favorite shop in town, i'll never trust another to do my nails. read more

I have a terrible time with skin build up on my toes. It's difficult to find someone that is willing to do the work to give me comfort and relief. I saw the reviews for E Nails and decided to give them a chance. Hannah gave me a pedicure/manicure. She did a wonderful job. She was polite, professional, and very sweet. The salon itself was clean, and fresh, and the staff all were friendly. Two reasons I only gave 4 stars was, they don't have Mani/Pedi combo deals and not a huge OPI selection for regular nail polish in summer shades. Tons of colors for gel. Tom was my nail artist. He did my nails very well. I had a set of acrylics and the removal was brutal. I waited for only 30 minutes as a walk in. The offer water and chips which is nice. Tom was patient and a very talkative man. A lil pricey but it was okay. It was 65$ for a new set+removal. Ring nail was a glitter paint and the others were red. read more

Everyone is patient with you if you are unsure what you want done. 1st visit here my gel color came off too soon, but since I love how they treat you, customer service brought me back, specially walking in with 2 kids they made it easy for me and them. I have always loved Hannah's work, she has done my gel manicures a few times now but today I tried the dipping powder and I loved it even more. It had been a month or so since I stopped by E nails because I moved away from the area but I was reminded once again of their excellent service and I can honestly say I don't mind driving back. It is difficult to find that nail tech that gets the job done right. All the staff was helpful and skillful. My grandmother had her first gel manicure and she just couldn't stop staring at her nails. I'm sitting in the lobby waiting on my turn for my pedicure when the nail tech starts doing a little girls feet who was sitting right next to me. She clipped her toe nails and one flew up and hit me. She just looked at me, no apology or excuse me, nothing. The pedicure was rushed, she didn't file my nails nor scrub the bottom of my feet. It was a quick foot soak and she cut my cuticles. The calf message was less than desirable. Worst pedicure I have ever received. Ohhh, the soaking water was hot enough to kill COVID outside of the body, which seemed to be no big deal because I guess I look like I can handle intense pain. I am no expert but sure reputable places test the water before feet go in. Stay away if you love yourself. So this is my first time getting my nails done, and man am I so happy. I came across the place just looking at yelp reviews. First of all I want to say how friendly and helpful they all were. Especially Hanna, because I really walked in there not knowing what I wanted so she explained it to me and everything. First I got my toenails painted, and one of my toenail were chipped so she filled it in with some acrylic so it looked good. As far as it went with fingernails getting painted it was great. We had some small talk and they were really patient. Overall the salon is clean and cute and the smell of the chemicals isn't to bad when they're doing the acrylic.
