The rooms look nice and clean walking in. I came with 3 other people and we had a fun time. Service is attentive. We ordered fried tofu and it was a good okay. It does add up in the end after drinks. So make sure the deal you choose is in your favor. I can't recall what the prices were but I know the alcohol can get crazy expensive. In terms of the karaoke machine, it was a bit difficult to navigate to your song of choice so we end up just choosing from the Hit List. The room can get very warm after an hour. You will, however, find dishes like roast duck, ginger beef, bitter melon (mo gua), lamb cumin pancakes, duck scallion pancakes, and Mongolian pancakes. Like many truly authentic mom-and-pop Chinese restaurants in America, the menu also offers a peculiar smattering of non-Chinese offerings such as Russian borscht, clam chowder, and Spaghetti Bolognese of all things (!) They are open later than any other restaurant in the area and are quite convenient either before catching your flight out of SFO or following your late-night airport pick-up. Be prepared to wait, however, even if they are not busy. (See below.) When ordering, it's best to double check the descriptions and prices, because the menu posted on Yelp is outdated. I've been looking everywhere for a place that sells Jianbing! It was one of my favorite meals from my time in Xian. I ordered the original. It's was pretty good! The pancake was nice and thin but fluffy. I loved how much spicy sauce they used. And the crispness was nice. The original was a little too plane for me (I miss it with the hot dog) so I'll definitely be trying the other ones in hopes that there's more filling. PSA - Take out only. I wanted to like it. I really did. Ordered the Hu Tong with pork. Paid $1 for an egg and $1 for preserved vegetables. It was ground meat, there was way too much sauce, and far too salty. The crispy bit in the middle wasn't even there. Looked nothing like the photo. Second dish was the noodles and shrimp. Shrimp came from a long frozen bag that had zero flavor. The MSG did end up providing some flavor to the dish. And then I got yelled at they the tiny slot of a window by a 14 year old girl for parking in one of their 3 parking spaces. My friends and I came here for karaoke. We were greeted by the friendly staff. She took our temperature before letting us into the building and clearly explained the safety precautions that they were taking for CoVid. She also explained the room rates and the specials that they were having. We went with the special that was $35 per person for 2 hours of karaoke for 4 people with 1 entree and 1 non-alcoholic drink. This is the first time I've ordered from them and it's a great experience. I ordered the baked pork chop with rice. The pork chop is very soft and tender, like one of the soft is I've ever seen, with a perfect ratio of fat and lean meat. I'm really satisfied with this. The whole dish is very saucy which is good because it makes sure that there would not be any bland flavorless rice left behind. Another thing I like is that the rice base is actually fried rice with eggs and onions without any seasoning, which is better than just white rice. However I do think the amount of ketchup they've put in the sauce is a bit too much, making it way too sweet and doesn't really taste like real tomatoes anymore. And also I think the amount of rice is a bit too much for the size of the pork chop (not saying that the pork chop is not in decent size but) I was left with a lot of rice after I finished the pork chop. And I also think a normal person cannot finish that much amount of rice in a meal, so maybe they should change it. Generally I would definitely consider coming back for the baked pork chop, and I look forward to trying more items from them in the future. read more

Super disappointing experience. Service was friendly, but slower than molasses on a winter's day. We only ordered soup and it took 20+ minutes to arrive. We were the only diners there, although one poor guy arrived to order takeout and was subjected to an incredibly long wait to be greeted, to order, and he hadn't even received his food by the time we left. The food was abysmal, as well. I had wonton soup, which was watery and very meh. My companion ordered chicken and corn soup, which arrived as a white, flavorless, glutinous mass. It had no corn and a few scant specks of chicken. She tried to eat it, but it was just so disappointing and weird that she gave up after a few spoonfuls. Neither dish was worth the price, total waste of money. What a great spot right near the airport/freeway!! I work nearby and came solo for my lunch. I ordered the bbq pork with rice, iced coffee tea, and an order of (to-go) chicken vegetable dumplings. So glad I ordered the iced coffee tea, I wasn't sure what it was but my server explained it's a milk tea with some coffee (Duh, Jamie) - it might be my new favorite splurge. The bbq pork was tender, so much flavor and served on a bed of bokchoy with a generous helping of rice. The dumplings were equally as awesome - perfect snack or shareable. This place is so affordable, it's happy to see they aren't price gouging - all my items above came to about $24. The atmosphere is very casual, friendly staff and so so so many menu options. This is my first time doing karaoke since the pandemic! E Plus provided a safe environment to hang out with friends during these trying times! They provided us with antibacterial wipes to sanitize the microphone + microphone covers before we started jamming out. The food was delicious so def don't sleep on it. We ordered fried tofu and popcorn chicken. I normally don't like tofu but I would def come back for just this bc it was so crunchy and spicy. There were 4 of us but the room could comfortably fit 3-5 more people without feeling cramped. Women's bathrooms were super clean so that's always a plus in my book. Spicy Salt Chicken Cartilage: I LOVE chicken knee cartilage! It's super fatty and crunchy, and most restaurants don't offer this. The one at E Plus was deep fried, with awesome garlic flavors. One thing I didn't like was that the batter was a little too thick. Nonetheless a great snack. It was slightly soggy when the food arrived (we were 6min away) so I popped it in the over for a few min to heat it up. We came here because we wanted Hong Kong style cafe food and you can tell the quality of the ingredients are not great (gailan was hard to chew -- it's known to be a crunchy vegetable), the bolognese is made with ketchup and whipped up with cornstarch which ends up looking like a congealed mess and tastes really nasty, and the cream of chicken and corn soup, again, made with the same cornstarch. And thinking about what went into our stomach just made me change this review from two stars into one. Save your money and go eat a hot dog at the Costco food court across the street. This place is a hidden gem for karaoke. Last time we went the restaurant was only taking to-go orders, unless you were singing karaoke then you could order food to eat while singing. The songs are very new and the karaoke machine is touch screen and pretty easy to navigate. They have tons of k-pop songs and songs in several languages. The only downside is they don't have a lot of older song hits. They do have some, but I couldn't find a few songs that are really good karaoke songs. read more

I've have stopped at this restaurant a few times and they never leave me disappointed. When you first arrive at this establishment their is plenty of parking. As you enter the restaurant you are greeted by the owner with a warm smile. I then had the option to sit anywhere I wanted I took a booth sit and was given a menu. I took a look to see what my hunger was craving for I had decided to go with the popcorn chicken and their soya chicken with rice. As I waited for my food I had also ordered a lemon honey tea which tasted great. When my food came out I had a huge plate of popcorn chicken more then I expected they really Piled it on which I was extremely happy about. My soya chicken with rice was out of this world with a very delicious sauce glazed over it. As my meal was coming to a end I felt a nice bliss of satisfaction.
