The kitchen lady who answered the phone had a very bad attitude. She kept asking me to pay first before I could order food.damn it.Then the food took a long time to wait. And the food is not good either. I strongly recommend do not come to this place.

The audio equipment here is very good, the overall environment is very clean, and I heard that the food is from Hong Kong. It's really delicious!

I've been looking everywhere for a place that sells Jianbing! It was one of my favorite meals from my time in Xian. I ordered the original. It's was pretty good! The pancake was nice and thin but fluffy. I loved how much spicy sauce they used. And the crispness was nice. The original was a little too plane for me (I miss it with the hot dog) so I'll definitely be trying the other ones in hopes that there's more filling. I also ordered the rock cod chow fun with black bean sauce. It was delicious!!! The cod was cooked perfectly and the black bean sauce was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from this girl place again!

PSA - Take out only. I wanted to like it. I really did. Ordered the Hu Tong with pork. Paid $1 for an egg and $1 for preserved vegetables. It was ground meat, there was way too much sauce, and far too salty. The crispy bit in the middle wasn't even there. Looked nothing like the photo. Second dish was the noodles and shrimp. Shrimp came from a long frozen bag that had zero flavor. The MSG did end up providing some flavor to the dish. And then I got yelled at they the tiny slot of a window by a 14 year old girl for parking in one of their 3 parking spaces. We were the only customers there at 7:45 pm Friday Update - response to Michael's letter below. Screen shot to preserve the information. Reads like a very defensive letter. Let me tell you why I'm right versus "let's use that feedback to improve." I support the Chinese community - even spoke mandarin and Cantonese to the last taking the order. The Hu Tong - originally I asked for beef, pointed to the photo, and asked for that. You were out of beef. Then you were also out of cilantro. Did I need to say less or no sauce? And yes. Yelled at. "Hey, you can't park there!!!" Is very different from "be careful, don't hit the curb." You've got cameras - play back her words. Or shall I post my dash cam too? I'll assume no comment on the shrimp meant I was correct.

My friends and I came here for karaoke. We were greeted by the friendly staff. She took our temperature before letting us into the building and clearly explained the safety precautions that they were taking for CoVid. She also explained the room rates and the specials that they were having. We went with the special that was $35 per person for 2 hours of karaoke for 4 people with 1 entree and 1 non-alcoholic drink. Service was good, friendly, and food was good. Also, the room was nice and clean! Couldn't ask for anything else. Great experience!

Great Hong Kong restaurant near the airport. Stopped off for late lunch after picking up my wife from an international arrival. We had the Salted Pepper pork Chop and the Spicy Salt Chicken Cartilage. It really does have cartilage - great for your teeth and fingernails, it has a crunchy texture. My wife loves this, it was good. Clean modern decor. This place also has a separate karaoke floor so could be good for evening food and fun. read more

Service was friendly and welcoming, but I didn't have a great experience over-all. Tried getting the porkchop rice, which should be pretty staple (2 of the 4 customers in the restaurant tried ordering it) but sadly the pork chop was not delivered yet for the day - I'm guessing it wasn't coming since it was already 1pm. Well I went with my 2nd choice which was BBQ pork rice - but unfortunately that did not come close to anything resembling good. The bbq pork was dry and soft kinda like a sous vide, but without the crispy honey layered crust. My expectations here were probably too high, since this was a HK cafe, and not a BBQ spot! Finished with a decent HK milk tea, and a yelp checkin discount. Just wish the food was a tad better! read more

I work 10 hour shift and it's hard to find restaurants open late. This place is technically a "karaoke lounge" even though the name says restaurant. I came today just after 11 pm. I ordered the black pepper chicken over rice and cod with corn over rice. They were both delicious!!! The food here is no joke!!!!! The ingredients were very simple but well flavored. The price of the food is very reasonable. Parking can be a bit challenging since their parking lot is a bit small. All and all, I'm so glad I found this place. read more

This place only let you order take out. They serve Hong Kong style dishes but nothing impressive. In fact, some may consider their food bad. But they are conveniently located 1 block from the long term parking at San Francisco airport; and they open late into the night. I was very grateful to be able to get hot Chinese after a long plane trip. read more

Although it may seem that this restaurant isnt the best spot for Chinese food due to it being a karaoke place as well. Me and my boyfriend were hungry late at night when we got the munchies. We looked on Yelp to see what was open and we found this place didn't close until 130 AM on a Thursday. We had never tried it before but gave it a chance. We got the barbecue pork rice and beef chow fun. It was bomb! The flavors were really good, the portions are pretty big and the prices are not bad. With a lot of Chinese spots, the beef at times seems to be overly chewy and this place had really good beef! We were overall pretty content with this late at night food spot read more

E-Plus restaurant right across the street of Costco at South San Francisco so it's a very convenient spot for some Chinese food right after shopping. I highly recommended their Hong Kong style curry dishes. The Borscht soup that's off the menu is definitely my wife's favorite. And now they're serving Beijing Chinese Crepe as well (the Hu Tong Jian Bing "pop up") and I ordered the lamb flavor. It's definitely a delicious hot appetizer if you like lamb. read more

I ordered baked pork chop over fried rice and the pork chop was raw and definitely not baked. It had a very bitter taste to it. The dish had so much red sauce you could barely see or taste the fried rice. I will definitely avoid this place or tell everyone i know to stay away before they get food poison. ... the service here is so sus, me and my boyfriend came here really late at night and ordered wonton soup we tried to order for pick up since they only do take out and they wanted my card information but we were 5 minutes away so we just waited to get there, not only were the doors and all the lights shut off when we got there, no one was there to meet us when we tried to order in person, the lady told me the kitchen was busy at 12am ... when there was nobody outside waiting to pick up had to wait over 30 minutes to get less than a dozen pieces of wonton. I never usually down play restaurants or write a bad review, don't ever come here!!! read more

My family and I had dinner here last night. They served us an amazing hot pot, we asked for it to be extra spicy and they were more than happy to accommodate us. And the vegetables were very fresh, we really enjoyed it. we had to wait a little while because they were so busy. And that is a good thing, I would rather wait a little bit then to be served right away with lousy food. The website eplusstudio.com works but there is no way to pay for it online! So, it's basically worthless. We ordered online and the confirmation page said they would call us back in 2mins. We'll, that didn't happen! Bad service and not good for future business. Take the site down if you cannot order from it or you do not check it. Called in the order and they take your credit card over the phone (not safe practice). The woman doesn't understand English very well, but is nice. Wait time for dinner is 30 mins avg. Bring your own chili sauce and chinese mustard; even the mapo tofu needed szechuan peppers - there was no heat no flavor. Food tasted fresh though, if not authentic. No heat. Actually don't order the mapo. It doesn't taste like anything. The bbq pork chow mein was good (thin noodles). Big portions. read more

Coincidentally, some of my friends were also thinking of coming here so we made it happen on Sunday evening. We pre-ordered the big duck and shared the rainbow salad, bok choy with morel mushrooms, sweet and sour shrimp and sweet and sour whole fish. The Peking Duck was indeed the best I've had in the Bay Area (it's crispy, rich but somehow not greasy). You get the traditional crepes (as opposed to the Bao in most places) and accompaniments. They also made a great broth with the duck bones that served as an excellent consommé. The rest of the dishes were also good - I would order that shrimp and rainbow salad again for sure. Service was OK and the restaurant looks recently remodeled. There were five of us and we spent about $55 each - an incredible value for the meal. Highly recommended!!!

I really liked how they also offer to fry or stew the duck bones to your preference after finishing. The duck was juicy and perfectly cooked. Parking is easy since it's the big shopping mall lot. I'd just recommend going early or getting reservations in advance. It seems like it gets busy a lot.

The food is consistently delicious, even something as simple as the bread and olive oil stands out. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality. The interior is beautiful, with high ceilings that make the space feel open, elegant, and perfect for a large gathering. The service has always been good, but for an event of this size, I honestly didn't expect the food and service to maintain such a high standard. I was completely wrong in the best way possible. We were given SIX entrée options for our guests to choose from, which is impressive for a large party. Every dish came out hot, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. They also offered us a very generous price, knowing that we are teachers celebrating our principal's retirement. That level of kindness did not go unnoticed. We brought our own cakes to save on costs and had asked in advance if the cake-cutting fee could be waived if we handled it ourselves. To our surprise, on the day of the event, the servers stepped in and kindly offered to cut and serve the cakes for us anyway. That gesture meant so much and really elevated the entire experience. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the entire planning process. He had quite a few staff members working our event, and every single one of them was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even offered my principal a complimentary glass of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel even more special. But this felt like I was eating QUALITY food. The chicken wings were the crispiest and juiciest I've had in a long time. Genuinely, a delight to the senses. That was FRESH. And they packed my Kung pao with the protein. Like big pieces of chicken thigh, it was awesome. I just went to eat there for a midnight food run after a work shift. The front window attendant was super friendly and accommodating. And brought the food to my car. Don't expect it. But he was a cool-cat for doing so, just to get how friendly he was. My experience is with takeout only. They don't take orders thru phone without paying first. I placed an order thru phone after the plane landed at midnight, and hoping to pay and pick it up after leaving the airport. 30 mins later, the food wasn't ready, and that's because they didn't want to start cooking until I'm there to pay for it! So I ended up waiting another 15 mins. On top of that, $17+ for duck/wonton noodle soup?! Quality was subpar! You can have much better quality in Chinatown for 1/3 of the price.
