I really like coming here for the affordable Ramen and there are very generous portions too. I really like the pork broth noodle soup and it is made with a 10-hour broth. . For the appetizers they do have your deep fry calamari which is really good and I like the batter it isn't too hard but really light and fluffy. . I also really like their potstickers which is pan fried golden brown on one side and it is pretty fluffy also it is filled with pork and vegetable inside. Also did you home make it so I love that it's not store-bought. . They also have really great deep fried chicken nuggets with tender chicken thigh and it is a great appetizer with a good creamy dip. . They also have takoyaki which is like a flour batter with octopus. I also love all the sauces that they have on top of it. . They also have a really nice pork belly bun which is really good. The barbecue pork belly is Char grilled to Perfection and has a really nice taste to it with fresh fluffy buns. . They also have really great scrambled egg with ginger and beef over rice which is really good like a Japanese style. . I also really like the pork bone broth and I also like their curry chicken ramen which is a special and is not on the menu but if you ask for it they can make it for you. The port bone broth you can add a chili oil which is red or the black which is the black garlic oil or just leave it plain. I love the generous portion of the noodles and the eggs too. . Overall I really like coming here when I am in the area shopping at Costco before or after. The service here is really friendly like family oriented. The Ambiance in here is casual to family friendly. This is located on Stockton Boulevard in South Sacramento. Thanks for reading and have a yelp-tastic day.

Food was good!! Quality and the amount of food served were just enough plus the price were very considerate. We also got discount because it's their 'soft opening'. Service was great!! 2 ladies served us and very attentive. They also checked on us if everything is okay or if we need water. *This restaurant is family owned. And every one of them were friendly. These staff are perfect for this job. We met the owner also. Ambiance was great also. The place is very clean. This restaurant is recommendable and we'll tell this to our friends and family. We will go back here for sure!

Honestly. New facility everything is so clean. Ramen is SO delicious. I really need a nap after I eat it, but it's one of the best meals after a long day of work. Thank you for coming next to my house.

True to size serving and the broth is just right on creaminess and taste - definitely check them out!

This had the perfect balance of sweetness. It was light and refreshing and balanced the rest of the flavors of the meal. I started with the seaweed salad. It was a solid seaweed salad. Good seasoning and texture. It was a good portion size as well. Melissa and Jonathan had the gyoza. They were stuffed full of meat, but I felt like the seasoning was a little less than and also they were unevenly cooked. I still tried one though because a gyoza is a gyoza. As my main, I had the karamiso ramen with a spicy miso based broth with seasoned ground chicken, veggies and chili threads for an extra kick. I enjoyed this bowl of ramen. It was the perfect level of spice. I am partial to ground meat in ramen, so I liked that this was an option. The veggies were cooked al dente which I appreciated, and the broth was filling and flavorful. The noodles were thin which is my favorite type. Attentive service here. I got the Karamiso ramen, the spice level was okay, but upon tasting the broth, you get a rich flavorful punch of pork flavor with sourness. I like the richness of the broth and sour flavors so I was drawn to it. My wife got the Aka Red Tonkotsu ramen, the broth was definitely lighter, and the spice level was abut the same as the one I got. The portions were generous, we were not able to finish our ramens unfortunately. But I must say, for the price, it's worth it. I would like to go back and try their tan tan men.

We came here right at opening time this weekend. There is plenty of 2 hour street parking. It is a small shop with limited indoor seating (probably could seat 4-5 small parties), but seems to be plenty of seating outdoors just adjacent to the shop in a fenced off area. Seating is seat yourself and order at the counter. You get a little buzzer to notify you that your order is ready. Restaurant is very tidy, and there's one all-gender bathroom available. We ended up ordering the chilled matcha ramen and tan tan men. Service was really friendly. The owner lady brought our tan tan ramen over (I don't recall our buzzer ever going off...) and let us know that the chilled matcha ramen was following. The tan tan men had a rich flavorful broth, large thick piece of chashu, half an egg, spinach. The chilled matcha ramen was the star of our meal! The owner lady brought that over shortly after bringing our tan tan men, and she explained how to best enjoy it, which was enjoy the dish as is, and then half way through, you can squeeze the lemon slice and add the balsamic vinegar on the side. To be honest, I was a bit nervous by how the ingredients would go together and how to enjoy the chilled matcha ramen. It came with pieces of watermelon, chashu, fried oyster mushrooms/mushroom fritters (a generous amount), lemon, half an egg, and broth with lots of matcha! The matcha broth was refreshingly cool, with a slight bitterness from the matcha. When you add the lemon and balsamic vinegar, it adds the citrus/acid, which was very enjoyable! The ramen was a little bit more al dente compared to that of the tan tan men (probably due to temperature difference of the broth), however I really enjoyed it. I also really liked the mushroom fritters and wished they sold it as an appetizer/side. After you're done with your meal, you can bring your tray, bowls, cups, utensils to this shelf to dump any leftover food/soup in the trashcan and to stack the kitchenware in their respective bins. Overall, I was pretty impressed and entertained by the chilled matcha ramen, such that I hope to come back soon to try their chilled hojicha ramen.

I will 100/100 always order this ramen. Very flavorful broth. My husband got the chicken ramen, which I tasted, and it too had a flavorful broth. You choose your spicy level. I got medium which was basically mild. The portion and price make this a great deal for a quick dinner in Midtown. I love the late hours and the speed of which our food came out. We ordered the geso (fried squid) and the veggie tempura. I do not recommend the tempura. The batter was thick like carnival onion rings. They need to use panko for breading. The geso was ok, and served with an aioli sauce. Stick with the ramen. No need to waste stomach space on their appetizers. The right half of the restaurant is for Ramen 101, and the other side is for Orchid Thai. You order at the counter and get a number, find a seat.
