Eric did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vents. Very professional and communicative throughout He texted an estimated arrival time, which I really appreciated, and then arrived at the expected time. He clearly explained the problems with our dryer, tube, and vents and why additional work might be needed. The, he was very honest and didn't charge me when he later found that work was not needed,even though I had already agreed to it he was also very thorough sending multiple photos of the vent both before and after cleaning. Allen and Eric tested the dryer vent and found out no hot air from the other end of house. Allen went under the house and found that tube connected to dryer was broken. Looks like rats chewed it and broke off. Allen took time to clean all the lint under the house from dryer vent. It was a lot of work and he did super job. He took before and after pictures. I contacted Eric to clean the vent duct of my dryer. Eric is very responsive and came in the same day. He identified that the vent duct is broken under the crawl space, and then quickly fix (see photos) it and cleaned up all the lint.
